The first three models broaden the scope, while the last one narrows the scope. Through the changed supply and demand function under different circumstances, the problems under different backgrounds are solved, and then the stable equilibrium conditions are solved and proved according to formula calculation and theoretical reasoning. However, there has been no consensus on how to reasonably evaluate the efficiency of regional innovation systems. This paper first builds an input-output indicator system, then measures the efficiency of the regional innovation system based on the SBM model, and establishes a coordination model based on the coupling theory to analyze the coordination level of the regional innovation system. Finally, a data set of the regional innovation system in Sichuan Province for the period 2003-2016 is utilized for empirical estimations. The research results show that the average efficiency of the scientific research institution subsystem (SS), enterprise subsystem (ES), and university subsystem (US) is 0.894, 0.902, and 0.797, respectively. There is a certain difference in innovation efficiency among the three. Along with the rapid progress in economic globalization and the development of information technology, the development of logistics is impelled speedily and is expected to inject fresh impetus for a new round of economic development [1]. This paper focused on both empirical research and quantitative discussions on the relationship between the metropolitan economy and modern logistics. This paper selected five top-tier cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, gathered their economic and logistic data from 2014 to 2018, and used linear regression model and other econometric methods. Taking Alibaba Group as an example, this paper analyzes the development path and effect of its integration of industry and finance. Because the system formed by the combination of industry and finance conforms to the characteristics of dissipative structure, the entropy change model is used to test the effect of the combination of industry and finance. The results show that the support entropy of Alibaba Group's industry-finance combination gradually increases and the pressure entropy gradually decreases, and the support entropy is greater than the pressure entropy for two consecutive years. Therefore, the industry-finance integration system of the Group has gradually stabilized, and the degree of integration of financial capital and industrial capital has become closer and closer.
