Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan pembelajaran daring dengan resilinesi akademik mahasiswa pada masa pendemi covid-19. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 150 mahasiswa, sedangkan pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Agustus 2021. Pada kepuasan belajar daring (X) mengukur 15 item pernyataan dan resiliensi akademik (Y) mengukur 24 item pernyataan. Dari hasil penelitian data thitung = 10,587, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 52,06 + 0,75X dengan nilai rxy = 0, 93 yang menunjukan terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan pembelajaran daring dengan resiliensi akademik yang mana berhubungan positif. Salah satu faktor yang memperngaruhi tingkat keberhasilan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dapat terlihat dari motivasi kerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran dalam kelas. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan melihat kinerja guru, pemerintah adalah melakukan reorientasi pengelolaan pendidikan, yakni dari memperbaiki dari segala sisi termasuk kemampuan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru dalam setiap proses pembelajaran yang akan mempengaruhi pula kinerja guru di sebuah sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan positif langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) di sekolah yang dipimpin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik sebar angket. Dengan menggunakan sampling fraction per cluster, diperoleh responden sebanyak 150 guru dari jumlah populasi seluruhnya 4816 guru se-JT2. Setelah melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan sitem SPSS 16.0 dapat terlihat bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung antara X1 terhadap Y memiliki hasi lregresi nilai F 62,888 nilai sig. 0,000<0,05. X2 terhadap Y hasil regresi nilai F 77,131, nilai sig. 0,000<0,05, dan variabel X1 terhadap X2 hasil regresi nilai F 147,140, nilai sig. 0,000<0,05. X1 berpengaruh langsung terhadap Y sebesar 29,3%, X2 terhadap Y sebesar 33,8%, dan X1 terhadap Y sebesar 49,5%. \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000The leadership ability in a school will be created well if there is good cooperation between all school members. One of the factors that influence the level of success of the principal's leadership can be seen from the work motivation of teachers in the learning process in the classroom. To improve the quality of education and see teacher performance, the government is reorienting the management of education, namely from improving all aspects including the leadership abilities of school principals and teacher motivation in each learning process which will also affect teacher performance in a school. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct positive relationship of principal leadership (X1) and work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) in the school being led. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire scatter technique. By using sampling fraction per cluster, it was obtained that 150 teachers were respondents from a total population of 4816 teachers throughout JT2. After analyzing using the SPSS 16.0 system, it can be seen that there is a direct influence between X1 and Y which has a regression result of the F value of 62.888 sig. 0.000 <0.05. X2 to Y regression results F value 77.131, the value of sig. 0.000 <0.05, and variable X1 to X2 regression results with F value 147.140, sig. 0.000 <0.05. The research method that has chosen is using a survey method with a correlational approach. This study, there were 115 samples of public elementary school teachers selected based on simple random sampling technique. Based on the description of the hypothesis test above, the research findings are as follows: (1) there is a significant direct influence between supervision and the quality of teacher services, (2) there were directly and significant impact between organizational commitment and teacher service quality, (3) there is a direct significantly influence between supervision and organizational commitment. This research has been implied that the effort to improve the quality of public elementary school teacher services can be complete, by increasing the quality of supervision and the quality of organizational commitment. \u0000Keywords : Supervision, Organizational commitment , The quality of teacher services \u0000 \u0000ABSTRAK \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara (1) supervisi terhadap Kualitas layanan guru, (2) komitmen organisasi terhadap kualitas layanan guru, (3) supervisi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 115 orang sampel guru sekolah dasar negeri yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan deskripsi uji hopotesis di atas, diperoleh hasil temuan penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara supervisi dengan kualitas layanan guru, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kualitas layanan guru, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara supervisi dengan komiten organisasi. Sekolah melaksanakan pendidikan karakter masih banyak menitikberatkan pada konteks pengetahuan dibandingkan pengamalan menyebabkan siswa kesulitan membentuk karakter positif. Pendidikan karakter di sekolah merupakan tahapan pembentukan karakter yang tidak kalah pentingnya dari pembentukan karakter oleh orang tua di keluarga. Sekolah harus memiliki dan menerapkan manajemen pendidikan