The study used a literature review using reference books, national and international journals as a reference source. Data analysis used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results show that: 1) theoretically and conceptually, servant leadership has relevance to principals’ leadership; and, 2) practically, the relevant research results show a significant and positive influence of servant leadership on improving teacher performance, school organization, and improving the quality of learning. \u0000Key Words : Leadership, Servant, Principal, Performance, Quality \u0000  \u0000Abstrak \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, mutu sekolah dan pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan studi literatur dengan menggunakan referensi buku, jurnal nasional dan internasional sebagai sumber rujukan. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Soraya, Alfiya Farashati Farashati, Easyah Theoline","doi":"10.21009/improvement.v8i2.21800","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21009/improvement.v8i2.21800","url":null,"abstract":"Peran kepemimpinan di era  industri 4.0 sangat dibutuhkan pada setiap instansi atau lembaga baik di bidang pemerintahan maupun di lembaga lain yang berkompeten termasuk juga di lembaga pendidikan yang mengharuskan sekolah menuju pada pengelolaan beradaptasi dengan era revolusi industri 4.0 yang meliputi kemapuan berkomunikasi , berkolaborasi dan beriovasi berbasis teknologi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Komunikasi Interpersonal, (2) Kolaborasi (3) Inovasi dan Kreativitas Kepala Sekolah SMKN 26 Jakarta. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini  dilakukan di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta di  mulai April  2021 sampai dengan Juni 2021 . Data dan sumber data meliputi data primer berupa wawancara kepada Keey Informan dan informan pendukung yang terdiri orang orang yang terlibat langsung diantaranya Kepala Sekolah,Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Humas dan Kemitraan, Staff Ahli Wakasek Humas dan Kemitraan, Guru Kejuruan. Teknik analisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles and Huberman yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan dengan triangulasi sumber, metode, dan teori. Kesimpulan yang di dapat dari penelitina ini bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah SMKN 26 Jakarta yaitu dengan melakukan perencanaan  mandiri secara non formal dan rekan komunikasi yang terlibat berhubungan pada pekerjaan  baik di dalam maupun di luar sekolah. Sedangkan pada kolaborasi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah bersama wakil kepala sekolah bidang humas dan kemitraan yaitu Kerjasama dengan dunia usaha / industry dalam pelaksanaan program magang/pelatihan kerja lapangan. Kepala sekolah juga akan  memberikan ruang dan wewenang kepada para guru untuk melakukan inovasi dan kreativitas di sekolah. As an intervention program launched by the government to assist learners in developing critical, creative, innovative, entrepreneurial attitudes, social empathy behavior, and love for knowledge, it is necessary to know the extent to which the program has an impact in improving reading skills understanding in learners and what gaps in running GLS programs through the gap evaluation model (The Discrepancy Evaluation Model). The model developed by Malcolm Provus with this qualitative approach generally aims to obtain information about gaps in the implementation of the GLS program. Research data is obtained through observations, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis is carried out with three flow of activities that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, data withdrawal or verification. results showed that the positive impact of gls program implementation can be monitored even though academic measurement has not been done.  One of the related to the success of KBM is the increased readiness of students in attending KBM, increased confidence when speaking in public and writing. Gaps in program implementation in both high schools appear in the design of the target and installation of the program implementation, although both boil to the development of language skills and literacy of learners.  In addition, there needs to be a firmer emphasis in the master design that the establishment of a literate environment is the responsibility of all school residents. This research aims to investigate 1) the supervision model in learning the Graduate Competency Standard (SKL) for students at the Language Development Center at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, 2) the goals and functions of supervision, 3) barriers, and 4) solutions to the barriers in supervision. This research was descriptive qualitative research conducted at online learning during the pandemic of covid 19. Kepekaan lingkungan bukan sepenuhnya talenta atau naluri bawaan, melainkan hasil dari suatu proses pendidikan. Pendidikan merupakan sarana dalam upaya menyadarkan masyarakat menghentikan atau meminimalisir dampak kerusakan lingkungan akibat aktivitas manusia yang bersifat program jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu, penanaman sikap berwawasan lingkungan kepada siswa merupakan salah satu bentuk proses pembentukan sikap positif generasi muda melalui jalur Pendidikan formal. Guru berperan penting dalam menyampaikan ilmu ini kepada siswa, karena siswa adalah generasi penerus yang bertugas menjaga lingkungan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. The data were collected from the principals that selected as a respondent through the questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study shows: there is a positive effect of organizational justice variable on organizational commitment. The data analysis said the path coefficient value of organizational justice on organizational commitment described a positive contribution.  The effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was also showed a positive correlation. Hal tersebut memberikan dampak pada penilaian sebagian masyarakat yang menyebabkan pendidikan pondok pesantren kurang diminati. Atas dasar tersebut, implementasi strategi pemasaran menjadi penting untuk menjawab sebuah kebutuhan. Maksud dari tujuan ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan implementasi strategi pemasaran di lembaga pendidikan Pondok Pesantren Al Muayyad Surakarta. \u0000Artikel penelitian ini menggunakan strategi kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan dengan jenis fokus penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data berupa dokumen dan informan. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan content analysis. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan model atau pola interaktif, dikumpulkan, dikelompokkan, dianalisis, lalu ditarik kesimpulan dengan tetap mengacu teori manajemen strategik Fred R. David tentang implementasi strategi pemasaran. \u0000Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat strategi pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren Al Muayyad Surakarta, yakni pengelolaan promosi lembaga, perencanaan pemasaran, pengorganisasian pemasaran, pembentukan struktur organisasi pemasaran, keterlibatan kiai dan pimpinan dalam pengendalian pemasaran, adanya pembeda dalam pencapaian target pengelolaan pemasaran. Kemudian, implementasi strategi pemasaran Pondok Pesantren Al Muayyad dilakukan dengan melihat persoalan atau permasalahan pemasaran yang meliputi positioning product dan segmentasi pasar. Segmentasi pasar mencakup bentuk produk, harga, promosi, dan tempat. Sekolah akan dinilai berdasarkan kecepatan mereka dalam beradaptasi dalam waktu yang singkat dan kemampuan mereka menjaga kualitas pendidikan. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh sekolah untuk menjaga reputasi selama masa COVID-19, cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah melalui hubungan sekolah masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, implementasi, evaluasi, serta hambatan dalam manajemen hubungan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan citra sekolah di tengah pandemi COVID-19 di SMAS Islam Assyafi’iyah 02, Kota Bekasi. Desain penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis digunakan untuk memperoleh hasil dalam penelitian ini. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) perencanaan diawali dengan adanya analisis kebutuhan yang selaras dengan visi dan misi sekolah, 2) tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan berpedoman pada kerangka perencanaan yang telah disusun sebelumnnya adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan yakni dengan adanya publikasi dan kegiatan sosial, 3) evaluasi kehumasan dilakukan dengan memperhatikan beberapa unsur yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas kegiatan dan bermanfaat dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam kegiatan selanjutnya, dan 4) hambatan yang dihadapi sekolah dalam kegiatan hubungan masyarakat bersumber dari dalam dan luar lingkungan sekolah.","PeriodicalId":56188,"journal":{"name":"Improvement Jurnal Ilmiah Untuk Peningkatan Mutu Manajemen Pendidikan","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41799043","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This model consists of three stages, namely Explorating, Enactment and Evaluation. This research was conducted in Pabuaran Village, Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency.for adolescents in remote communities.The step of the development model begins with exploring, at this stage the developer identifies the need for distance learning due to the large number of trainees who experience difficulties in participating in learning activities in face-to-face, especially for teenagers who live in remote areas, the selection of the Moodle platform, this is because Moodle has an application in the form of Moodle Mobile which can be accessed via android phone. In the Enactment stage, at this stage the developer begins to design disaster literacy learning using the Mobile Modeling Model, compile prototypes and develop the learning in detail. The last stage is Evaluation, Testing material experts and media experts. Material experts give the results of the percentage of the feasibility of learning materials of 93.75%. Media testing gives the results of the feasibility percentage of 79.9%. The test on the small group test of the trainees got a result of 86.97% which means it is very feasible to use. This study provides suggestions that facilities and infrastructure must be available properly.
