The method used in this study is quantitative, emphasizing its analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods. Data in the form of numbers in this study were obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires, namely surveys conducted by collecting information using questionnaires by distributing questionnaires, tests, structured interviews, and so on. Based on the processing of the variable test shows that job satisfaction has a positive effect on OCB and employee performance. Job stress variable hurts OCB and employee performance. And the OCB variable can mediate this research so that it produces significant results. This shows that the employees of the Pacitan Branch of Bank Jatim have good employee performance and a supportive environment. Thus, forming OCB. The attitude of mutual help among employees is very strong so that the target of the Pacitan Branch of the Bank Jatim company is achieved. Following the conditions in the field, the target of the Bank Jatim Pacitan Branch was achieved by more than 100%. The author uses the Symptomatic Reading theory based on several expert opinions and basic theories about romance and fantasy, as well as several other expert opinions about this work. Written from the perspective of the main character, Bella, the four Twilight series explicitly and implicitly show some of the problems or conflicts that Bella experienced as a young girl approaching adulthood. The conflicts she experiences stem from his family, herself, and her love life. By analyzing this series of novels, the author not only presents the differences between ideological matters and the facts or reality of the main character's problems, but also raises a new understanding or perhaps more precisely an acknowledgment of the realities that underlie family circumstances, choices and desires of an individual like Bella. Through this analysis, some values or discussions can be drawn and overviewed and can be taken into consideration for the teaching and learning in literature classes, or for the general readers and movie goers in general; bearing in mind that popular literature is no longer a topic to be taken lightly, but must be criticized and benefited from in this era of media and technology, which, in turn, greatly influences the popular culture itself. Testing of training variables, work climete and competency teacher performance as the dependent variable, was carried out using the t-test and F-test. The results of the partial research (t-test) show that the training t-value is 2.237 > from the t-table number 1.649, this it can be seen that training influences teacher performance. The work climate t-value is 4.126 > the t-table number 1.649 with the work climate having an effectnon teacher performance. The competency t-value is 3.048 > from the table namber 1.649, so can be seen the compentency has an influence on teacher performance. Training ,work climate and competence silmultanseously (F tast) obtained F-count 18.523 > F-table of 2.90, meaning that training, work climate and competence have a positive effest simultaneously or together onteacher performance at MTs Negeri 1 Batang Hari. The resulting adjusted R square was 0.683. The variables analyzed in this study were employee performance (Y), intrinsic motivation (X2), work discipline (X3), and workplace facilities (X1). This study uses a quantitative approach because the research data is numerical and statistical analysis is carried out. A total of 50 DIY Tourism Office employees participated in this study. The entire sample of this study is the DIY Tourism Office workers. By using saturated sampling and non-probability sampling, this study involved the entire population of 50 Yogyakarta tourism office employees. Workplace facilities (X1) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), according to the results of the analysis. Employee performance (Y) is completely unaffected by intrinsic motivation (X2), according to the analysis. Employee performance (Y), as well as work discipline (X3), are all positively and significantly influenced by workplace facilities, intrinsic motivation, and work discipline. The main benefit of Target Costing is the determination of the cost of goods as a basis for pricing so that the desired profit target will be achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Target Costing to reduce production costs so that MSME operating profits can be increased. This research was carried out at MSMEs Kebab Batubara Sangatta East Kutai. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive. The method of data collection is by interviews and documentation. The results showed that by implementing Target Costing can reduce production costs incurred and profits obtained increased. Where before implementing Target Costing, production costs incurred amounted to IDR 6,771,500, but after applying the concept of Target Costing, production costs can be reduced to IDR 7,883,583.33, as for greater expenses due to previous business actors/MSMEs there was no calculation of overhead costs in the production cost settlement. The sample used in this study is tourism sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. The data collection method used a purposive sampling method and obtained 30 companies with a total of 120 data. The analysis technique used to determine differences in financial performance is using the Wilcoxson Signed Ranks Test. Meanwhile, to test the effect of financial performance on bankruptcy risk using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the different tests using the Wilcoxson Signed Ranks Test are that there is no difference in current ratio and debt to asset ratio before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, while in other ratios there is no difference in financial performance before and during the the covid-19 pandemic. The results of the influence test using the multiple linear regression analysis technique stated that the Quick Ratio (QR) before the Covid-19 pandemic had an effect on bankruptcy risk, while other ratios had no effect on bankruptcy risk before the pandemic.