karakter siswa untuk mencapai visi sesuai misi dan karakteristik sekolah masing-masing. Penggunaan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) sebagai alat ukur kinerja sekolah dengan tepat dan akurat sangat membantu pengelola sekolah untuk menyajikan keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan sekolah untuk dipertanggungjawabkan kepada seluruh pemangku sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini memaparkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi manajemen pendidikan karakter SD Islam Al Ikhlas untuk mewujudkan IKU sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan penelitian studi kasus di SD Islam Al Ikhlas. Hasil temuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Perencanaan Pendidikan Karakter dan Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) selaras dengan visi dan misi sekolah dengan melibatkan pemangku kepentingan sekolah. Kinerja seorang guru dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal di antaranya adalah gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar swasta di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 109 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan media google form. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 0,425 pada koefisien korelasi dan 0,241 pada koefisien jalur terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja sebesar 0,593 pada koefisien korelasi dan 0,505 pada koefisien jalur terhadap kinerja. Kemudian, terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 0,365 pada koefisien korelasi dan 0,365 pada koefisien jalur terhadap disiplin kerja. \u0000Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Disiplin, Kepemimpinan. \u0000Teacher performance is a decisive factor for education success in Indonesia. Teacher performance affected by few things such as leadership style of headmaster and discipline. The purpose of this research is measure the impact leadership style and work discipline on teacher performance at private primary school in East Jakarta. This study using quantitative method with 109 teachers as sample. Data were collected through the questionnaire which distributed by google form and analyzed using path analysis. The research results show leadership style is influence 0,425 at the correlation coefficient and 0,241 at the path coefficient on performance. Proses pembelajaran IPA tepadu akan tercapai tujuan yang diharapkan jika kemampuan awal siswa dalam hal keterampilan berpikir kritis sudah diketahui sebelumnya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pengolahan statistik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Suarakarta sejumlah 32 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa berupa soal tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 15 butir, dengan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis diantaranya (1) memberikan penjelasan sederhana, (2) membangun keterampilan dasar, (3)menyimpulkan, (4) memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut, dan (5) strategi dan teknik. Management in an organization is needed to help the process of change so that the organization can improve its progress. Organizational progress is very influential on the success or failure of an organization. Organizational change is not always well received because at every change there will be resistance. Organizational change can be a threat to failure for an organization and therefore there needs to be a good management so that an organization has progress. \u0000Abstrak \u0000Perubahan merupakan sebuah proses yang tidak dapat dihindari dalam suatu organisasi. Perubahan organisasi adalah proses perpindahan dari keadaan sekarang menuju keadaan dimasa yang akan datang untuk meningkatkan organisaasi. Sebuah organisasi akan selalu mengalami sebuah perubahan untuk mengantisipasi dan menghadapi tantangan yang akan terjadi dimasa yang akan datang. Perubahan organisasi dapat berasal dari luar maupun dari dalam organisasi itu sendiri dimana perubahan tersebut berupa perubahan terencana ataupun perubahan struktural yang harus dikelola dengan baik. Manajemen dalam sebuah organisasi diperlukan untuk membantu proses perubahan agar organisasi dapat meningkatkan kemajuannya. Kemajuan organisasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap sukses tidaknya sebuah organisasi. Perubahan organisasi tidak selalu diterima dengan baik karena pada setiap perubahan pasti akan ada perlawanan. This study reveals that high education shows no integrated governance. The research refers to evaluative study of High Education quality insurance concept. The research used survey approach with qualitative method. The informants in this research are leaders of High Education and lecturers. Results of the research show (1) quality control principles refer to organizational lifecycle concepts namely plan, do, act, check (PDAC); (2) implementation process refers to technical targets such as completeness of formal learning; (3) improvement of lecturer professionalism competence is conducted in the forms of education and training as well as comparative study; (4) monitoring activity on quality improvement evaluation is conducted by weekly routine meeting, mid-semester meeting and beginning of education year meeting. Results of the evaluation are used as the lecturer performance assessment and decision making instrument aspects. Implication of research results are manifested in the form of reward and punishment-based counseling.
