Objective: The current study aimed to determine the effect of anthropometry and physical activities toward sport learning interest of elementary school students. Methods: The cross-sectional survey research design was applied in this study with 137 elementary students from two Islamic elementary schools in Pringsewu regency, Lampung as research sample. Moreover, descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, and multiple linear regression with product moment correlation coefficient used to analyze and interpret the data. Findings: there was no significant effect of anthropometry toward learning interest (sig > 0.05), however physical activity performed different effect (sig < 0.05). Moreover, a positive and significant effect of anthropometry toward physical activity was found and the combination of both showed the positive effect towards students learning interest. Conclusion: It exist a strong and signification effect of anthropometry and physical activity toward students’ interest in learning sports of elementary school students. Keywords: anthropometry, physical activities, learning interest, elementary school student. Abstrak: Pengaruh Antropometri dan Aktivitas Jasmani terhadap Minat Belajar Olahraga Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antropometri dan aktivitas fisik terhadap minat belajar olahraga siswa sekolah dasar. Metode: Desain penelitian survei cross-sectional diterapkan dalam penelitian ini dengan 137 siswa SD dari dua Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Pringsewu, Lampung sebagai sampel penelitian. Selain itu, statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial, dan regresi linier berganda dengan koefisien korelasi product moment digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan data. Temuan: tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antropometri terhadap minat belajar (sig > 0,05), namun aktivitas fisik memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda (sig < 0,05). Selain itu, ditemukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antropometri terhadap aktivitas fisik dan kombinasi keduanya menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap minat belajar siswa. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh yang kuat dan signifikan antropometri dan aktivitas fisik terhadap minat belajar olahraga siswa sekolah dasar. Objectives: A study was conducted to determine the relevance of Technical Education and Skills Development National Certification in relation to the employment/employability of computer science graduates of Eastern Samar State University, Philippines. Methods: A descriptive-correlational design was used and data was analyzed through mean, frequency and percentage distribution. A null hypothesis was tested using Cramer’s V association method to determine if there exist a correlation. Findings: The results showed that most graduates were employed, a significant number were National Certificate II (NC II) competency test passers, and many considered “not being prepared” as the major hindrance for not taking the said exam. Conclusion: the majority of graduates found NC II to be important in securing their current job and Cramer’s V score showed strong correlation and rejected the null hypothesis. Based on these findings, it is recommended that efforts to improve graduates’ preparation for NC II exams should be continued or even intensified. Keywords: employability, technical and vocational education, computer science student Abstrak: Relevansi Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Teknik dan Kejuruan dalam Kemampuan Kerja Lulusan Ilmu Komputer. Tujuan: Sebuah studi dilakukan untuk menentukan relevansi Sertifikasi Nasional Pendidikan Teknis dan Pengembangan Keterampilan dalam kaitannya dengan kemampuan kerja lulusan ilmu komputer dari Eastern Samar State University, Filipina. Metode: Desain deskriptif-korelasi digunakan dan data dianalisis melalui rata-rata, frekuensi dan distribusi persentase. Hipotesis nol diuji menggunakan metode asosiasi Cramer's V untuk menentukan apakah ada korelasi. Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar lulusan diterima bekerja, sebagian besar lulus uji kompetensi National Certificate II (NC II), dan banyak yang menganggap “tidak siap” sebagai kendala utama untuk tidak mengikuti ujian tersebut. Kesimpulan: Mayoritas lulusan menganggap NC II penting dalam mengamankan pekerjaan mereka saat ini dan skor V Cramer menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat dan menolak hipotesis nol. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, direkomendasikan agar upaya peningkatan persiapan lulusan menghadapi ujian NC II terus dilanjutkan atau bahkan diintensifkan. Objective: The aim of this study was to discover the fifth-semester students’ views on the use of video makers in essay writing at English Education Study Program of Sriwijaya University. Method: This study applied descriptive qualitative method. There were 39 participants who participated in answering the questionnaires of this study. The data was presented and described based on the percentage obtained from the result of the questionnaires. Finding: The results of this research showed that using video makers in essay writing has a beneficial impact on students’ multimodality writing in the twenty-first century. Conclusion: Along with the advancement of technological tools, students of the 21st-century can create multimodal composition of video essays by utilizing video maker application in project-based multimodal essay writing. Abstrak: Pemanfaatan Video Makers dalam Penulisan Esai di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Sriwijaya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan mahasiswa semester lima tentang penggunaan video maker dalam penulisan esai di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris Universitas Sriwijaya. