{"title":"Sociological Analysis of Islamic Law Regarding Law Number 22 of 2009 Related to the Sale and Purchase of Vehicles Without Complete Documents","authors":"Difa Wahyudi, Silfia Hanani, Nofiardi Nofiardi","doi":"10.30983/gic.v1i1.113","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30983/gic.v1i1.113","url":null,"abstract":"This article discusses the sociological analysis of Islamic law on buying and selling vehicles without the complete documents according to Article 68 paragraph 1 of law number 22 of 2009. In this discussion, the authors conducted research because many people buy vehicles without the complete STNK document, which is proof of registration and validation of a vehicle. motorized vehicles based on identity whose ownership has been registered. STNK is issued by SAMSAT, which is a place for issuing or validating services by 3 agencies: the National Police, the Provincial Revenue Service and PT. Raja Service. STNK is the starting point for legal ownership of a motorized vehicle. Therefore, according to the provisions above, what must be met in a used motorcycle transaction should be the same as the first party when buying the motorcycle in a new condition. The documents that must exist and are clear and can be handed over when vehicle transactions are STNK, BPKB and receipts. especially in rural areas where the majority of the population has jobs as oil palm farmers, for oil palm farmers vehicles or motorbikes play an important role in supporting work, especially in transporting crops, this is because the location of community plantations is mostly hilly, this makes people in plantation areas prefer to buy a vehicle without complete documents because it is only used to go to the garden and also the price is relatively cheaper than having to buy a vehicle that has complete documents. Judging from the problems above, there is a big risk lurking in the community because of buying a motorbike without complete documents. Education is very important to overcome this problem. Therefore, the internalization of character education in educational institutions is a must. Islamic educational institutions, especially madrasas, have a dual role, namely preparing students to have useful knowledge for the future and also as a vehicle for character formation that will lead students in social life skills and for their later life. Madrasas as Islamic educational institutions have shown their distinctive characteristics, namely the cultivation of character values that have been integrated into religious subjects. This study aims to develop the internalization of character education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mu'alimin Bangkinang . This type of research is qualitative. The research techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Universal means that Islam is intended for all human beings on earth and can be applied at any time until the end of time. An important aspect related to human relations is the economic aspect. So in Islam, economic activity has principles derived from Al-qur'an and Hadith. All scientific disciplines including economics have an epistemological basis. Epistemology is a branch of philosophy that discusses in depth the whole process of acquiring knowledge. In other words, Islamic economics can only be used as a scientific discipline if it meets the requirements scientific requirements. So that the epistemology of Islamic economic law requires ijtihad using rational reasons. The ideals of Islamic economic law contained in the maqaṣid ash-shari'ah are in line with the ideals of economic law in Indonesia with the focus on building and creating the benefit of the world and the hereafter for mankind. The development of Islamic Economic Law in Indonesia gave birth to various regulations related to economic and financial problems that occurred in Indonesia. The epistemology of Islamic economic law in Indonesia is an important study to find out the origin and truth of the law itself. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely to describe the results of the findings of the authors from various historical literature. Considering this context, this study aims to analyze the role and challenges of Islamic education in the era of disruption. In carrying out this research, descriptive analysis method was used to collect and analyze data related to the topic. The results of the study show that Islamic education in the era of disruption faces several significant challenges. First, digital technology has affected the way we learn and access information. Islamic educators need to use this technology wisely to increase learning effectiveness. Second, changes in culture and social environment also have an impact on Islamic values and identity. Therefore, Islamic education must strengthen understanding of Islamic values and integrate them with changing social contexts. Third, a paradigm shift in educational thought and philosophy requires Islamic education to continue to adapt and provide relevant and innovative approaches to learning. To overcome these challenges, several steps can be taken. First, Islamic education needs to involve technology in the learning process, such as the use of online learning platforms, videos and educational applications. Second, Islamic education must explore universal Islamic values that are relevant to the current context, while maintaining a strong Islamic identity. This study highlights the efforts to reform waqf law in Indonesia as a response to the times. These efforts include administrative arrangements in the form of recording and certification of waqf land as well as the development of waqf objects in the form of cash waqf and other securities and the development of waqf asset management. These developments are methodologically based on the principle of expediency, in order to realize benefit as the main objective of Islamic law. The community has not fully paid attention to the regulations in the implementation of waqf, especially for those who do or give waqf. This causes uncertainty about the status of the waqf itself both juridically and administratively. So that teachers do not consider supervision as a reflection of what competencies need to be developed so that learning objectives can be achieved and the quality of students is increasing. On the one hand, self-development for teachers is absolutely necessary to adjust teachers' abilities in dealing with curriculum developments that have implications for teaching methods. This study aims to obtain data and see whether there is an influence between supervision on improving teachers' professional competence at SMAN 3 Bukittinggi. This research uses quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires to 52 subject teachers who were sampled. Data processing using SPSS 25 to get generalization. All human terms mentioned in the Qur'an have various potentials and characteristics inherent in each human being. However, how these women engaged with the transformation, through strategies, negotiations and contestations, seldom received visibility in the mainstream reform scholarship of colonial Kerala. As I have argued elsewhere, while the reforms attempt to foster new forms of gender relations, based on patrilineality and conjugality, the matrilineal women created an alternative space of their own. The entry of Muslim women into colonial education and the formation of Mahila Samajams or women’s organisations in the early decades of the 20th century is indicative of this.
