Therefore, this research aims to explore innovations in the curriculum to foster the development of education and learning, keeping pace with the times and aligning with expectations and standards. A qualitative approach utilizing a literature review method with reflective analysis of sources such as scientific journals, books, research reports, policy documents, conference proceedings, online media and blogs, as well as theses and dissertations, was employed. The research findings revealed that firstly, curriculum innovation is an effort to create new solutions in education based on understanding existing problems. Secondly, important foundations need to be considered in the process of curriculum innovation. Lastly, overall, curriculum innovation is a crucial step towards enhancing the quality of education. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were customers of Islamic insurance throughout Indonesia and the sample used in this study totaled 95 people with predetermined conditions, namely customers who had filed a claim. The collection technique used in sampling is Purposive Sampling, namely a sampling method where each population does not have the same opportunity. The technique used to collect data is an indirect communication technique with a tool in the form of a questionnaire. Meanwhile, to analyze the data, researchers used the SPSS For Windows program. Conservatism and liberalism are two patterns of thought that are identified as contradictory. The new world and new media have realized how important digitalization of Islamic law is. Choosing one mode of thought will clarify the position of Islamic law in a global context. The normative and empirical methods used in this research will dialogue Islamic law with conservatism and liberalism in mind with the dynamics of social change and today's digital technology. Dialogue on Islamic Law is always with the modern world, so that it is not stagnant and decadent is a necessity. The global era with the orbit of digital instruments as a tool that can provide anything, can also facilitate and accelerate desires in many aspects of life, both positive and negative. The facts show that digital instruments play a direct role in every aspect of life. Present in various applications and messages for convenience and the benefit of strengthening norms and values. The negative effects of digital transformation also present cyber crimes with their various modus operandi. From the research it was found that the digitization of Islamic law has occurred, for example the digital Koran, digital hadith, digital inheritance law and religious courts with their e-court and e-litigation as well as various other applications that come into contact with Islamic law. However, until now there is no digital application that can be used to make Islamic Law a preventive tool in dealing with cybercrimes. In dealing with changes in the education system in the 21st century, planning is certainly needed so that the process of implementing education can be truly directed. In this 21st century learning, not only by relying on the field of knowledge but the field of skills also plays a role so that teachers and students must be ready to take new steps in facing this era. The research used is using a qualitative research approach using the Library Research method (literary study) by describing articles related to education studies in the 21st century. The results of this study indicate that the development of science and technology is currently not an obstacle for teachers to be. Therefore, the existence of a teacher or taklim assembly can increase the awareness of women to study religion and deepen the study of Islamic sciences. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the assembly in increasing the worship of women in Sungai Harapan Village. In this research, the authors used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that describes social phenomena as they are. As for data collection techniques, observation and interviews with the chairman of the taklim assembly. In data analysis, the authors used descriptive analysis, which is a form of analysis in the form of explanations exploring the main ideas related to the topics discussed. From a Western perspective, science is often viewed as the outcome of objective scientific methods and empirical research. This approach emphasizes the use of reason and logic in developing knowledge. On the other hand, the Islamic perspective acknowledges the importance of scientific methods in acquiring knowledge but also emphasizes the spiritual and revelatory dimensions in understanding reality. In this study, we conducted a comparative analysis of these perspectives, examining the similarities and differences in the conceptions of science from both viewpoints. Literature studies and religious references were utilized to gain a comprehensive understanding of these perspectives. The research reveals that while there are differences between the Western and Islamic views on science, there are also significant points of convergence. The analysis results show that the Western perspective tends to lean towards a materialistic and secular dimension in understanding science, while the Islamic perspective integrates spiritual aspects and revelation in the comprehension of scientific knowledge. However, both perspectives recognize the importance of using scientific methods to obtain objective and verifiable knowledge. Additionally, both emphasize the values of ethics and responsibility in the application of scientific knowledge. This research provides valuable insights into the differences and similarities in the Western and Islamic perspectives on science. In a study, it was revealed that leaders have a distinctive leadership style, which often becomes a pattern in decision making. Usually, a manager uses several different leadership styles in the decision-making process. The leadership style used by a leader or manager can determine the strengths and weaknesses of the decision maker. Even with the same information, decisions can be made with different leadership styles. This explains why different managers can make different decisions. This article was conducted through a literature study with a qualitative approach. The researcher collected data sources by accessing various literature, information, and other sources available in the library collectionLeaders play an important role in building effective teams. In building a team, leaders must strive for a common vision and maintain fairness and norms of reciprocal relationships in their minds. Leaders should design the formation of effective work teams by considering the ideal team composition. Each individual in the organization must have the awareness that \"teamwork\" and \"network\" are important things to build in the team.