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Terdapat 39 peserta yang berpartisipasi dalam menjawab kuesioner penelitian ini. Data disajikan dan dideskripsikan berdasarkan persentase yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pembuat video dalam penulisan esai memiliki dampak yang menguntungkan pada penulisan multimodalitas siswa di abad ke-21. Kesimpulan: Seiring dengan kemajuan alat teknologi, mahasiswa abad ke-21 dapat membuat komposisi video esai multimodal dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi pembuat video dalam penulisan esai multimodal berbasis proyek. Objective: This research study aims to (1) explore the experiences of primary school teachers in conducting interpersonal relationships in the world of education; (2) describe the problems in conducting interpersonal relationships among teachers. Methods: This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological type. Data were collected through interviews with participants of 11 primary school teachers. Data analysis was performed based on the Bogdan &amp; Biklen analysis model which begins by looking for themes and sub-themes on the topics covered. Findings: The results showed that good interpersonal relationships will make students more open, enthusiastic, and motivated when studying, feel comfortable in learning, and will try to show their best performance in class. Furthermore, although the teacher has tried to understand the learners with their interpersonal intelligence, there are still conflicts when interacting with some students in the classroom. Conclusion: It can be concluded that interpersonal relationships are urgent for teachers in building positive relationships with students, to improve the quality of their learning in the classroom. Keywords: interpersonal relationships, primary school teacher, student, teacher student interaction, teacher perception Abstrak: Persepsi Guru Sekolah Dasar terhadap Urgensi Hubungan Interpersonal di Sekolah Dasar. Tujuan: Studi penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengeksplorasi pengalaman guru sekolah dasar dalam melakukan hubungan interpersonal di dunia pendidikan; (2) mendeskripsikan problematika dalam melakukan hubungan interpersonal guru. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan partisipan 11 guru sekolah dasar. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan pada model analisis Bogdan &amp; Biklen yang dimulai dengan mencari tema dan sub-tema pada topik yang dibahas. Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa hubungan interpersonal yang baik akan membuat siswa lebih terbuka, antusias, termotivasi ketika belajar, merasa nyaman dalam belajar, dan akan berusaha menunjukkan performa terbaiknya di kelas. Selanjutnya, walaupun guru sudah berusaha memahami peserta didik dengan kecerdasan interpersonalnya, tetapi masih saja ada konflik ketika berinteraksi dengan beberapa peserta didik di kelas. Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan interpersonal menjadi urgensi bagi guru dalam membangun hubungan positif dengan siswa, guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajarannya di kelas. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the management of online service system -based institutions on the quality of the learning process and academic achievement. Methods: This research is a quantitative research. The sample used was nine junior high schools in the city of Mataram. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Findings: The results show that the education costs of several independent variables have a positive and significant influence between variables because the value (Cr) is greater than 2 and an insignificant effect occurs between variables because the value (Cr) is smaller From 2. The quality of the learning process both directly and indirectly has a positive and significant influence on academic achievement in junior high schools. Conclusions: The results show that the efficiency of the online service system-based institution management on learning quality and academic achievement in junior high schools in City of Mataram have significant and insignificant effects on several variables. Keywords: online service systems, institutional management, quality of the learning process, academic achievement Abstrak: Pengaruh Manajemen Institusi Berbasis Sistem Pelayanan Online Terhadap Mutu Proses Pembelajaran dan Prestasi Akademik. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen institusi berbasis sistem pelayanan online terhadap mutu proses pembelajaran dan prestasi akademik. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel pyang digunakan adalah 9 sekolah SMPN di Kota Mataram. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya Pendikan dari beberapa variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan antar variabel karena nilai (Cr) lebih besar dari 2 serta pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terjadi antara variabel karena nilai (Cr) lebih kecil dari 2. Mutu proses pembelajaran baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik pada SMP. Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi pengelolaan lembaga berbasis sistem pelayanan online terhadap mutu proses pembelajaran dan prestasi akademik di SMP se-Kota Mataram memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan tidak signifikan terhadap beberapa variabel. Objectives: The main objective of this study was to identify the most frequent words, the sentiment, and the underlying themes in the students’ responses regarding their enrollment in a graduate-level vocational education program. Methods: Word Cloud generation, VADER Sentiment Analysis and Latent Dirichlet Topic modelling were utilized to analyze the collected data. Findings: The most frequent words in the responses of students were “promotion”, “personal”, “development”, “future”, “possible”, “knowledge”, and “career”. The sentiment analysis showed a positive overall polarity of 0.477 with no negative sentiment. The themes that emerged from the analysis were the desire for increased knowledge in vocational education, the requirement for a graduate degree, and the desire for career promotion. The findings provide insights into the needs and expectations of students and can be used by institutions to design programs and improve the educational experience of students. Abstrak: Mengapa Mendaftar di Program Pendidikan Kejuruan Tingkat Pascasarjana? : Menjelajahi Pandangan Mahasiswa Pascasarjana Menggunakan Latent Dirichlet Allocation Topic Modelling. Tujuan: Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kata-kata yang paling sering muncul, sentimen, dan tema yang mendasari tanggapan siswa mengenai pendaftaran mereka di program pendidikan kejuruan tingkat pascasarjana. Metode: Pembuatan Word Cloud, Analisis Sentimen VADER, dan pemodelan Topik Dirichlet Laten digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan. Temuan: Kata-kata yang paling sering muncul dalam tanggapan siswa adalah “promosi”, “pribadi”, “pengembangan”, “masa depan”, “mungkin”, “pengetahuan”, dan “karir”. Analisis sentimen menunjukkan polaritas keseluruhan positif sebesar 0,477 tanpa sentimen negatif. Tema yang muncul dari analisis tersebut adalah keinginan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pendidikan kejuruan, persyaratan untuk mendapatkan gelar sarjana, dan keinginan untuk promosi karir. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan tentang kebutuhan dan harapan siswa dan dapat digunakan oleh institusi untuk merancang program dan meningkatkan pengalaman pendidikan siswa. Objective: Instructional resources play an important function in delivering quality teaching and learning, thus, there is a need for its continuous assessment and improvement in order to meet the diverse needs of the Teacher Education Programs as emphasized in this research paper. Methods: This descriptive study employed quantitative techniques to assess the status of teacher education curricula in terms of instructional resources. Respondents were the graduating students, faculty members, and administrators from the Teacher Education Programs. Finding: In the assessment, it was concluded that the College had satisfactorily provided the instructional resources for the enrichment of students’ skills and capabilities that will better train them as a future teacher. Conclusion: Quality teaching and learning is manifested by a classroom instruction enriched with varied strategies appropriate to the students’ needs and capabilities. Physical facilities for athletic and extra-curricular activities were provided and there are laboratories for hands-on training of students. Abstrak: Sumber Daya Pengajaran Program Pendidikan Guru di Institusi Pendidikan Tinggi Filipina menuju Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Berkualitas. Tujuan: Sumber daya pembelajaran memainkan fungsi penting dalam memberikan pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang berkualitas, oleh karena itu, ada kebutuhan untuk penilaian dan peningkatan berkelanjutan untuk memenuhi beragam kebutuhan Program Pendidikan Guru seperti yang ditekankan dalam makalah penelitian ini. Metode: Studi deskriptif ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif untuk menilai status kurikulum pendidikan guru dalam kaitannya dengan sumber daya instruksional. Responden adalah mahasiswa yang lulus, anggota fakultas, dan administrator dari Program Pendidikan Guru. Temuan: Dalam penilaian tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa Perguruan Tinggi telah menyediakan sumber daya instruksional untuk pengayaan keterampilan dan kemampuan siswa yang akan melatih mereka dengan lebih baik sebagai calon guru. Kesimpulan: Pembelajaran berkualitas diwujudkan dengan pembelajaran di kelas yang diperkaya dengan berbagai strategi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan siswa. Fasilitas fisik untuk kegiatan atletik dan ekstra kurikuler disediakan dan terdapat laboratorium untuk pelatihan langsung bagi siswa. A positive relationship between teachers and students is affected by many factors. Teacher competency in evaluate emotion of oneself and others, and regulating their emotion will have impact on their perception of relationship with students. Based on previous studies, the study on how teacher’s emotional intelligence relates to teacher-student relationships has not received much attention. Objectives: This study aims to investigate the relationship between teacher emotional intelligence and teacher perception regarding their relationship with students. Methods: This study uses a cross-sectional design with simple linear regression analysis was used to measure the effect of emotional intelligence to teacher-student relationships. Teacher emotional intelligence was measured using Schutte’s Emotional Intelligence Scale (SEIS), while student-teacher relationship was measured using Student-Teacher Relationship Scale (STRS). Findings: Linear regression analysis from 1420 participants showed that there is significant effect of teacher emotional intelligence to student-teacher relationship. Conclusion: The implication of this research is developing and maintaining teacher emotional intelligence is importance because have impact in their relationship with students. Keywords: emotional intelligence, teacher-student relationship, teacher emotion, teacher and student. Abstrak: Peran Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Persepsi Guru mengenai Hubungan Siswa-Guru. Hubungan positif antara guru dan siswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Kompetensi guru dalam menilai emosi diri sendiri dan orang lain, serta mengatur emosinya akan berdampak pada persepsinya terhadap hubungan dengan siswa. Berdasarkan studi sebelumnya, studi tentang bagaimana kecerdasan emosional guru berhubungan dengan hubungan guru-siswa belum banyak mendapat perhatian. