Data collection in this study was carried out using quantitative methods including descriptive analysis, regression test, coefficient of determination, hypothesis, and validity and reliability. This research was conducted using a quantitative type method, with descriptive and associative properties because it is able to provide an explanation regarding the relationship between the two variables, namely brand ambassadors to brand image. In this study, the technique used in data collection used a survey method by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The results in this study showed a positive influence on Brand Ambassador Park Hyung Sik (X) on Brand Image Avoskin (Y), with simple linear regression results with a value of 1.420. Therefore, when the value increases by 1%, the Brand Ambassador will increase by 1.420 and the Brand Image variable will also increase by 6258.905. This proves that the value of the Brand Ambassador has grown, so the Brand Image has also increased. To be able to survive in the increasing competition in the field of financing services, Wom Finance continues to improve service quality which is expected to provide satisfaction value for customers and impact on customer loyalty to continue using financing services from Wom Finance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality variables on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction with a focus study on sales persons at Honda dealers in collaboration with the Jatibarang branch of Wom Finance. The number of respondents in this study were 73 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty but is not proven to have a positive effect on mediation relationships. The important role of MSMEs in the lives of Indonesian people includes reducing unemployment, stabilizing the economy of the entire region, and having an influence on the national foreign exchange market. Currently, the development of MSMEs in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly. However, in the midst of the development of MSMEs, Covid-19 emerged which hampered the development of all sectors, including MSMEs. In this regard, the aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of MSME development strategies after the Covid-19 pandemic, where in this research samples were taken from CV. Our Food Creations. The research method used is qualitative type with descriptive analysis. The approach used is a case study approach. Then, data collection techniques for primary data are through observation, interviews and documentation carried out directly, while for secondary data through the MSME website. The data testing process uses the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Strategic) and EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategic) analysis methods which are combined or matched with the creation of SWOT diagrams and tables. The results obtained are that there are 18 alternative growth-oriented development strategies, so that CV. According to the World Meteorological Organization, the earth's temperature rose by 1.06 °C to 1.26 °C above pre-industrial levels (1850–1900). According to the IPCC report (2021), the impacts of climate change will reach all regions in the world without exception. Indonesia's commitment to reduce carbon emissions by 29% with its efforts and 41% with international cooperation until 2030. Analysis of land cover uses the Unsupervised Classification, the method for calculating carbon emissions above the surface uses the IPCC method, namely the stock differential and the method for analyzing emissions of peat decomposition uses the Hooijer formula et al. (2006, 2010) with estimated water level from the TMAT BRGM data regression equation with NDWI Landsat 8 values then total carbon emissions by adding emissions from above and below the surface. Based on the results of the analysis of land cover at the research location, the area was dominated by plantations at 37.8%, while the forest area was only 7.9%.
