Research on Financial Support Effect in Resource-based Urban Transformation and Development Based on System Dynamics Model : Taking Tongchuan City as an example

Abstract

Because of the comprehensive influence of economic, social and environmental factors, the transformation and development of resource-based cities is a very complex system problem. Taking Tongchuan City of Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper constructs a system dynamic simulation model of resource-based urban system, which includes four subsystems: economy, society, environment and finance. Through the simulation of the system dynamics model and the adjustment of the value of decision variables, it is concluded that financial support can provide financial support for urban development and transformation, improve the efficiency of capital allocation and optimize the industrial structure. Combined with the simulation results of system dynamics model, the countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development of Tongchuan City are given, which is also of reference to other resource-based cities.
