Probolinggo Regency has the highest number of poor people and is the fourth highest in East Java Province. For this reason, the role of the government is needed in eradicating the problem of poverty. The aim of this research was to see the relationship between per capita income, government spending in the education sector, and government spending in the health sector on the number of poor people in Probolinggo Regency. Time series data from 2011-2021 is the data used in this study which was obtained from the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics for East Java Province and Probolinggo Regency, the Probolinggo Regency Education Office and the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, as well as the Health Office for East Java Province and Probolinggo Regency. A quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis models is the method in this study. The results obtained show that per capita income and government spending on the education sector have a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in Probolinggo Regency. This study used sixteen young male ettawa cross-breed goats aged 8–12 months with an average body weight range of 19±1.8 kg. The study was arranged in a randomized block design (RBD) with four treatments and four bodyweight groups as replicates. Diet treatments consisted of R0: 60% Brachiaria mutica (BM) + 0% A. falcataria (AF) Leaf + 40% Concentrate (CON), R1: 50% BM + 10% AF Leaf + 40% Concentrate, R2: 40% BM + 20% AF Leaf + 40% CON, and R3: 30% BM + 30% AF Leaf + 40% CON. The results showed that the use of sengon leaves as a source of condensed tannin in diets significantly (P 0.05) reduced DMI, OMI, DDMI, and DOMI but did not significantly (P > 0.05) affect DMD and OMD values. One of these impacts causes problems, namely academic burnout. Students who experience academic burnout will have an effect on learning motivation and result in a decrease in learning achievement. Academic burnout is influenced by several factors, one of which is self-optimism. This study aims to determine the role of self-optimism on academic burnout in high school students in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The population in this study are students who are currently carrying out high school education in Banjarmasin with a sample of 243 selected by random sampling. This study uses two measuring tools, namely the academic burnout scale and the self-optimism scale. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis through SPSS version 25 for windows. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was found that the role of self-optimism on academic burnout with t count = -5,400 with a significant value of 0.000. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of handling and managing waste with the 3R concept in the Cempaka Putih Barat Village area. The amount of data used lies in the Cempaka Putih Barat Village area, data collection through observation and documentation in analyzing data obtained directly from the field. The results of this study indicate that the 3R policy program (reuse, reduce, recycle) made by the Environmental Service for handling and managing household waste is running well in the Cempaka Putih Barat Village area, this is because the amount of waste generated is less than in the Cempaka Village area. This study aims to find out the news framing (framing) about David's assault on Detik.com. This study uses a qualitative approach with Robert N. Entman's framing analysis method. With this method, the researcher found that Detik.com focused more on the motive and chronology of the assault, background, and identity of the perpetrator and victim. In addition, Detik.com is suspected of giving special treatment to AG or Agnes by disguising her identity and showing a child legal justice system that is unfair and ineffective. Furthermore, Media Detik.com reported the violence experienced by David as an intolerable act, especially if the assault occurred to a woman. Media detik.com also gave different coverage by bringing various sources in each news. As a suggestion, Detik.com should be careful in writing news so as not to be wrong in facts. The formulation of the problem in this study is how are the interests, talents, and character of the students of SMAN 2 Muara Sugihan through Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Research instruments using observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. And data analysis using reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results showed that Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities carried out at SMAN 2 Muara Sugihan were good enough to develop students' abilities in terms of interests, talents and student character. It can be seen from the process of implementing Islamic Spiritual extracurricular activities itself where there are several programs from daily programs (Dhuha and Dzuhur Prayers in congregation and reading the Qur'an), weekly programs (Islamic Studies, Muhadhoroh, Qiro'ah, Friday Prayers in congregation, and cleaning the prayer room), monthly program (dhikr in congregation), and annual program (celebration of Islamic holidays). In essence, everyone's character is influenced by every thing that is done in life. This happens because character is indeed formed from habits that are carried out and can also be formed through the outside environment. As an educational institution, schools have a role to develop the potential of students. This study uses a qualitative approach which explains how humanist learning is applied, especially in instilling good character in students. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. As an Islamic educational institution, SD IT Darul Hasan apart from creating an intelligent generation is also obliged to prepare an Islamic generation that is religious and has good morals and character. The habit that is applied in humanist learning is that there is a welcoming and sayingonara program, which aims for students to have a disciplined attitude, pray Duha together before studying, recitations and routine memorization. The learning model applied is PAIKEM, active learning and team teaching. Places for learning are not only in the room, but also on the terraces, school fields, parks and prayer rooms and other school environments. The implemented curriculum is the national curriculum and is adapted to the unique curriculum of JSIT (integrated Islamic school network), and development is carried out so that it is more innovative and becomes a preferred learning. This study uses a study-survey type, the purpose of which is to examine and explain project management possibilities for the successful implementation of a project at STS-Pamulang. The statistical calculation used is the crosstab which tests whether there is a relationship between the lines consisting of: planning , controlling , organizing and directing the time, cost and quality of the project. The results of the study make it possible to conclude that, according to the respondents, the project management function influences the success of project implementation at STS-Pamulang. According to respondents, planning and control variables are two aspects that have a significant influence on the success of project implementation at STS-Pamulang. To achieve this success, stakeholders wish to reduce project duration/time by expanding the planning and organizational aspects of project management. If you want to reduce your overall costs, you need to improve the planning and management aspects. The home batik industry in Pekalongan city can directly cause safety and health problems for its workers caused by the main factors in the production and work environment. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further analysis of the risk factors due to work and work accidents that can occur in batik workers. This type of research is a descriptive observational study with an analytical approach. The population in this study is UMKM located in the Pekalongan City Region. The results obtained are 70% of batik workers are women, 90% of respondents are > 48 years old, as many as 78 & respondents have a working period of > 10 years. Conditions in the environment and activities in the batik industry can pose a risk to work accidents, this can be caused by a dusty work environment, using hot wax, the process of applying written and stamped batik, using chemicals in the coloring process, removing starch (pelorodan process). use hot water. So it can be concluded that the risk of occupational disease in craftsmen due to work on batik includes respiratory problems, skin irritation, fatigue, while the highest risk of work accidents is burns.
