The JORR toll road is an important transportation artery to facilitate the flow of logistics distribution and mobility of the people of Jakarta and its surroundings. On observation of JORR S toll road congestion often occurs most of the day.This research was conducted on the JORR toll road section S starting from Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta (KM 19+800) to Taman Mini East Jakarta (KM 32+800). The data used as material for the research is traffic data for February 2023 obtained from the JORR S toll road BUJT, namely PT. Hutama Karya Branch Jorr S. Performance analysis of JORR S toll road section using Indonesian Road Capacity Manual 1997. Analyze the relationship between speed, density, and traffic flow using the Greenshield method. Analysis of travel time affected by shock waves in the toll entrance merging area. The results of the analysis of the degree of saturation of the JORR S toll road section more than 1 (service level F) occur on line A at 14.00 – 19.00 and on line B at 07.00 – 18.00, saturation degree 0.85 – 1 on line A occurs at 07.00 – 14.00, 19.00 – 20.00, on line B occurs at 06.00 – 07.00, 18.00 – 20.00. this indicates that the condition of the JORR S toll road section is poor. The congestion that occurs on the JORR S toll road section is caused by traffic flow that almost or even exceeds the capacity of the existing road. Traffic flow on lines A and B is dominated by light vehicles (LV) with a percentage of 84.80% on line A and 82.27% on line B. In the management of swamp irrigation areas in this area, namely the performance of the swamp irrigation area itself, which includes the availability of water obtained from the tides of the Kumpeh River as well as the need for irrigation water for food crops, namely rice and secondary crops developed in the swamp area. Apart from that, the main thing about Tidal Swamp Irrigation is water management with a Water Gate Operation System. The aim of this research is to determine the performance conditions of Swamp Irrigation Areas, especially DIR. Kumpeh Swamp which can provide input in managing the swamp irrigation network. The data collection methodology was carried out by means of interviews, literature studies and field surveys. The results of this research can be concluded that the network performance value at the research location is 70.00% - 90.00% for performance. Condition is in the good category (functions well, no significant damage was found). Includes Primary, Secondary SK 1, Channel Types. SK.2, SK.3, SK.4, and SK.5 Block E, the network performance value at the research location is 55.00 % - 69.00 % for performance Condition in the Medium Category (functional, found there is damage but can resolved and put into operation) Includes Secondary Block E SK.4, while for the buildings at the research location, there are 3 (three) sluice gates with sliding doors in fairly good condition with the building performance assessment results averaging 82.81 % where the results of the performance value are included in good performance (70 - 90%). In general, subcontractors can be divided into three types, namely domestic subcontractors, nominated subcontractors, and named subcontractors. Many studies have been carried out regarding the first two types of subcontractors, but studies related to named subcontractors are scarce. In contrast to nominated subcontractors, named subcontractors are selected by the main contractor based on a list of subcontractor names provided by the employer. This research aims to identify the criteria in selecting named subcontractors by the main contractor. This research applies a qualitative method approach with integrative literature review and interview techniques. The results show the company's experience, financial capabilities, technical capabilities, resource factors, and offer price factors as important selection criteria. Asphalt Mixing Plant is a production equipment that produces Hotmix in the form of a mixture of asphalt with some aggregate materials used as road pavement materials. This Asphalt Mixing Plant operates for production according to orders from consumers and the character of the production results in the form of hotmix must meet certain temperature criteria for gnats to be spread out on the road media so that it must be avoided so that the product conditions do not occur at low or cold temperatures because it will harden and cannot used for road pavement. Therefore, the accuracy in delivering the product to the location where it will be held will greatly determine the quality of the production after it is held on the road. In addition, product quality is also determined from the job mix or the proportion of the material mixture that has been agreed upon in accordance with the job specifications, so it needs supervision from various parties involved in the implementation of the work. The existence of an information system is a tool for controlling production costs, in this case hotmix products produced from Asphalt Mixing Plant machines are needed to monitor every production process from several departments that have been worked on so that data management can be done quickly and accurately. Therefore, this system was