Abstract

Because of the comprehensive influence of economic, social and environmental factors, the transformation and development of resource-based cities is a very complex system problem. Taking Tongchuan City of Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper constructs a system dynamic simulation model of resource-based urban system, which includes four subsystems: economy, society, environment and finance. Through the simulation of the system dynamics model and the adjustment of the value of decision variables, it is concluded that financial support can provide financial support for urban development and transformation, improve the efficiency of capital allocation and optimize the industrial structure. 基于系统动力学模型的资源型城市转型发展金融支持效应研究——以铜川市为例
由于经济、社会和环境因素的综合影响,资源型城市的转型与发展是一个非常复杂的系统问题。本文以陕西省铜川市为例,构建了包含经济、社会、环境和金融四个子系统的资源型城市系统动态仿真模型。通过对系统动力学模型的仿真和对决策变量值的调整,得出金融支持可以为城市发展转型提供金融支持,提高资本配置效率,优化产业结构。结合系统动力学模型的仿真结果,提出了铜川市可持续发展的对策建议,对其他资源型城市具有一定的借鉴意义。
