This paper analyses the impacts of different education level on the elderly care mode selection and the demands for elderly care services based on the questionnaire survey for the group of 59 years old and under. Park management platform, as the third party, put forward the “Two-Decades Strategy” when the park was set up. Whether such a strategic goal can be achieved, and how to achieve sustainable development through effective management would be discussed in this paper. This paper briefly introduced the development of pharmaceutical industrial parks. Based on the questionnaire, management factors of the sustainable development of the pharmaceutical industrial park are studied, and the causal relationship, as well as a strong relationship between the factors, are analyzed. Furthermore, a simulation prediction model of system dynamics for sustainable development in China Medical City is established, which predicts the development of the main economic indicators of China Medical City from 2016 to 2020. Taking Tongchuan City of Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper constructs a system dynamic simulation model of resource-based urban system, which includes four subsystems: economy, society, environment and finance. Through the simulation of the system dynamics model and the adjustment of the value of decision variables, it is concluded that financial support can provide financial support for urban development and transformation, improve the efficiency of capital allocation and optimize the industrial structure. Whether pirate Game, a multi-player version of Ultimatum Game, yields same phenomenon when analyzed by experimental economics raised the author’s curiosity. The experiment method of the paper is online questionnaire that designed to imitate a real-life situation of Pirate Game and that is analyzed based on GSS’s experiment. This article speculated whether the portfolio of biotech owned stocks and bitcoin can cope with these uncertainties. At the same time, investors need to pay attention to the companies that are studying the COVID-19 vaccine and whether they have state financial support. Also, Python and Excel were used to explore the daily return, annual volatility, and portfolio performance of biotechnology stocks. Besides, a multiple linear regression model on CPI and GDP focusing on whether macroeconomic factors affect bitcoin was established. In order to solve the limitations of Markowitz’s classic securities portfolio model to measure investment risk based on the return and variance of securities, this paper analyzes the nature and characteristics of risk, based on the concept of thermodynamic entropy, and focuses on demonstrating entropy. After quantifying the rationality and superiority of securities investment risks, a securities investment portfolio model under entropy risk is constructed. This model carries out a brand-new optimization modeling of traditional securities portfolio models from the perspective of entropy and opens up new research perspectives. Afterwards, in view of the main defects of the model, the model was revised and optimized in the incomplete financial market in combination with the maximum entropy of information theory, and it was concluded that investors can reduce or resist risks by controlling the decentralized structure of the investment portfolio. But in recent years, the environmental problem, especially the air pollution problem has been more and more important in this area. The deep causes of air pollution in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has been analysis, which have effects to reform policy, to improve people’s well-being, to promote economic growth. This paper uses panel data model to analyze the environmental and economic data of 2004-2018 years in Beijing Tianjin Hebei. We found that economic growth in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region of the atmospheric pollution reduction has the positive effect is not significant; the use of coal to reduce atmospheric pollution reduction has a significant positive effect. Tianjin’s environmental regulation has achieved initial results; the environmental regulation intensity of Beijing Hebei needs to be strengthened. If it is an asset, what kind of asset is it? Is it a tradable, speculative asset, or is it a long-term investment? The debate has largely unfolded around the real nature of Bitcoin and its correlation with other asset classes. Some scholars have discussed the correlation coefficient of bitcoin using the S& P 500 Index, the Volatility Index, and gold. However, the debate is now sufficiently mature to discuss the reasons determining its correlation with other assets. We study the correlations of Bitcoin and one benchmark, a stock market index–specifically, the Nasdaq 100 Index. Our focus is on the correlation between Bitcoin and the Nasdaq 100 as a proxy for the most representative technology stocks.
