In social life in Minangkabau, custom and religion are two values that are in line with and adhered to according to the Basandi Syarak Adat life philosophy, Syarak Basandi Kitabullah. This philosophy explains that existing customary law must follow Shari'a, namely Islamic law which is guided by the Al-Quran and Sunnah which is called the Book of Allah. In the inheritance of property in Minangkabau, there are differences and similarities with customary law and Islamic law. This problem research was carried out by reviewing the relevant literature according to the title. There are two types of inheritance in Minangkabau, namely high inheritance and low inheritance. Inheritance of high inheritances follows the customary inheritance rules in Minangkabau, which are inherited collectively according to the mother's lineage (matriline). This inheritance is usually in the form of goods or land. What is shared is the time spent working on it and enjoying the results. The beneficiaries are usually women, and only men manage the high inheritance. Researcher wishes to develop an appropriate instructional material for economics students since they have been in ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and 4.0 eras that enable the students with knowledge of technology, pedagogy and content of economics at once. To achieve this goal, it requires the need analysis instrument to elicit information concern on the need about English material, technology used and also the way to learn the subject matter. This instrument was developed by adapting and modifying ESP and TPACK theory of Basturkmen issued in 2010 & 2018 and theory of Koehler & Mishra in 2009. This elaboration generates eleven indicators to be established; target situation analysis, discourse analysis, present situation analysis, learner factor analysis, teaching context analysis, Technological Knowledge (TK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Content Knowledge (CK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge, and the last but not least is Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK). There are seventy statements for questionnaire and two questions for interview composed from the eleven indicators. While being predominantly inhabited by Muslims at 67% of the total population, the rest of the population are allowed to practice their religion in peace. As with other Islamic nations, Islam influences the government in upholding Islamic laws. Brunei has been implementing Islamic Law since the 16th century, and it was in the beginning of 20th Century with the intervention of foreign powers that Brunei had to or was rather forced to abandon it. Before the British implemented its Common Law, the main body of basic law in Brunei was Islamic law and that the law was well executed, administered and it was effective. The law was initiated by the ninth Sultan of Brunei Sultan Muhammad Hassan (1582-1598) and widely known as the Sultan Hassan’s Kanun. In 2011, The Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam during a meeting with members of the Brunei Islamic Religious Council (MUIB) proposed the introduction of an Islamic Criminal Act to deal with crimes while maintaining the implementation of existing civil and religious legislations. On 22nd October 2013 the Sultan announced this law, and on 1st May 2014 the Law has been enforced. The departure of the husband from the wife's residence is known as baganyi. The Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh community considers baganyi to be a way of solving household problems such as when nusyuz is a wife. Baganyi is often equated with al-hijr which is permissible in Islam. The main problem in this article is how is the concept of baganyi that occurs in the Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh community, is it in line with the concept of al-hijr in Islam?, To what extent is Niniak mamak and traditional institutions involved in resolving baganyi cases?, and how effective is the baganyi in resolving household matters? In this study it was concluded that although the causes of the occurrence were almost the same, there were several differences in the practice of baganyi that occurred in the Canduang community and the concept of al-hijr which was permitted by Islam. Mamak has an important role in solving the baganyi problem, even involving his wife in this case, while the customary institution that used to act as a partner consulting body has now begun to lose its role since the KUA took over the task of marriage. The new Criminal Code is now registered through Law Number 1 of 2023. Fundamental changes to the elements of criminal acts in the latest Criminal Code still leave various polemics in society. Articles 411 to 413 of the Criminal Code prohibit sexual intercourse between partners without a valid marriage bond. However, this article is an absolute complaint offense which can only be subject to an element of crime if there is a complaint from a married husband or wife and parents or unmarried children. This article examines the controversies of adultery offenses in the latest Criminal Code as well as the views of Islamic law. adultery in the latest Criminal Code is considered not fulfilling the sense of justice of religious people. For data collection, a literature review in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials is used. The specification of this research is descriptive analytical, which aims to provide a description carried out using qualitative methods from legal theories and legal doctrines as well as the opinions of Islamic law experts. It can be concluded that the concepts and ideas of CLD-KHI thinking in inheritance law have the spirit of legal liberalisation. The method used is to capture the spirit of a Qur'anic text or prophet's hadith so as to obtain the universal message of the text, namely the public good and the purpose of the sharia, not the literal meaning contained in the text of the verse. The research method is a quantitative descriptive method. Research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the non-parametric test using Spearman and the termination coefficient with IMB SPSS 25. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Guguak District, totaling 54 teachers. The sampling technique is to use the entire population. The research sample is all teachers.
