Data for the development of the work were collected through a checklist created with some guiding questions required by the environmental agency of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This checklist identified compliance points and areas for improvement in its management. In addition, other sources of research such as books, websites, newspapers, and magazines that address important topics related to the treatment of industrial effluents, branding, environmental compliance, and other environmental subjects were used.\u0000 \u0000Findings: Through a review, a branding strategy was developed to promote eco-efficient practices, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the company's environmental commitment and how this process can yield significant results for the company's image in an increasingly competitive market.\u0000 \u0000Discussion: Business management has undergone a significant paradigm shift, as companies can no longer focus their strategies solely on profits. It was applied to a total sample of 380 students. The statistics applied for this study were non-parametric tests using Kendall's Tau_b coefficient, to determine the correlation that exists between the variables studied. \u0000 \u0000Results and Discussion: The main findings obtained in this research were that the social networks used by the institutions subject to study have not been adequate to achieve total student satisfaction, due to the low correlation coefficient values resulting to a greater extent, which indicates that Social networks must be evaluated and be able to define which is the most suitable for communication and this will also depend on the market segment to which it is directed, in this case take into account that they are students of Higher Education Institutions. Although it is true and according to Silveiro, (2024), mentions that Facebook is considered the leading social network in the world, however, the results of the Facebook research have low correlation parameters for student satisfaction. In this sense, it is worth highlighting that the content that is being viewed on these networks must be verified, since an important aspect to capture attention is the content that is incorporated. \u0000 \u0000Research Implications: The findings of this research contribute to valuable perspectives to improve educational online communication in HEIs. In this sense, the conclusions suggest possible strategies to incorporate appropriate social networks with relevant, clear and precise information, to achieve total student satisfaction, adopting actions that ensure that students can have constant interaction, allowing their perception to be relevant. \u0000 \u0000Originality/Value: The originality of this is given by the focus on the experience of the users of the HEIs of Hidalgo Mexico, since it delves into digital platforms that affect the satisfaction of students in daily academic life, which led to the identification of these communication tools. online to improve student communication and student satisfaction in an educational environment.

This research on evaluating the impact of E-Government on Public Services is a type of evaluation research using quantitative-qualitative methods (mixed methods). The research design used is a sequential explanatory design or a combination model research. Combination research with sequential explanatory design is research that combines quantitative and qualitative research methods sequentially, where in the first stage the research is carried out using quantitative methods and in the second stage it is carried out with qualitative methods (Cresswell, 2009: 209). \u0000 \u0000Results and Discussion: To examine the influence of intervening variables, path analysis methods are used. Path analysis is an extension of regression analysis. Path analysis uses regression analysis to estimate the causal relationship between variables (causal model) that has been determined previously based on the theory. Path analysis alone cannot determine causal relationships and also cannot be used as a substitute for researchers to see causal relationships between variables. The average value of E-Government with a strongly agree answer of .398.4 is classified as a good variable. Respondents agreed that the average score was 5.55 in the good group. E-Government variables were grouped as variables that had good criteria. The average value of the Smart City Masterplan variable according to the answers of the respondents strongly agreed was 100.2 which was categorized as good. The average value according to the response answers agrees that the value is 1.8 which is categorized as good and. The Smart City Masterplan variable is in a good position. \u0000 \u0000Research Implications: Based on the results of the research and discussion in Chapter IV, it can be implication as follows: 1. There is a close relationship with the empirical description of the variables E-Government, Smart City Master Plan, Smart City Program and Public Services. 2. There is a significant influence of E-Government on the Smart City Program in Klaten Regency. 3. The goal is to identify and analyze these strategies to enhance the teaching process in bilingual settings.\u0000 \u0000Theoretical Framework: The research is grounded in language learning strategy theories, including memory, cognitive, metacognitive, definition, and social strategies. These frameworks provide a comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms students use to acquire vocabulary in a bilingual context.\u0000 \u0000Method: The study follows a mixed-methods approach. In the first phase, 50 students from various backgrounds (Greek minority, bilingual, and monolingual Albanian families) were identified and categorized based on their Greek language proficiency (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Two questionnaires were developed: one to assess language levels and another to identify vocabulary learning strategies.\u0000 \u0000Results and Discussion: Results suggest diverse strategy usage among students, influenced by their language proficiency and family background. These devices provide several benefits, including portability and the capacity to take pictures in real-time from remote and difficult-to-reach places at a cheaper cost without endangering the operator's safety. \u0000 \u0000Design/methodology/approach: The quantity of data gathered by drones needs an enormous amount of effort to analyze and interpret properly due to Rio de Janeiro's difficult topography and large geographic area. To overcome this challenge, artificial intelligence should be used to automatically evaluate and georeference the photos and videos gathered during the investigation. The present work aims to demonstrate the feasibility of this technique in the early and effective identification of remote areas with illegal solid waste dumping by combining a variety of methods, including the use of a global positioning system (GPS), high-precision cameras and sensors on an electronic device for remote sensing (drone), and image processing and interpretation using computational resources. \u0000 \u0000Findings: Following extensive remote sensing in the selected areas, with the assistance of a UAV, the obtained photos were batch-processed utilizing Deep Learning algorithms and digital image processing techniques. After a significant amount of training, these algorithms were able to automatically identify and classify photos that showed signs of solid waste disposal from those that did not, showing that this rapid-automated segregation produced a 92% efficacy.\u0000 \u0000Discussion: Rio de Janeiro produces a lot of trash, much of it is improperly disposed of and indiscriminately deposited in urban and surrounding regions, on hills, and in difficult-to-reach locations. This issue is particularly worse in areas where the government is absent and ineffective, causing citizens to dispose of their garbage in dangerous and hard-to-reach locations. This study offers a Deep Learning-based method for automatically identifying underprivileged communities that require government intervention to reduce irregular garbage disposal and all of the associated environmental consequences.
