An organizational approach to the occupational exposome is proposed. The organizational approach is intended, from an interdisciplinary perspective, to broaden the levels of analysis of the exposures (whether they are) of the individual to the work situation (individual or collective), the work situation in the workshop or in the service, the company and the socio-economic environment of the company, the socio-economic environment of the company to the Society as a whole. The organizational approach of the occupational exposome helps to broaden the spectrum of health risk assessment and to promote a comprehensive and integrated approach to the prevention of arduousness at work and occupational wear and tear.</p>","PeriodicalId":519512,"journal":{"name":"Medecine sciences : M/S","volume":"38 3","pages":"288-293"},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"40326963","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, knowledge on the molecular processes involved in tumor progression contributes to molecularize medicine, extending genomic medicine. Then, the identification of epigenetic mechanisms underlying the environmental causes of cancers brings scientific legitimacy to products and services whose advertising promotes the ability of each person to protect herself from cancer by adapting her lifestyle. Lastly, we argue that research in environmental epigenetics could open a new route for personalized medicine in oncology, where epigenetics contributes to an individualized assessment of patients' life paths.</p>","PeriodicalId":519512,"journal":{"name":"Medecine sciences : M/S","volume":"38 3","pages":"296-302"},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"40326964","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Several research studies using synthesis of potential pandemic pathogens led to controversies in the 2010's. More recently, the hypothesis that Covid-19 pandemics could originate from a lab escape is still under debate. In France, a legislative vacuum remains concerning the synthesis of modified pathogens. Initiating a collective reflection process towards setting of a legal framework on this type of work is timely so that research continues to provide profit to society rather than hazard.</p>","PeriodicalId":519512,"journal":{"name":"Medecine sciences : M/S","volume":"38 3","pages":"303-308"},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"40326965","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

En psychologie, les études explorent le fonctionnement de l’être humain et ne peuvent être effectuées sans le consentement du participant. Qu’elle soit conduite sur la population générale ou sur des personnes atteintes de troubles spécifiques, la recherche en psychologie doit intégrer la participation de personnes qui sont explicitement consentantes. Nous explorerons, dans cette revue, les spécificités et les obstacles du recrutement impliquant un consentement libre et éclairé en psychologie. Nous aborderons ensuite les éléments d’intégrité scientifique à considérer, afin de limiter les possibles inconduites scientifiques.","PeriodicalId":519512,"journal":{"name":"Medecine sciences : M/S","volume":"38 2","pages":"211-214"},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"39810779","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By separating sea urchin blastomeres at 2/4 cell stages, a young researcher, Hans Driesch shows that each of the blastomeres develops to form a complete and harmonious larva and that the young embryo is therefore capable of regulation. Thus this invalidated the concept of mosaic development, which predicted the independent development of two hemi-embryos and it opened up new fields of investigation for modern embryology.</p>","PeriodicalId":519512,"journal":{"name":"Medecine sciences : M/S","volume":"38 2","pages":"205-210"},"PeriodicalIF":0.7,"publicationDate":"2022-02-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"39810342","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
