The deep causes of air pollution in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has been analysis, which have effects to reform policy, to improve people’s well-being, to promote economic growth. This paper uses panel data model to analyze the environmental and economic data of 2004-2018 years in Beijing Tianjin Hebei. We found that economic growth in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region of the atmospheric pollution reduction has the positive effect is not significant; the use of coal to reduce atmospheric pollution reduction has a significant positive effect. Tianjin’s environmental regulation has achieved initial results; the environmental regulation intensity of Beijing Hebei needs to be strengthened. 摘要

京津冀地区作为中国第一个工业化和现代化地区,经济发展之快是有目共睹的。但近年来,环境问题,特别是空气污染问题在这一地区变得越来越重要。分析了京津冀地区大气污染产生的深层原因,对改革政策、改善民生、促进经济增长具有重要影响。本文采用面板数据模型对2004-2018年京津冀地区环境经济数据进行了分析。研究发现,京津冀地区经济增长对大气污染减排具有不显著的正向作用;利用煤炭对减少大气污染具有显著的积极作用。天津环境整治初见成效;京冀环境监管力度有待加大。最后,在一系列研究成果的基础上,提出了针对性的政策建议。
