Kinerja seorang guru dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal di antaranya adalah gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada sekolah dasar swasta di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel 109 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan media google form. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 0,425 pada koefisien korelasi dan 0,241 pada koefisien jalur terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja sebesar 0,593 pada koefisien korelasi dan 0,505 pada koefisien jalur terhadap kinerja. Kemudian, terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 0,365 pada koefisien korelasi dan 0,365 pada koefisien jalur terhadap disiplin kerja. \nKata Kunci: Kinerja, Disiplin, Kepemimpinan. \nTeacher performance is a decisive factor for education success in Indonesia. Teacher performance affected by few things such as leadership style of headmaster and discipline. The purpose of this research is measure the impact leadership style and work discipline on teacher performance at private primary school in East Jakarta. This study using quantitative method with 109 teachers as sample. Data were collected through the questionnaire which distributed by google form and analyzed using path analysis. The research results show leadership style is influence 0,425 at the correlation coefficient and 0,241 at the path coefficient on performance. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Swasta di Jakarta Timur
