Case Study on BlueFocus's FDI

Abstract

Under the background of Beijing’s in-depth promotion of the strategy of cultural "going global", a large number of cultural and creative enterprises in Beijing entered the international market for investment. This paper selects BlueFocus, which has rich experience in overseas investment activities, as the research object and sorts out its major FDI activities since 2009. Furthermore, the paper summarizes the successful experience and failure lessons of BlueFocus’s FDI activities.
