Social media is a place to express opinions, share and receive information in a short time to produce User Generated Content (UGC). Not only individuals, but companies also use social media to interact with their customers to understand the company's position in the eyes of customers. Through brand positioning on social media, companies can compare with competing companies to measure their competitive advantage on social media. This study aims to determine the brand positioning and competitive advantage of the top brands of online transportation applications in Indonesia, namely Go-Jek and Grab via Twitter. The method used in this research is a mixed method. This study obtained data through crawling data on Twitter using RStudio version 4.2.2 software. The data processed in this study is UGC in the form of tweets with the keywords \"goride\" and \"grabbike\" which are products of each online transportation brand. Data collection in this study was carried out from November 1 2022 to November 30, 2022. Then the data was processed using sentiment analysis and text visualization using Wordcloud to analyze what topics are frequently discussed by users. The data collection techniques used are observation techniques, documentation interviews and literature studies. The results of this study show that there are four Corporate Communication Strategies carried out by GIS in rebranding, consisting of fact finding, planning, communicating and evaluating. The fact finding strategy is carried out to find out information and facts to later become a strategy in carrying out rebranding activities. Activities carried out in the planning strategy consist of rebranding planning, involving internal and external parties, redesign, creating brand guidelines, videos, jingles, managing official company accounts, creating social media content mapping and. media mapping. Meanwhile, the activities carried out in the communication strategy consist of socializing brand guidelines, publishing through videos and photos, replacing desktop displays, screening jingles, press releases, holding activations, coordinating with media partners, and media placement. The evaluating strategy is carried out through publication activities, socialization processes, and media monitoring. The use of the MCH handbook can be optimal if health workers and cadres ensure that the mother and family understand the contents of the MCH handbook, increasing knowledge of the MCH handbook can be done in various ways, one of which is by providing counseling according to the needs of pregnant women.The research design used was a one group pretest-posttest design. It was carried out at the East Muara Sabak Inpatient Health Center in December 2022. The total population was as many as 30 respondents with a sample. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test.The results showed that the mother's knowledge was quite good (40.0%) became good (76.7%) after attending counseling and the role of health workers was not good (66.7%) increased to good (100%) after attending counseling about the use of MCH book. There is an effect of mother's knowledge on the utilization of the MCH handbook. <0.05).The conclusion obtained in this study is the influence of mother's knowledge and the role of health workers on the use of the MCH handbook at the East Muara Sabak Inpatient Health Center, East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The analysis technique and hypothesis testing in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of Warp PLS software. The use of the PLS method as an analytical technique and hypothesis testing has advantages such as the sample size does not have to be large and can be used to develop a theory. The results of this study are the characteristics of respondents based on the gender of the majority of respondents with female. Characteristics of respondents based on the age of the majority of respondents aged 20-30 years. The characteristics of respondents based on their last education were the majority of Bachelor / Equivalent education level. Characteristics of respondents based on the work of the majority of respondents whose jobs are the most are self-employed. Characteristics of respondents based on the income of the majority of respondents whose income is the largest, namely income above Rp. 4,000,000. Product variables, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The aim is to analyze the role of BUMK in improving the welfare of the local community. Descriptive methods were used in this study, where primary and squander data were collected by direct observation and questionnaires, then the data was processed and presented in the form of tables/graphs, then analyzed with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This technological advancement has had a significant impact on e-commerce and increased usage of delivery services. The more shipping services available, the tighter the competition will be, so the freight forwarders must prepare well if they want to survive in this business competition. Shopee Xpress is one of the expedition services in Indonesia which was developed directly by Shopee so that every package that uses this expedition will be sent and handled directly by the official team from Shopee. However, many customers complain about Shopee Xpress expedition services regarding late delivery, untracked, damaged or lost packages and unfriendly employees. This study aims to understand consumer opinion on the quality of Shopee Xpress services on Twitter using positive and negative sentiments. Research data was collected for 3 months from 01 November 2022 to 30 January 2023. The data obtained was then processed using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with a sentiment analysis method based on the dimensions of service quality. The word cloud is used to describe the words that appear most frequently in each dimension of service quality based on their sentiments. The results show that the model produces an accuracy value of 86.33% which indicates that the model has described the accuracy of the data properly and is valid. Negative sentiment dominates consumer opinion regarding Shopee Xpress with the reliability dimension being the most discussed. Furthermore, based on word cloud visualization, there are several things that consumers often complain about in each dimension as a material for consideration to improve the quality of Shopee Xpress services. Likewise, for SMEs who were originally established, business actors must think more creatively to survive. One of the efforts that can be done by SMEs is by paying attention to consumer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the quality of service and brand image can affect consumer loyalty to the UMKM Bakery Papa Cookies. This study uses quantitative methods with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to examine the relationship between variables. The sample taken amounted to 96 consumers. Retail MSME competition is tight in selling contemporary drinks, so business people need innovation and foresight in their sales strategies. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with on-site survey and online survey methods, which aims to see the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The sample acquisition technique in this research is nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique for determining samples based on special considerations. The number of respondents who participated in this survey was 100 people with the criteria of having purchased HAUS beverage products more than 3 times, being at least 17 years old, following the Instagram account @hausindonesia and residing in Bogor Regency. The test tools used include data quality testing, classical assumption testing, influence testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26 software. The test results show that the brand image and price variables partially have a positive and significant influence on the repurchase intention of beverage retail MSME consumers. THIRST in Bogor Regency. The purpose of this work is to analyze the effect of price perception and location on the apartment purchase decisions of consumers in Tama City 4 Sangatta apartment. The research used a quantitative approach. 70 respondents who bought a house in Tama City 4 Sangatta apartment under study. The results of the analysis show that price perception affects the decision to buy an apartment in Tama City 4 Sangatta apartment. Location influences the decision to buy an apartment in Tama City 4 Sangatta Apartment.
