This paper aims to identify how the construction of cultural identity in Langsa after the Aceh conflict, seen from the developing community culture and its museum collections, and how the construction of cultural identity contributes to maintaining harmonious values to the Aceh multi-ethnic community aftermath the conflict. Methodologically, this study used a qualitative approach through a phenomenological research design. The techniques used in collecting data were in-depth interviews, observation, and literature review. The data was analyzed through an interactive analysis model. The findings showed that in a multicultural society culture of Langsa city since the Aceh post-conflict, the cultural identity construction, politically and policy-wise was more dominant than the multicultural identity construction. However, multicultural identity was given an excellent opportunity in its existence. Then, the cultural identities developed in Langsa, both Acehnese and multicultural, were campaigning peace and harmony. Thus, cultural identity in Aceh’s post-conflict played a role in the process of social cohesion to create a sustainable and peaceful society. The development design used is R & D design model from Thiagarajan but modified to \"3-D\" (Define, Design, and Develop). The approach used is a mix-methods approach. A qualitative approach is carried out through literature review, then tested through expert validation. While the quantitative approach is carried out through experimental studies, to analyze the validity and reliability of the measurement model can be done with LISREL . The research subjects consisted of 128 students from four high schools in Brebes Regency. From the results of this study were obtained: (1) the instrument developed was stated to be good with little revision; (2) the results of the validity test show that only the 21st indicator has a standardized loading factor = 0.46 < 0.5 or invalid, which means all indicators are valid except the 21st indicator; and (3) the reliability test results obtained by CR ≥ 0.70 and VE ≥ 0.50, which means the instrument has a good level of reliability. This research is related to the implementation of entrepreneurial management in Islamic boarding schools in Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic boarding schools in East Java which in real terms have good entrepreneurial names and activities. This study aims to find out; (1) entrepreneurial management model in Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic boarding school, (2) weaknesses that occur in entrepreneurship management in Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic boarding school; (3) How the management of relevant entrepreneurship development is developed at the Sunan Drajat Lamongan boarding school, (4) How the effectiveness of the management of entrepreneurship development developed at the Sunan Drajat Lamongan boarding school. The research uses the Research and Development (R & D) method which is carried out at the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic boarding school Jawa Timur. The results of this study concluded that: (1) Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic boarding school has had an entrepreneurial management model both in terms of operational management and strategic management, (2) Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic boarding school only has constraints on the product marketing system, (3) Marketing-based the start-up application turned out to be more effective and relevant to be developed in entrepreneurial management in the Sunan Drajat Lamongan Islamic boarding school. The challenges and obstacles faced by Batik SME are higher due to the 4.0 industrial revolution which changed the way SME survives and advances their business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability of Pekalogan Batik SME business management in improving business competitiveness and to analyze SME strategies to increase industrial competitiveness in facing the 4.0 industrial era. The population of this research is 24 batik artisans in Kauman batik village, Pekalongan, with saturated/census samples. The data is primary data. The research method is descriptive. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis technique, which was done by describing the facts of the findings. The results of the study illustrate the condition of the batik SME businesses management in Kauman Batik Village, Pekalongan. Based on the financial management, there are: 1) 74% of the artisans do not have proper business financial records, 2) 58% of the artisans do not separate business and personal finance records, and 3) 52% of the artisans have not utilized funding access provided by external parties. In terms of marketing management; 1)74% of the artisans still rely on hereditary network and 2) 74% of the artisans have not utilized the technology. The role of APOS theory is to facilitate framework constructions of an action, process, object, and scheme. This research aims to evaluate the existence of the learning material based on APOS theory and tests its validity and practicability based on the readers’ responses. This is a Research and Development study. The stages consisted of 5 steps: analysis, plan, development, implementation and evaluation. The subjects consisted of the teachers, the parents, and the learners of Primary Schools, Junior High Schools, and Senior High Schools in Lingga Municipality. The variables consisted of the learners’ autonomies and mathematics connections. The quality of the module was obtained from observation, interview guidance, and questionnaire. The findings showed the current learning source existence had not been oriented to APOS theory. The same thing also occurred in the action, object, and scheme stages. The findings also asserted that the develop module was valid and practical. The module had high validity, and an excellent criteria. The responses of both the parents and the teachers showed that the module could be used as a learning reference. The training which has so far been conducted is e-training (online training), one of which is e-training on learning assessment. The effectiveness of e-training as a new innovation in education and training patterns, especially at the Religious Education and Training Center of Semarang, has never been measured before. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of e-training on learning assessment for Islamic School Teachers at the Religious Education and Training Center of Semarang and how the learning process in e-learning (online) can improve the evaluation conducted through CIPP (Contex, Input, Process, and Product) model. The data were collected using questionnaires, interviews and document reviews. The results of the study show that the implementation of e-learning is considered effective with an average of four aspects at 89.46%, namely 1) Context Analysis is 92.69% (very good), 2) Input Analysis is 88.32% (good), 3) Process Analysis is 90.15 % (very good) and 4) Product Analysis is 86.67% (good). The type of this research was the Research and Development ( R&D ) with the ADDIE model. The data collection techniques used primary data from the validation of experts (media expert and content expert) and students as respondents. The results of this study indicated that 1) the review result of the content expert and the media expert stated that the 3D Pageflip Professional-based pregnancy care e-module was valid and feasible. 2 ) the 3D Pageflip Proffesional-based pregnancy care e-module was effective on student learning outcomes. 3 ) The influence of pregnancy care e-module on students’ motivation showed that Sig (2-tailed) 0.030 <0.05 means that there was a significant difference that the use of E-module based on 3D pageflip proffesioal affected students’ motivation to learn, besides, Sig value (2-tailed) of 0,000 indicated that Sig (2-tailed) 0,000 <0.05 that means that there was a significant difference between students’ learning outcomes before and after using E-modules means that the use of E-modules affected students’ learning outcomes. This study uses qualitative research method by looking for clarity of meaningful descriptions. The explanation is carried out in depth (thick description) regarding the symptoms and relationships between them. Data source is direct and researchers as the main instruments (human instrument). The research background covers the Totobuang music community that takes place in Ambon city. To obtain data in this study, the method used are observation, interviews, and document study. Validity of data by triangulation. Triangulation is carried out in four aspects: sources, methods, researchers and theories. The data analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions whose activities are carried out in an interactive form with the data collection process as a cycle process. Research Results show that the origin of Totobuang music in Ambon city began with seeing festivals. The Totobuang music has ever been designed on its own and every night Totobuang music training is carried out with great enthusiasm. This Totobuang music is used by the community as the cultural of the Ambon city which emerge from the works of local people who have their own culture.