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional guru dan persepsi guru tentang hubungannya dengan siswa. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap hubungan guru-siswa. Kecerdasan emosional guru diukur menggunakan Skala Kecerdasan Emosional Schutte (SEIS), sedangkan hubungan siswa-guru diukur menggunakan Skala Hubungan Siswa-Guru (STRS). Temuan: Analisis regresi linier dari 1420 peserta menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan kecerdasan emosional guru terhadap hubungan siswa-guru. Kesimpulan: Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya mengembangkan dan memelihara kecerdasan emosional guru karena berdampak pada hubungannya dengan siswa. The ability of lecturers to manage the LMS affects the effectiveness of their teaching. Each LMS platform has differences in the user interface and the available features. Educational qualifications and the age of lecturers affect the mastery of LMS applications. So, the type of LMS platform, educational qualifications, and age of the lecturers affect teaching effectiveness. Objective: This study aims to examine the effects and comparisons between the three groups. Methods: The comparison of the LMS platform group consists of Moodle and Google Classroom; the educational qualification group consists of master’s and doctoral degrees; and the age group is d” 45 years and &gt; 45 years. Findings: The analysis results with the three-way ANOVA found that the three groups had an interaction effect of 74% on the effectiveness of their teaching. Conclusion: LMS Moodle, doctoral educational qualifications, and younger lecturers (d”45 years) have a higher average of lecturer teaching effectiveness. Abstrak: LMS Mempengaruhi Keefektifan Mengajar: Bergantung pada Platform, Kualifikasi Pendidikan, dan Usia Dosen. Kemampuan dosen dalam mengelola LMS berpengaruh terhadap keefektifan pengajarannya. Tiap platform LMS memiliki perbedaan baik dari user interfacenya maupun pada fitur yang tersedia. Kualifikasi pendidikan dan usia dosen mempengaruhi penguasaan aplikasi LMS. Jadi, baik itu jenis platform LMS, kualifikasi pendidikan, dan usia dosen adalah berpengaruh terhadap keefektifan pengajaran. Tujuan: Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh dan perbandingan di antara ketiga kelompok itu. Metode: Komparasi Kelompok platfom LMS terdiri dari Moodle dan Google Classroom, kelompok kualifikasi pendidikan terdiri dari magister dan doktor, dan kelompok usia terdiri dari d”45 tahun dan &gt;45 tahun. Temuan: Hasil analisis dengan Anova Tiga Jalan ditemukan bahwa ketiga kelompok secara bersama memiliki pengaruh interaksi sebesar 74,1% terhadap keefektifan pengajarannya. Kesimpulan: dari hasil penelitian ini adalah LMS Moodle, kualifikasi pendidikan doktor, dan dosen yang lebih muda (d”45 tahun) memiliki rata-rata yang lebih tinggi terhadap keefektifan pengajaran dosen. Objectives: This study determined the e-government programs, extent, and challenges in Public Elementary Schools in Sorsogon, Philippines. Methods: This study utilized the mixed-methods sequential-explanatory design in which the major design is quantitative and minor is qualitative research where one thousand elementary teachers and sixty-eight elementary school heads at Sorsogon West Ditrict, Sorsogon City, Philippines were selected using stratified random (percentage) sampling. Data was collected through document analysis, survey questionnaire, and unstructured interviews. Findings: The results revealed that first, there were various e-government programs implemented across the identified variables in the study, second; the e-government programs are well-implemented; third, the school heads and teachers experienced challenges in the implementation of the programs; and fourth, a strategic plan will help strengthen and enhance the e-government programs implementation. Conclusion: Determining the extent of implementation of e-government programs and factors affecting its implementation provides basis to further develop and strategically improve its implementation. Tujuan: Studi ini menentukan program, jangkauan, dan tantangan e-government di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Sorsogon, Filipina. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain sequential-explanatory mixed-methods dimana desain mayornya adalah kuantitatif dan minor adalah penelitian kualitatif dimana seribu guru SD dan enam puluh delapan kepala sekolah dasar di Sorsogon West Ditrict, Sorsogon City, Filipina dipilih menggunakan stratified pengambilan sampel acak (persentase). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis dokumen, kuesioner survei, dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Temuan: Hasil mengungkapkan bahwa pertama, ada berbagai program e-government yang diterapkan di seluruh variabel yang diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini, kedua; program e-government dilaksanakan dengan baik; ketiga, kepala sekolah dan guru mengalami tantangan dalam pelaksanaan program; dan keempat, rencana strategis akan membantu memperkuat dan meningkatkan implementasi program e-government. Kesimpulan: Menentukan sejauh mana implementasi program e-government dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasinya memberikan dasar untuk lebih mengembangkan dan meningkatkan implementasinya secara strategis.
