Hafez, A Abstract A reflective journal is part of a practice and is included in different fields of study. It includes information of personal growth, challenges and development of individuals. Every person has an innate need to become better. This research explores the use of reflection in co-curriculum activities as the researchers believe that it facilitates the learner to develop soft skills and leads the individual to independent learning. By each individual reflecting on a completed co-curricular activity, the team member improves ethical values and becomes more confident. In this study, which includes 114 individual reflections of students, the researchers hope to explore the experiences, challenges and learning gained by participating in a variety of co-curricular events. Hal ini kerana, pengkaji mendapati kurang kajian dijalankan pelajar Politeknik. Selain itu, dapatan kajian lepas menunjukkan penguasaan Bahasa Inggeris dalam kalangan pelajar IPT masih di tahap sederhana dan masih perlukan kajian berterusan. Seramai 39 pelajar terlibat dalam kajian ini. Untuk tujuan analisis data secara kuantitatif, perisian Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 21 digunakan. Bahagian A dianalisis secara deskriptif manakala Bahagian B dianalisis untuk mendapatkan skor min dan sisihan piawai satu set soal selidik yang mengandungi 15 item telah dikemukakan kepada responden. Hasil dapatan ini menunjukkan bahawa peranan pensyarah dalam menyampaikan pembelajaran dan pengajaran dalam bahasa Inggeris perlu di tingkatkan dan penggunaan visual seperti pembelajaran menggunakan media hiburan santai seperti lagu, filem atau animasi dapat mempengaruhi penguasaan bahasa Inggeris. Based on the Web of Science (SCI-Expanded, SSCI) database, this article conducts a bibliometric analysis of sustainable livelihoods research from the perspectives of document quantity, authorship, journals, and keyword clustering. The study found that scholars' research on this field has gone from inception to explosion and then to stability over the past few decades. The highest number of publications came from China, the USA, and England, and the journal with the most publications was \"Sustainability\". Co-authorship trends among sustainable livelihood authors were quite obvious. Articles have been highly cited, with a total of 31,635 citations and an average citation frequency of 20 times per article. The main reason is because as far as KSB study is being concerned, little attention has been made towards the management and development among non-academic employees of HLI. In the knowledge-based oriented era, HLI like any other organisation that run by human beings ought to examine personal behaviour of non-academic employees carefully, for reluctances to share knowledge persist. At current, the effectiveness and efficiency of KSB among non-academic employees is one of the keys to achieve competitive advantage within HLI environment or knowledge creation environment. Acquire Extended Theory of Planned Behavior (ETPB) while nominating quantitative method with questionnaires adapted and adopted from previous studies to examine intention to KSB. Probability sampling technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) as Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) will facilitate data analysis and testing of hypotheses. A Focus Group Discussion (FGD) session will be conducted to reinforce the findings. Based on literature review, current conceptual framework paper is offering its theoretical contribution to the development of KSB model by examining personal behaviour as the antecedent to behavioural intention that influence the intention to KSB. The findings will offer its practical managerial contribution in examining the intention to KSB among non-academic employees, which will instantaneously improve quality of human capital within HLI environment in Indonesia. At the same time, it will offer its managerial implication in examining individual capacity in regards to personal behaviour to influence behavioural intention within knowledge-based oriented organisation towards intention to KSB in generating an actual behavior to KSB. After the COVID-19 pandemic, technology-based education has resulted in faculty burnout and turnover due to a lack of motivation of delivering quality education. In order to accomplish the article, a secondary source of information has been used based on which thematic analysis has been performed. With the inevitable tendency of teaching through technology, teachers can be adopted with the rapid-changing teaching context in China. Each teacher must be active in understanding the need to learn specific software and hardware skills in order to deliver quality education to students. It has been found from the research that China has adopted MOOCs to help teachers for upgrading their skills and knowledge. Teachers in university, besides experience a lack of psychological empowerment which lower engagement n