Основываясь на теории языковой коммуникации, приводится исследование деятельности фонда «Русский мир». В качестве объекта анализа используются информационные материалы фонда, в том числе годовые отчеты за период с 2008 по 2020 г. Демонстрируется процесс международного распространения русского языка, который включает в себя широкий спектр разнообразных субъектов. Подчеркивается, что особое внимание среди российских соотечественников за рубежом уделяется молодежной аудитории. Описывается всестороннее выведение русского языка, культуры, литературы и истории в международное сообщество. Приводятся примеры различных форм распространения русского языка. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms and strategies for the international dissemination of the Russian and Chinese languages and the possibility of their support in other countries. Based on the theory of language communication, a study of the activities of the Russkiy Mir Foundation is presented. The Fund's information materials are used as an object of analysis, including annual reports for the period from 2008 to 2020. The process of the international dissemination of the Russian language is demonstrated, which includes a wide range of diverse subjects. It is emphasized that special attention among Russian compatriots abroad is given to the youth audience. The comprehensive introduction of the Russian language, culture, literature and history into the international community is described. Examples of various forms of dissemination of the Russian language are given. На основании анализа полученных результатов дается оценка конкурентоспособности русского языка и его устойчивости в странах бывшего СССР. Материалы исследования рассматриваются в ретроспективе, что позволяет сделать выводы относительно наметившихся трендов в динамике языковых, социальных, культурных и политических процессов. This article is devoted to a generalized description of the findings of the study «Russian Language Index in the World», published in the next issue for 2023. The article discusses the main provisions and principles for the implementation of research presented in the main provisions of the changes in the provisions of the Russian language in the Commonwealth countries, in the post-Soviet space and in the whole world. Based on the analysis of income received, an assessment is made of the profitability of the Russian language and stability in the countries of the former USSR. Авторы отмечают, что этноориентированная направленность в учебниках того времени выражалась прежде всего в переводе лексики и в грамматических комментариях на родном языке учащихся. Сегодня наблюдается новый виток в развитии этноориентированного обучения: оно включает в себя культурологическую составляющую. Ее соединение с цифровыми технологиями открывает новые возможности в применении этноориентированного подхода к обучению инофонов. The article deals with an ethno-oriented model of education, which became widespread in the teaching of Russian as a foreign language in the second half of the 20th century. The authors note that the ethno-oriented aiming in the textbooks of that time was expressed first of all in the translation of vocabulary and in grammatical comments in the native language of students. Today there is a new stage in the development of ethno-oriented education: it includes a cultural component. Доказывается, что настоящее время – это база для репродуктивного регистра, прошедшее время также может функционировать в репродуктивной конструкции, однако при некоторых условиях оно представляет регистр информативный. Будущее время нерегулярно появляется в нефикциональных текстах и выводит предложения в информативный регистр. The article analyzes how the absolute grammatical tense can affect the communicative register of a sentence. It is proved that the present tense is the basis for the reproductive register, the past tense can also function in the reproductive structure, but under certain conditions it represents an informative register. В. Науменко. Разработка подготовлена для китайских студентов и магистрантов, обучающихся по программе «Современная русская литература». В качестве материала анализа привлекается знаковый для М. В. Науменко поэтический текст «Выстрелы». Методическая разработка построена с учетом коммуникативно-психологических особенностей восприятия материала китайскими учащимися. Она направлена не только на расширение коммуникативного и языкового кругозора и формирование навыков адекватного понимания, интерпретации песенно-поэтического текста, но и на развитие компетенций комплексного восприятия, концептуально-смысловой и ментальной составляющих поэтического текста. Учебно-методическая разработка включает в себя адаптированную биографию поэта, литературоведческий комментарий, словарь сложных для понимания слов и словосочетаний, а также комплекс лексико-грамматических, тестовых и творческих заданий. The article is devoted to the study of Mike Naumenko’s creativity – one of the founders of Russian rock culture, musician, poet and translator. It has been prepared for Chinese students and undergraduates enrolled in the Modern Russian Literature program. Naumenko’s title poetic text «Shots» is used as the material of the analysis. This methodological study is done considering the communicative and psychological characteristics of the perception of the material by Chinese students. It is aimed not only at expanding the communicative and linguistic horizons and developing the skills of adequate understanding, interpretation of the song-poetic text, but also at developing its competencies of complex perception, the conceptual-semantic and mental components. На основе рассмотрения структуры уступительной ситуации выявлена концептуальная сущность уступительной семантики. С учетом выделенных микрополей определяется последовательность обучения иностранных учащихся уступительным конструкциям. Средства выражения уступительных отношений анализируются с учетом их лексического наполнения. Характеристика выделенных трех этапов учебной работы подтверждается соответствующими типами заданий. The article is dedicated to the problem of developing linguo-methodological model of teaching concessive constructions to foreign students within the frames of functional grammar. The conceptional essence of concessive semantics is revealed based on consideration of the structure of situation of concession. The sequence of teaching concessive constructions to foreign students is determined considering the selected microfields. The means of concession are analyzed taking into account their lexical content. Мухамадиева, Р. Т. Мантаевой и Г. У. Сагимбаевой «Русский язык», предназначенный для 11-го класса общественно-гуманитарного направления общеобразовательной школы. Дается краткая характеристика структуры учебника, отмечается специфика его тематической организации, раскрывается стратегия авторов учебника, заключающаяся в реализации установки на формирование языковой личности учащихся старших классов посредством приобщения их к знанию закономерностей внутренней организации текста. Оценивается качество дидактического материала, стройность развития ключевых неязыковедческих тем. Высказываются замечания по составу и последовательности репрезентации языковедческих тем в учебнике. Высоко оценивается разнообразие вопросов, заданий и упражнений в учебнике; а также интересная и методически оправданная рубрикация заданий; использование схем, диаграмм, графиков, таблиц, рисунков, фотографий. Отмечается эстетичность цветовых решений при выделении информации. Содержится указание на эпизодичные языковые погрешности. Рецензируемый учебник в целом получает положительную оценку, определяется как важный и полезный для старшеклассников, изучающих русский язык. Review of the «Russian language» textbook by Kh. S. Mukhamadiev, R. T. Mantaeva and G. U. Sagimbaeva. The textbook is intended for the 11th grade of the social and humanitarian direction of the general education school. A brief description of the structure of the textbook is given, the specifics of its thematic organization are noted, the strategy of the authors of the textbook is revealed, which consists in the implementation of the installation on the formation of the linguistic personality of high school students by introducing them to the knowledge of the laws of the internal organization of the text. The quality of the didactic material, the harmony of the development of key non-linguistic topics are assessed. Comments are made on the composition and sequence of representation of linguistic topics in the textbook. The variety of questions, tasks, and exercises in the textbook is evaluated at a high level; as well as an interesting and methodologically justified rubrication of tasks; use in practice of schemes, diagrams, graphs, tables, drawings, photographs. When highlighting information, the aesthetics of color solutions are also noted. Contains an indication of episodic language errors.
