COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE PROMOTION OF THE RUSSIAN AND CHINESE LANGUAGES AT THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY

Abstract

В статье дается всесторонний анализ механизмов и стратегий международного распространения русского и китайского языков и возможности их поддержки в других странах. Основываясь на теории языковой коммуникации, приводится исследование деятельности фонда «Русский мир». В качестве объекта анализа используются информационные материалы фонда, в том числе годовые отчеты за период с 2008 по 2020 г. Демонстрируется процесс международного распространения русского языка, который включает в себя широкий спектр разнообразных субъектов. Подчеркивается, что особое внимание среди российских соотечественников за рубежом уделяется молодежной аудитории. Описывается всестороннее выведение русского языка, культуры, литературы и истории в международное сообщество. Приводятся примеры различных форм распространения русского языка. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the mechanisms and strategies for the international dissemination of the Russian and Chinese languages and the possibility of their support in other countries. Based on the theory of language communication, a study of the activities of the Russkiy Mir Foundation is presented. The Fund's information materials are used as an object of analysis, including annual reports for the period from 2008 to 2020. The process of the international dissemination of the Russian language is demonstrated, which includes a wide range of diverse subjects. It is emphasized that special attention among Russian compatriots abroad is given to the youth audience. The comprehensive introduction of the Russian language, culture, literature and history into the international community is described. Examples of various forms of dissemination of the Russian language are given. The authors propose a comparison of the promotion of the Russian and Chinese languages into the world space.