education. It is therefore effective to provide training opportunities to the teachers by the management to improve the overall performance of the university. Kaedah pengajaran dan pembelajaran tradisional telah berubah kepada pengajaran dan pembelajaran secara maya. Lewat-lewat ini penekanan terhadap e-pembelajaran diberi perhatian. Pelajar-pelajar perlu bersedia untuk ‘belajar sendiri’ dan tidak terlalu bergantung kepada pengajaran ‘bilik kuliah’. Kajian ini merupakan satu kajian lapangan yang dijalankan terhadap pelajar-pelajar Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Cawangan Pahang. Tujuan utama kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti tahap kefahaman pelajar terhadap e-pembelajaran dan tanggapan mereka terhadap kesediaan pembelajaran arahan kendiri. Sejumlah 206 pelajar telah dijadikan responden kajian. Data diperoleh melalui borang soal selidik yang diedarkan. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa tahap kefahaman pelajar berkaitan konsep dan tanggungjawab terhadap e-pembelajaran berada pada tahap sederhana, manakala tahap kefahaman mereka terhadap penggunaan laman web UFUTURE berada pada tahap tinggi. Dari segi kesediaan pembelajaran arahan kendiri, sebahagian besar pelajar menyatakan bahawa item yang disenaraikan sebagai kebiasaannya benar tentang diri mereka. Hasil ujian Korelasi Pangkat Spearman pula menunjukkan bahawa terdapat hubungan signifikan, tetapi lemah antara tahap kefahaman terhadap e-pembelajaran dengan kesediaan pembelajaran arahan kendiri dalam kalangan pelajar. Hasil kajian juga mendapati dua aspek demografi, iaitu taraf pendidikan dan gred akademik pelajar menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan terhadap kesediaan pembelajaran arahan kendiri. Secara keseluruhan, majoriti pelajar bersetuju bahawa setiap faktor yang disenaraikan oleh penyelidik mempengaruhi kesediaan pembelajaran arahan kendiri dalam kalangan mereka. PBK ialah konsep pembelajaran berasaskan pengalaman yang menghubungkan institusi pendidikan dengan industri yang memberikan pengalaman kerja sebenar. Pelajar diharapkan dapat mengembangkan pengetahuan, kecekapan dan kemahiran yang berkaitan dengan bidang pengajian mereka melalui PBK. Terdapat hanya beberapa kajian yang membincangkan pendidikan keusahawanan sejajar dengan pengalaman pembelajaran di industri. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji PBK sebagai pendekatan dalam pembangunan kemahiran keusahawanan pelajar Politeknik METrO Johor Bahru. Responden kajian adalah graduan Diploma Keusahawanan (DEN) dari Jabatan Perdagangan, Politeknik METrO Johor Bahru (PMJB), Malaysia yang telah menamatkan program PBK mereka. Borang soal selidik telah diedarkan kepada graduan Sesi I 2021/2022, Sesi II 2021/2022, Sesi I 2022/2023 dan Sesi II 2022/2023. Kaedah kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam pengumpulan data. Borang soal selidik dirancang untuk mengumpulkan maklumat tentang pengalaman responden dengan program PBK, kesan PBK terhadap pembangunan pengetahuan, kecekapan, dan kemahiran keusahawanan mereka. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis mengunakan kaedah statistik SPSS. Analisis ini akan memberi gambaran umum tentang impak PBK terhadap pembangunan kemahiran keusahawanan responden. Kajian ini diharap dapat memberikan maklumat yang berguna mengenai impak PBK dalam pembinaan kemahiran keusahawanan dalam kalangan pelajar secara umum dan pelajar Politeknik METrO Johor Bahru secara khusus. Penulisan alif di dalam teks Bahasa Arab (BA) akan didahului oleh vokal fathat /a/ ( ﹷ ). Oleh itu, alif tidak dianggap sebagai konsonan. Keadaan ini jelas diperlihatkan apabila setiap fonem dalam sesuatu perkataan dipenggalkan kepada transkripsi fonetik. Hal ini berbeza dengan pendapat beberapa ahli liguistik Arab dalam mengkategorikan alif sebagai salah satu fonem hija’iyyat. Ini menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan pendapat dalam kalangan ahli linguistik dalam menentukan bilangan fonem BA berdasarkan pengkategorian alif. Selain itu, terdapat kekeliruan di antara alif dan hamzah kerana penulisan hamzah yang ditulis di atas alif. Walhal kedua fonem tersebut berbeza peranan dan mempunyai ciri yang tersendiri. Oleh itu, artikel ini akan membincangkan dan mengetengahkan kepada para pembaca yang mempelajari BA atau pembaca al-Quran, peranan dan ciri-ciri khusus alif dan hamzah. Tujuan kajian ini adalah bagi mengenalpasti perbezaan di antara alif dan hamzah serta peranan dan ciri-ciri kedua fonem tersebut. Kajian ini dijalankan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Kaedah analisis kandungan digunakan bagi mengetengahkan perincian berkenaan perbezaan peranan dan ciri-ciri alif dan hamzah. Tafsiran perincian tersebut dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa alif dan hamzah adalah dua fonem yang berbeza dan bukanlah sama seperti yang dianggap oleh sebahagian pembaca selama ini. Oleh itu, hamzah berperanan sebagai konsonan, manakala alif berperanan sebagai vokal.
