In those cases all the suspects attempted to do counter hegemony to set them free. They employed sympathy as their counter-hegemonic device. The study is intended to determine the pattern of the abuse of sympathy to counter hegemony on Indonesian positive law which is realized in ideology. The study employs Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). The finding shows that to gain public sympathy they employ Legitimation type 1, Legitimation type 2, Trope, Fragmentation, Euphemization, Unification, and Dissimulation. This research is related to the implementation of TQM (Total Quality Management) which aims to find out; (1) the effect of principal's leadership commitment towards the implementation of TQM in Vocational High Schools; (2) the effect of training towards the implementation of TQM in Vocational High Schools; (3) the effect of religiusity towards the implementation of TQM in Vocational High Schools. This research involved NU Islamic Vocational Schools in Central Java province with a population of 204 teachers from 12 districts. By using the Lisrel 8.80 analysis path, it can be concluded that: (1) there is no significant effect of TQM variables commitment of school principals' leadership on the implementation of TQM in Vocational High Schools; (2) there is no significant effect of TQM variables training on the implementation of TQM in Vocational High Schools; (3) there is a significant influence of religiosity variables on teamwork and implementation of TQM in Vocational High Schools. This study provides the discovery of religiosity can be one of the variables in improving the implementation of TQM in schools teachers or organizations. {"title":"Determining Factors of Organizational Commitments and Its Impact on The Performance of Indonesian Buddha Lecture","authors":"Mujiyanto","doi":"10.2991/assehr.k.211125.023","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2991/assehr.k.211125.023","url":null,"abstract":"---This study aims to test; (1) the effect of reward variables on organizational commitment; (2) the influence of leadership variables on organizational commitment; (3) the influence of organizational culture variables on organizational commitment; (4) the effect of reward variables on lecturer performance; (5) the influence of leadership variables on lecturer performance; (6) the influence of organizational culture variables on lecturer performance; (7) the effect of organizational commitment variables on lecturer performance; (8) examines the relevance of organizational commitment variables to be mediator variables of the reward, leadership and organizational culture variables to lecturer performance. The design of this study uses quantitative quantitative methodology, the population of the study was 295 lecturers with a sample of 200 respondents, while the analysis used the analysis path. The sampling technique uses the Hary King nomogram model with an error level of 5%, a confidence interval of 95%, with a sample calculation of 0.48 x total population x 1.195. This study involved Indonesian Buddhist Religious Colleges with a population of 200 lecturers from 10 tertiary institutions. By using the Lisrel 8.80 path analysis the results are obtained: (1) there is a significant positive effect of the reward variable on organizational commitment by 14%; (2) there is a significant positive effect of leadership variable on organizational commitment by 30%; (3) there is a significant positive effect of organizational culture variables on organizational commitment by 30%; (4) there is a significant positive effect of reward on lecturer performance by 26% (5) there is a significant positive effect of leadership on lecturer performance by 44%; (6) there is a significant positive influence of organizational culture on lecturer performance by 48%; (7) there is no significant positive effect on organizational commitment to the performance of lecturers by 13%; (8) organizational commitment variable is very relevant to be the mediator variable of the reward, leadership, and organizational culture variables on the performance of lecturers of Buddhist Higher Education. From these results it can be concluded that reward, leadership, and organizational culture have a positive influence on organizational commitment and reward, leadership, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a positive effect on lecturer performance. This research provides new findings that (1) organizational culture can be one of the variables in improving the performance of lecturers at Buddhist Religious Colleges; (2) organizational commitment variable is very relevant in improving the performance of lecturers on campus. The purpose of this study was to analyze the participation of posyandu cadres in the utilization of local natural ingredients enhancing appetite supplements as an effort to prevent malnutrition in infants. The study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Research focusis to know deeply about the participation of posyandu cadres in the utilization of local natural ingredients-based appetite supplement as an effort to prevent malnutrition in children under five in Bima district. Determination of informants using purposive and snowball techniques. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data validity technique uses source triangulation, technique triangulation, time triangulation. The data analysis technique uses the miles and huberman model. The results obtained, that the participation of posyan du cadres carried out is counseling, motivating, and give an example by planting herbs in the yard of the house and use them on family members themselves. The driving factor for cadre participation is cadre activity in participating in the activities of Pkk organization. The integrative approach in this curriculum has been prioritied on improving of the quality of vjavanese language learning, information and communication technology, local food excellence, javanese language master of ceremonies, and karawitan arts. Teachers improved the teaching methodologies with a fun learning approach, giving examples of obedience manners and social manners as a role model, through intra-curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular. The data source of this research came from Chinese figures. Data were collected using in-depth interview techniques. Data analysis uses an interactive model. The results study are: 1) the Chinese community has an open mind and a strong national outlook so that they can view differences as social capital to cooperate in development; 2) collaboration between ethnic Chinese in Lasem and Javanese can be seen in aspects of work, religious activities, and social service; and 3) nationalism, history and Pancasila became the dominant factor in shaping the Lasem Chinese mindset about the importance of building social harmony. This study aims to describe the perception of problem solving and communication of prospective elementary school teachers. This study uses a survey method. The research sample consisted of 335 prospective teachers. The survey was conducted using the online google form service method. The instruments used were problem solving questionnaires and communication. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics. The results of the research on the measurement of communication perceptions of prospective teachers obtained an average of 2.9 for men and 3.3 for women. Three aspects of communication, namely mental, emotional, and behavior in the sufficient category, so it can be concluded that the communication of prospective teachers in the category is sufficient. Measuring the perception of the problem solving ability of prospective teachers obtained an average score of 3.5 and 3.6 for women. Three aspects of problem solving, namely Problem Solving Confident, Approach Avoidance Style, and Personal Control.
