This study focused on the study of the contribution of work experience and work motivation to the professionalism of supervising teachers in Senior High Schools in Tabanan Regency. This study used an ex post facto design involving 39 respondents from 14 Public and Private Senior High Schools in Tabanan Regency. Data were obtained through documentation method and questionnaires which were analyzed by regression analysis. Work culture in schools is closely related to leadership style and facilities and infrastructure. In this case, the low work culture of elementary school teachers is also commonly found in elementary school teachers in Cluster 4 Parungsari, Sajira District, Lebak Regency. Based on data from the Sajira District education office, it was recorded that 52 teachers or 50% (104 teachers from 12 elementary schools) found a low work culture as indicated by the number of teachers who came late to school, the learning process in the classroom did not match the time allocation, and the teacher's lack of creativity in creating innovative learning. This is quite interesting to be studied and analyzed further. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and infrastructure on the work culture of teachers. This research is quantitative research with Explanatory Survey method. The sample used was 100 elementary school teachers in the Parungsari Village, Group 4, Sajira District, Lebak Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data collection process is through instruments with the Personal Report of Communication Apprehension (PRCA-24). The approach used is quantitative with descriptive research methods. A one-way ANOVA was conducted to test second hypotheses. The outcome indicates a constructive attitude towards blended learning among DIKLAT PIM IV 2018 training participants. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the drug abuse prevention module development in increasing prevention knowledge for students at the junior high school level in East Jakarta. The research method used was educational design research research method with the development model Design by Research. In this method there are 3 main phases, namely the analysis and exploration phase, the design and development phase, and the evaluation and reflection phase. The samples in this study were Guidance and Counseling teachers in East Jakarta Junior High Schools who became partners of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of FIP UNJ. The development of a drug abuse prevention module in East Jakarta Junior High School focuses on (1) knowledge that students must know, (2) attitudes and values, and (3) skills. The results showed that the module was in accordance with the students' goals, the material was considered appropriate, although it still needed to be improved in terms of the delivery method and the media completeness needed to deliver the material in the module. Modules can also help optimize peer groups as a classical mentoring service to build drug-free youth. The counseling organizations involved in the study were representing modern counseling structure and practices based on certain relevance they could have for the intended lessons. To achieve its goal, qualitative study method was conducted employing thematic data analysis technique. The tools used to gather information were interview, observation and focus group discussions conducted with key informants of the institutions. The study result identified that counseling and counseling service quality is at promising status in the country. Institutions engaging in counseling services provision focus on indigenous wisdom, personal experience and knowledge captured from educational institutes. Since the work is so fragmented, much is expected from concerned government and non-government organizations in boosting the purpose and functions of counseling in order to maintain adolescents’ holistic development in and out of school. The data were collected through a social adjustment scale that the author developed himself with a reliability of 0.936. The sample of this research is 10 foster children at the Wira Lisna orphanage in the city of Padang. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics. The results of this study reveal that the level of social adjustment of Wira Lisna Padang's anti-care foster children is in the unfavorable category. The results of this study can be used as a basis for determining the next step in order to improve the social adjustment ability of foster children at the Wira Lisna orphanage, Padang.
