The research method is a quantitative descriptive method. Research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the non-parametric test using Spearman and the termination coefficient with IMB SPSS 25. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Guguak District, totaling 54 teachers. The sampling technique is to use the entire population. The research sample is all teachers. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨校长领导风格与教师工作动机对利马埔卢哥打区国果区第一小学教师绩效的影响。研究方法为定量描述法。通过向受访者发放调查问卷的方式收集研究数据。问卷结果采用Spearman非参数检验,终止系数采用IMB SPSS 25进行分析。本研究人群均为SMA Negeri 1 Guguak区的教师,共54名教师。抽样技术是使用整个总体。研究样本为所有教师。结果表明:1)校长领导对教师绩效有显著影响;2)工作动机对教师绩效有显著影响。
