The results show that the overall management capability of the knowledge base is in the “medium” level, and low innovation capability leads to a more scattered evaluation cloud diagram with greater uncertainty. 摘要

工程团队作为一个知识密集型组织,其知识内容十分复杂。知识库作为一种信息化、高效的知识管理方法在工程团队中的应用已经得到认可。根据知识库的功能对知识库的管理能力进行评价,找到知识库优化的方向,提高知识库在工程团队中的适用性是十分重要的。因此,本研究从知识获取、知识存储、知识应用和知识创新四个方面构建了知识库管理能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和云模型实现了综合评价,并以某电力设计团队知识库为例,验证了所建评价模型的有效性。结果表明:企业知识库整体管理能力处于“中等”水平,创新能力较低导致评价云图较为分散,不确定性较大;本文所建立的评价模型可以对知识库管理能力的整体水平进行评价,及时发现知识库存在的不足,有利于知识库在工程团队中的推广应用。