built in order to overcome problems such as calculating the cost of production of hotmix for each product according to jobmix, cost control, inventory control and preparation of financial reports which can be done in one integrated information system. Tools used in making this system is Visual Basic. The elderly group (elderly) was the group most at risk of developing dm because this group was a population that was susceptible to carbohydrate metabolism disorders which could lead to diabetes mellitus. This studied aims to analyze the relationship between the leveled of knowledge and attitudes regarding dm on the blood sugar levels of the elderly. This researched used an observational studied with a crossed sectional approached. The population in this studied was members of the elderly posyandu in the working area of the tanggulangin community health center used a random sampling technique of 88 respondents. Data collection used knowledge questionnaires and attitude questionnaires. Data was analyzed used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis (chi square test). However, the majority of vegetable farmers in Kayu Aro Barat District, Kerinci Regency carry out intensive soil cultivation in intensive land use (planting throughout the year, 2-3 times/year). Unfortunately, the role of tillage in soil and water conservation (SWC) is almost non-existent and even detrimental. One approach in SWC is the application of conservation tillage to control soil compaction so that soil infiltration is maintained. The research aims to determine the rate and capacity of Andisol soil infiltration and several factors that influence it, due to differences in the intensity of land use and cultivation in vegetable farming in Kebun Baru Village, Kayu Aro Barat District. The research used an exploratory-descriptive survey method. Observation and soil sampling points were determined using purposive stratified random sampling covering flat to sloping land, intensive land use and cultivation (planting 2-3 times/year + land cultivation 2 times/year), semi-intensive (planting 1-2 times/year + land cultivation once/year), and non-intensive (planting 1-2 times /year + land cultivation once/2 years), each land is planted with potatoes every year with various planting patterns. Soil infiltration rate was measured using a Double Ring Infiltrometer, and infiltration capacity was estimated using the Horton Equation. Soil infiltration rate and capacity are respectively 26.5 cm/hour (very fast) and 8.12 cm/hour (as is the infiltration capacity of loam-textured soil in general) on flat land with intensive land use and cultivation; much larger than other fields. On the other hand, the infiltration rate and capacity were 6.68 cm/hour (medium) and 2.27 cm/hour respectively (smaller than the infiltration capacity of silty loam soil in general), and the smallest, on sloping land that was used and cultivated not intensively. One of the efforts that can be made to increase breast milk production is with herbs such as katuk extract (Sauropus androgynus (L.) Merr.) Knowledge about the use of plants as medicinal ingredients used in various ethnic groups in Indonesia has not been utilized properly. Ethnomedicine studies are a scientific way to document the use of plants as medicinal ingredients in various tribes. The aim of this research is to find out the form of the herb, how to process it, how to use it and the factors behind people using katuk leaves (Sauropus androgynus (L.) Merr) as a breast milk booster in the Sampara sub-district. The research method used was qualitative descriptive observational. The sampling technique is purposive sampling through observation and in-depth interviews with informants. Providing Tender Coconut Water (TCW) to reduce blood glucose levels in diabetes sufferers is a form of therapy that is practical, economical, easy to reach and easy to obtain. Moreover, coconut trees are widely spread, especially in coastal areas, so they are always available whenever you want them. Several animal studies have shown that young coconut water can be beneficial for diabetes sufferers, including its complications. However, studies in humans are currently still lacking. Therefore, this study aims to see the effect of giving young coconut water on reducing blood glucose levels in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus, especially in coastal communities. This research is a quantitative research with Quasi Experimental design with pre-test post-test with control group design. The research was conducted in the coastal area of the Nambo Community Health Center with a sample of 20 people consisting of 2 groups (10 people in the intervention group and 10 people in the control group). Statistical analysis uses independent t-test. The mean pre-test blood glucose level in the intervention group was 281.3 mg/dL while the post-test was 172.8 mg/dL. Whereas, in the control group, between pre and post, there was an increase in the average blood glucose level from 299.9 mg/dL to 326.6 mg/dL. Statistical analysis showed the p value <0.001 (p<0.05), meaning that there was a difference in average blood glucose levels between the intervention group and the control group.
