Through this study, this paper finds that excess cash holdings have a significant positive effect on innovation. At the same time, compared with state-owned enterprises, there is also a significant positive correlation between excess cash holdings of non-state-owned enterprises and enterprise innovation. This study not only provides empirical evidence for enterprises to promote innovation by holding excess cash, but also provides theoretical guidance for enterprises to improve the use efficiency of excess cash holdings, and also provides certain theoretical basis for regulators to continue to strengthen supervision of state-owned enterprises.","PeriodicalId":447872,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME)","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123597046","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results show that the development of tourism in Liaoning province is unbalanced. The competitive state of domestic tourist destination market in Liaoning province is obviously better than that of inbound tourist destination market, which indicates that the development of domestic tourist destination market is relatively stable and mature. And the inbound tourist destination market development is not mature and there are obvious signs of decline.","PeriodicalId":447872,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME)","volume":"184 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121630267","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The application of the knowledge base as an information-based and efficient knowledge management method to the engineering team has been recognized. It’s important to evaluate the management capability of the knowledge base according to its function and find the direction of optimizing the knowledge base to improve its applicability in engineering team. Therefore, this study constructs a knowledge base management capability evaluation index system from four aspects of knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge application and knowledge innovation, realizes comprehensive evaluation by AHP and cloud model, and takes the knowledge base of a power design team as a case study to verify the effectiveness of the built evaluation model. The results show that the overall management capability of the knowledge base is in the “medium” level, and low innovation capability leads to a more scattered evaluation cloud diagram with greater uncertainty. The evaluation model can assess the overall level of knowledge base management capability in this paper, discover the weaknesses of the knowledge base in time, and is conducive to the promotion and application of the knowledge base in the engineering team.","PeriodicalId":447872,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124100740","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are many \"Irrational Exuberance\" in the world economy's history, which is the embodiment of the bubble economy. However, the existing economic theories cannot entirely explain why \"Irrational Exuberance\" occurs and why \"Irrational Exuberance\" leads to an economic crisis. Therefore, it is essential to find a new interpretation method. In the past economic theories, the impact of human psychological activities on the economy was often underestimated. This is why this research contains many of the latest knowledge and discoveries about the impact of human psychology on the economy. So far, the main reason for human mental activity is believed to be related to individual self-cognition and feedback. Besides, feedback to information, lack of experience, environmental impact, etc. affect the changes in human psychological activities. Since it is found that individual psychological changes impact group psychological changes, the hypothesis of psychological activity communication is proposed, including \"bounded rationality,\" systematic cognitive bias, the influence of mass media, confidence multiplier hypothesis, and group unconsciousness.","PeriodicalId":447872,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME)","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126210592","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, the foreign trade development of Hubei province has also undergone a qualitative change. Based on the Hu-bei’s data from 1999 to 2018, firstly this paper discusses the background and significance of this research. In addition, it expounds the current situation of foreign trade and economic growth in Hubei Province in recent years. Then we make an empirical analysis of the effect of Hubei’s import and export on economic growth by using a logarithmic linear model to explain their relationships from a long-term and short-term perspective. The conclusions are as follows: the export and import trade of Hubei province promotes economic growth. In the long run, there exists a long-term and stable relationship among Hubei’s GDP growth, import and export. In the short run, the import stimulates the economic growth to a certain degree, and the effect of import on economic growth is weaker than export. Meanwhile, the corresponding suggestions are put forward on this basis.","PeriodicalId":447872,"journal":{"name":"2020 2nd International Conference on Economic Management and Model Engineering (ICEMME)","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125575969","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
