The data were collected from the principals that selected as a respondent through the questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study shows: there is a positive effect of organizational justice variable on organizational commitment. The data analysis said the path coefficient value of organizational justice on organizational commitment described a positive contribution.  The effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment was also showed a positive correlation. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在衡量雅加达公立高中校长的组织公正和工作满意度对组织承诺的影响程度。数据是从通过问卷选择作为受访者的校长那里收集的,并使用路径分析进行分析。研究结果表明:组织公平变量对组织承诺具有正向影响。数据分析表明,组织公平对组织承诺的路径系数值描述了一个积极的贡献。工作满意度对组织承诺的影响也呈正相关。组织公正变量数据对工作满意度也有正向影响。关键词:组织公正、工作满意度、组织承诺
