The research method that has chosen is using a survey method with a correlational approach. This study, there were 115 samples of public elementary school teachers selected based on simple random sampling technique. Based on the description of the hypothesis test above, the research findings are as follows: (1) there is a significant direct influence between supervision and the quality of teacher services, (2) there were directly and significant impact between organizational commitment and teacher service quality, (3) there is a direct significantly influence between supervision and organizational commitment. This research has been implied that the effort to improve the quality of public elementary school teacher services can be complete, by increasing the quality of supervision and the quality of organizational commitment. \nKeywords : Supervision, Organizational commitment , The quality of teacher services \n  \nABSTRAK \nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara (1) supervisi terhadap Kualitas layanan guru, (2) komitmen organisasi terhadap kualitas layanan guru, (3) supervisi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 115 orang sampel guru sekolah dasar negeri yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan deskripsi uji hopotesis di atas, diperoleh hasil temuan penelitian sebagai berikut : (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signifikan antara supervisi dengan kualitas layanan guru, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kualitas layanan guru, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara supervisi dengan komiten organisasi. 摘要

本研究旨在确定(1)教师服务质量监督、(2)组织承诺对教师服务质量的影响、(3)组织承诺监督对教师服务质量的直接影响。所选择的研究方法是采用调查法和相关法。本研究采用简单随机抽样的方法,选取了115名公立小学教师样本。根据上述假设检验的描述,研究发现:(1)监督与教师服务质量之间存在显著的直接影响;(2)组织承诺与教师服务质量之间存在直接且显著的影响;(3)监督与组织承诺之间存在直接且显著的影响。本研究表明,通过提高监督质量和组织承诺质量,公立小学教师服务质量的提升是可以完成的。[关键词]监督;组织承诺;教师服务质量[关键词]监督;组织承诺;方法penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan方法survey dengan pendekatan korelation。Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 115猩猩样本专家sekolah dasar negeri yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik简单随机抽样。Berdasarkan deskripsi uji hopotesis di data, diperoleh hasil temuumpenelitian sebagai berikut:(1) terdapat pengaruh langsung yang signfikan antara superi dengan kualitas layanan guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signfikan antangan komitmen organisasi dengan kualitas layanan guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signfikan antangara superi监理dengan komiten organisasi。这句话的意思是:“我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说,我是说。”Kata kunci:监督,Komitmen Organisasi, Kualitas Layanan Guru
