One of the performance indicators is seen from the provision of nursing care in the hospital, seen from the nursing care documentation for the last 3 years in 2020 by 30%, in 2021 by 40.3% and in 2022 by 50.8%. The purpose of this research was to analyse nurses performance in the aspects of quality, quantity, used of working time, teamwork and incentives. This research used a qualitative research approach method with a case study design. interviews, observation and documentation were conducted on 5 informants to produce accurate and complete data. Data analysis in this research was carried out by triangulation. The results of this research found that nurses' knowledge of SOPs was good. Incomplete documentation of the initial study on medical history was 40% and physical examination was 60%. Nurses’ activity time were still classified as low direct activities by 19.5%, indirect activities by 32.6%, personal activities by 28.9% and non-productive activities by 19.5%. Providing financial incentives in the form of Eid Mubarak THR, while non-financial incentives in the form of awards and praise have not been implemented. Teamwork is less effective due to the lack of pharmacists and nutritionists in collaboration. Data of riskesdas indicated that prevalence of adolescent with overweight in Surabaya was higher than National prevalence is 14,46% in 2018. Epidemiological studies indicated an increase in energy and fat intake in adolescents on weekend which leads to the risk of overweight. The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in energy and fat intake between adolescent with overweight and normal weight and its correlation with adolescent nutritional status at SMAN 5 Surabaya. This quantitative study used observational method with case control design. The sample size was 48 students consisting of 24 student in each case and control group. The data were analyzed using T test and schi square with significance level α<0,05. The result of statistical test indicated a difference in fat intake on weekend (p=0,008), correlations between increased energy intake (p=0,000) and fat intake (p=0,000) on weekend with the nutritional status of adolescents. Dietary habits can influence daily patterns, affecting an individual’s nutritional intake and adequacy. For foreign college students, the process of adapting to environmental changes can alter their eating habits. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors of dietary habits with the nutritional intake and adequacy of foreign college students in Surabaya. This study adopts a cross-sectional design with a sample size 30 foreign students selected through snowball sampling. Data was collected using in-depth interviews and questionnaires with Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire and Dietary History as instruments. Statistical analysis includes Pearson correlation test and chi-square test. According to the results, there was a weak correlation between gender and energy adequacy. Weak correlation was also found between age, food expenditure, income, and cooking habits with nutritional intake. A weak correlation was identified between residential area and energy adequacy. There was also a moderate correlation between food access and levels of energy adequacy, while a strong correlation between social environment and energy adequacy. Therefore, efforts are needed to help maximize the prevention of these diseases. The abundance of herbal materials in the community, which have been proven to have antibacterial effects, has been increasingly formulated into toothpaste. This is expected not only to provide a mechanical cleaning effect on plaque but also to have antibacterial effects and inhibit plaque growth for a longer period in the oral cavity.This research aims to determine the difference in subgingival bacterial colonies after brushing teeth with various herbal-containing toothpaste in children with intellectual disabilities. The study was conducted using a quasi-experimental pre-post control group design. Subgingival fluid samples were taken from respondents aged 6-12 years before and after brushing their teeth with four groups: (K) without toothpaste, (A) toothpaste containing betel leaves (Piper betle Linn.), (B) toothpaste containing Miswak (Salvadora persica), and (C) toothpaste containing Clove (Eugenia caryophyllus). The samples were then cultured in Plate Count Agar media for 48 hours. Colony counting was performed using the Total Plate Count (TPC) method with a Colony Counter. Statistical analysis was conducted using Wilcoxon and Kruskal-Wallis tests.The results of the study showed a decrease in the number of CFUs (colony-forming units) after brushing teeth. Significant reductions were obtained in toothpaste B (p-value = 0.046) and toothpaste C (p-value = 0.028). Public services in question are various forms of service-related activities carried out by an organization or individual. Every organization is formed to achieve certain goals, and if these goals are achieved, the organization can be said to be successful. Competence is a strong foundation for achieving success. Employee competence is needed when carrying out services. The services provided to the community are part of the identity of the organization. If in providing services, there is a good impression from its employees, then the organization looks good in the eyes of the public. This study aims to determine how competence influences the quality of administrative services in the Setiamanah Village, Cimahi City. The method in this study used quantitative methods with a population and sample of 21 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the partial linear regression test summary model table above it proves that the magnitude of the R Square correlation value is 0.600 or 60%. This means that the influence of competence on the quality of administrative services is 60%. In addition to organizational culture, the authors explained above that there are quality human resources that have an influence on organizational performance, namely organizational commitment. employees who have a commitment to the organization gain the ability to improve performance either individually, in groups or in the organization. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at the General Section of Regional Secretariat of Cimahi City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a population and sample of all employees at the General Section of Regional Secretariat of Cimahi City with a total of 37 people. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Service standards that must be offered by the government as a provider of public goods and services have increased. The Cimahi City Population and Civil Registry Office is a local government organization that has the responsibility of making residence documents for various kinds of goods needed by the community. The research objective is to find out the effect of online services by Disdukcapil on community satisfaction. The method used is quantitative with a total of 31 respondents. The analysis technique used statistical analysis through regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results show that online services (X) have a simultaneous effect on community satisfaction (Y). The remaining 14.3% is influenced by other factors that are not present in this study. This study aims to determine the simplification of bureaucracy in the Regional Library and Archives Office of West Java Province. The method used in this study is qualitative by using data collection techniques by observing, interviewing and documenting. The Immigration Office is under the Directorate General of Immigration and is the responsibility of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and has the authority to regulate the presence and activities of foreigners while they are in Indonesian territory. Immigration adheres to a selective policy system, which means that only useful and useful foreigners are allowed to enter Indonesian territory and do not disturb the country's sovereignty. International law applies the principle of non-refoulement, namely prohibiting the expulsion or refusal of foreigners to return to their country of origin for certain reasons. This principle aims to protect the human rights of refugees. National interests are not linear with international legal interests. Therefore, refugees cannot be separated from Immigration's responsibility in carrying out supervision and providing enforcement of immigration law. This research uses a normative-empirical research method which refers to the provisions in primary and secondary legal studies.
