This study aims to obtain data and see whether there is an influence between supervision on improving teachers' professional competence at SMAN 3 Bukittinggi. This research uses quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires to 52 subject teachers who were sampled. Data processing using SPSS 25 to get generalization. Abstract

In reality, supervision has not contributed much to improving teachers' professional competence. Some supervision activities are only a complementary document to fulfill requirements. 监督对教师专业能力提升的影响——以天津师范学院为例
