Abstract

Objective: The present work seeks to analyze the scientific production covering Multicriteria Models of Decision Support for the evaluation of Sustainable Performance in Organizations, covering the period from 2009 to 2024. For the scope, the research question refers to: “What multicriteria methods of decision support allow to evaluate sustainable performance in organizations?”.   Method: To answer the question of the research, a Systematic Review of Literature (RSL) was carried out based on the Methodi Ordinatio in the Web of Science and Scopus databases. After filtering and applying the method, 37 articles were obtained for full reading.   Results and Discussion: The results pointed out that the most widely used multi-criterion decision support methods for analysis of sustainable development in organizations were TOPSIS and AHP on topics related to the circular economy and supply chain.   Originality/Value: With the analysis contained in this research, it was intended to present the main and most commonly used multi-criteria methods for evaluating sustainability in organizations. Thus, by understanding the state of the art to answer the question, it was also possible to suggest topics for future studies.
