Madrasas as Islamic educational institutions have shown their distinctive characteristics, namely the cultivation of character values that have been integrated into religious subjects. This study aims to develop the internalization of character education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mu'alimin Bangkinang . This type of research is qualitative. The research techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation.
