Application and thoughts on the building progress of the hospital postdoctoral innovation practice base at new era

Abstract

Objective To analyze the construction situation of the hospital postdoctoral innovative practice base, we can point out the outstanding problems in the postdoctoral work, and then provide reasonable suggestions to promote the construction of hospital postdoctoral base related. Methods The retrospective analysis methods were used to analyze the work of hospital postdoctoral innovation practice base. Results The scale of postdoctoral training in the base was small.The strength of postdoctoral tutors was weak. The construction of scientific research platform was not perfect. The postdoctoral station was influenced by age, the policy of resident doctor training and salary. Conclusions The hospitals should expand the channels of postdoctoral recruitment, strengthen the construction of tutors, improve the construction of scientific research platform, improve the incentive mechanism, so as to improve the construction level of postdoctoral base effectively.
