It receives a lot of concern for its remarkable efficacy and broad market prospect. In this article, overall application status of cariprazine patent, which includes the patent application quantity, applicants and technical topics, as well as possible technical obstacles were statistically analyzed. \n \n \nMethods \nThe patent quantitative analysis method was used, combing with pharmacy expertise, to analyze the patent application situation at home and abroad. \n \n \nResults \nThe patent technology of cariprazine involves product, process, new use, component of combination, formulation and general interest. \n \n \nConclusions \nThe concern of patent situation for cariprazine was high. Patent analysis on Cariprazine: A novel antipsychotic agent
Objective
Cariprazine is the first orally active dopamine D3-preferring D3/D2 receptor partial agonist as antipsychotic agents. It receives a lot of concern for its remarkable efficacy and broad market prospect.
