The relationship between the Qur'an and Islamic society can be seen from how the Qur'an is addressed theoretically and adequately practiced in everyday life. Thus the Living Qur'an is a study of the Qur'an but not only relying on its textual existence, but a study of social phenomena that arise related to the presence of the Qur'an in a certain geographical area and perhaps a certain period as well. The phenomenon of the Living Qur'an can also be said to be a \"qur'anization\" of life, which means incorporating the Qur'an as it is understood into all aspects of human life, or making human life an arena for realizing Al-Qur'an. Quran on earth. There are many arguments for naqli and aqli which teach fellow human beings to love one another and not to hurt each other either physically or psychologically. A husband should not feel superior and selfish in the household as well as a wife who should not be nusyuz. According to the majority of scholars, they define nusyuz as a wife’s deportment leaving out of the obligation to obey her husband or a deviant act that arises and is committed by a wife to her husband. Regarding domestic violence incidents that have been regulated in positive law, Islamic criminal law should also regulate these domestic violence incidents, but the Islamic criminal law literature has not explained in detail the sanctions for these domestic violence incidents. In this study, the authors used a type of literature review research, which is a type of research whose data sources are already available in libraries and digital access, which is normative research. The conclusion of Islamic criminal law perspective clarifies that if there is physical violence against a partner or family that causes death or injury and so on, then this is categorized as a jarimah of punishment in ta'zir. This causes many educational supervision leaders to face challenges in providing adequate support and training to teachers. Lack of resources, time and opportunities for training can limit leaders' ability to help teachers improve their skills. The important role of educational leadership and supervision in improving the quality of education therefore this study aims to explore the dimensions and qualitative aspects underlying leadership in educational supervision. The research method used was qualitative desk research, in which relevant literature was identified and analysed to gain an in-depth understanding of the topic. The findings suggest that leadership in educational supervision plays an important role in achieving educational goals. Leadership involves the ability to influence, direct and motivate others. Educational supervision, on the other hand, aims to improve the quality of education through guidance and counselling to teachers. The type of research is library research, namely by tracing literature or data sources obtained from books, books and others that have a direct or indirect relationship to the theme. This research is descriptive analysis using a normative juridical approach. The data that has been collected is analyzed descriptively with deductive and inductive thinking methods. Judging from Maqasid Ash Shari'ah, but the relevance of the existence of the people of the book at this time is not in accordance with the text of the nash at the time of the prophet and from the aspect of the evil that dominates over the good. In the MUI fatwa it is explained that marrying different religions is haram and in positive law there are articles that prohibit marriages of different beliefs. This study attempts to analyze Malaysia researchers at the tertiary level on their perspectives towards challenges in research and innovation during the Pandemic Era throughout almost two-year of the lockdown. This article undertakes an analysis of researchers based on issues and challenges as the main sources of reference by adopting the document analysis method. Therefore, this study used a qualitative method with a protocol of observation and analysis of several sources to get data and information. The outcome of this article suggests that higher institutions have to consider all aspects in supporting the continuity of research and innovation to ensure no researchers are left behind. Researchers are majorly concerned about their research competency with none to minimal exposure to laboratory settings. All stakeholders’ well-being, including mental health, should be prioritized, should this mode of delivery continue in these times of uncertainty. While the data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation techniques, the data validation technique was carried out by triangulation. To the husband who submits a divorce application, besides allowing the husband to declare divorce in front of the court, the panel of judges can also burden the husband with paying a number of obligations including in the form of mut'ah. In common practice, mut'ah is usually paid after the trial of the divorce pledge is completed, but since the issuance of SEMA Number 1 of 2017 which stipulates that judges can include in a decision that the obligation of mut'ah must be paid before the pledge of divorce, many judges then carry out mandate of SEMA Number 1 of 2017 on the grounds of providing legal certainty for women's rights. However, this actually becomes an obstacle for the husband to carry out the divorce vow if the husband is unable to make payments. However, the results of the study found that the non-implementation of the divorce pledge was due to the inability of the husband to pay the mut'ah burden that was required to be paid before the divorce pledge, so if viewed from the perspective of mashlahah mursalah it does not actually make this judge's decision unfair, as well as an order to pay mut'ah before the pledge of divorce being pronounced also does not make the decision unfair. The purpose of this study is to present a literature study that analyzes literature related to individual behavior in the context of Islamic educational institutions. This literature study uses a systematic and selective search method in identifying articles, journals, books, and other sources related to relevant topics. The focus of this research is on individual behavior which includes aspects such as academic behavior, social behavior, moral and religious behavior, as well as factors that influence individual behavior in Islamic educational institutions. The results of this literature study reveal that individual academic behavior in Islamic educational institutions involves factors such as learning motivation, active participation in learning, discipline, and responsibility for schoolwork. Individual social behavior includes positive interactions between students, teachers, and administrative staff, as well as concern for the school environment and the community. Meanwhile, individual moral and religious behavior involves understanding and practicing Islamic values, ethics, and integrity in daily life. Factors that influence individual behavior in Islamic educational institutions identified in this literature study include family and environmental influences, educational approaches applied in educational institutions, the teacher's role as a role model, as well as policies and norms that exist in the school environment. In conclusion, this literature study highlights the importance of understanding individual behavior in Islamic educational institutions. Previous research has identified factors that play a role in shaping positive and quality individual behavior in Islamic education environments. These findings provide important insights for Islamic education practitioners, teachers and related stakeholders to design appropriate strategies and interventions in promoting beneficial individual behavior in Islamic educational institutions.
