Researchers collected data by observing informant accounts' text posts, photos, and short videos. They followed the comments given by the account's followers and the responses given by the account owner. Researchers also identified other social media accounts with which the adolescent was affiliated. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews with informants.\u0000 \u0000Results and Conclusion: The results showed that establishing Palembang adolescents' identities on Instagram media was initially carried out by identity experiments using appropriate styles and interests. This identity establishment is dynamic because adolescent will construct and deconstruct their identity. This process is determined by the responses given by his followers to his posts and the affiliate accounts he follows. The adolescent's self-identity then develops into the self-identity expected by his followers and what is 'offered' by the statements he follows. A completely randomized block design (DBCA) was used to evaluate the behavior of the treatments. \u0000 \u0000Results and Discussion: The results revealed that the cultivars Vilquechico, Sacacatani and SLP-1 obtained higher yields among the other cultivars, with 3490, 3258 and 3161 kg/ha respectively, and with respect to the vegetative period values of 225, 241 and 239 days respectively were found, likewise, for the nutritional balance a protein content of 44.9, 46.3 and 44.9% respectively was obtained. On the other hand, for the oil content, 23.5, 16.1 and 20.2% respectively were found, as well as for the carbohydrate content with 27.9, 33.7 and 30.3 % respectively, being the Vilquechico cultivar the only one with brown grain, determining these three cultivars with the best performance in the Puno highlands, inferring their adaptation and good agronomic behavior with outstanding characteristics to the other tarwi cultivars for the Puno region, Peru. \u0000 \u0000Research Implications: The practical implications of this research highlight its potential to improve the livelihoods of Andean populations by planting high-yielding with early-maturity tarwi cultivars, nutritionally enriched vegetative periods. Bitola is divided into 12 zones, of which the 10th, 11th and 12th zones are peripheral zones, ie the most distant from the central city area. By activating the peripheral areas, understanding the problems and needs of the residents in those zones, we would contribute to the revitalization of the entire city. Therefore, in this paper, the emphasis will be placed on the peripheral areas of the city of Bitola, such as the Bukovska neighborhood, Brusnichka and Strelishte, but we will also analyze the Lavchanska neighborhood and zone 3, that is, Bair. In the peripheral zones of the city, an interview was conducted per household, in each zone there was one interviewer, who, on a previously created questionnaire, collected data on several aspects, such as family income, the number of family members, how many members are students, do they travel outside the zone, do they own a car, with which means of transport do they meet their mobility needs, and the most important question was what was their mobility in the previous day, that is, what was the reason for traveling and where.
