The article deals with the nature of perfectionism, the content of which reflects both its positive and negative consequences. The advantages of perfectionism involve the students' efforts to perfection, self-organisation, and adaptive behaviour. The risks of perfectionism include deep-seated feelings of a person oriented to social approval, conformity to exaggerated standards, avoidance of failures, and overrated level of demands to oneself. This determines negative emotional feelings, anxiety, and stressful states. The aim of the research is to determine the features of perfectionism of cadets with high and low levels of perfectionism and to analyse the risks of its high indicators. \u0000The research is based on a sample of 73 people. They were divided into two groups according to the values of perfectionism: with high (n=34) and low (n=39) level. \u0000Research methods. The research involved general scientific research methods aimed at data collection, analysis, systematisation and generalisation, as well as empirical methods (testing, interviews). The research was carried out with the help of psychodiagnostic methods: perfectionism questionnaire (N. G. Garanyan, A. B. Kholmogorova), method of diagnosing the level of emotional burnout (V. V. Boyko). \u0000Results. The results of the empirical study on the methods used are described and analysed. The results of the study showed reliable differences between the groups with high and low levels of perfectionism, reflecting the presence of significant emotional problems. In the group with a high level of perfectionism the factors of socially oriented type of perfectionist expectations, orientation to exaggerated standards of activity according to the principle "to be the most successful", fixation on failures and mistakes, categorical and polarised thinking were revealed. This type of perfectionism is destructive and its consequences, identified in the research, are reflected in the form of negative emotional experiences, reduction of subjects' professional responsibilities, development of emotional burnout and mental exhaustion.

Criminalisation negatively affects the well-being of society and personality, worsening and restricting progress and hindering their functioning and development. Scientific ideas about criminalisation are based on the regulations of individually-psychological and social approaches. The possibilities of the subjective approach are not fully used to study criminalisation, but they are useful, as they can reveal subjective components of the determination and regulation of criminal behavior. The development of subjective approach within the framework of research allows us to substantiate theoretically the combination of relations involved in regulation of behavior and to develop a model of these relations for assessing risk of criminalisation. \u0000The aim of study is a theoretical substantiation of set of subjective relations indicating a risk of personality criminalisation and its empirical verification. For this purpose, the study examines a model of personality attitudes affecting its criminalisation, having developed on the basis of theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign researchers' ideas about criminogenic personality, criminogenic orientation and regulation of criminal behavior. \u0000Methodology, methods and techniques. The methodological basis of the study is a subjective approach (S.L. Rubinstein, A.V. Brushlinsky, K.A. Abulkhanova), value-normative theory of criminal behavior (A.R. Ratinov), provisions about criminogenic propensity of personality (A.N. Pastushenya). \u0000The empirical study is aimed at verifying the interconnection of subjective attitudes indicating the criminalisation of personality. \u0000The method of collecting data is the questionnaire "Risk of Criminalisation", the structure of which is formed by five scales which totally include 60 questions. The method of processing results: descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, nonparametric criterion of differences Kruskal-Wallis-H criteria test. \u0000The study sample: 618 people divided into law-abiding (n=202 people) and criminogenic group, having been divided in its turn by the criterion of repeated criminal responsibility into subgroups of situation-criminogenic persons (n=219 people) and consecutive-criminogenic persons (n=197 people). The criminogenic persons were administratively supervised by law enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation. \u0000Results: criminalising significance of subjective attitudes set of super-valuable attitude to the self, devaluing attitude to punishment and cynically accusing attitude to the victim was confirmed. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, an adjusted scale suitable for assessing the risk of criminalisation was obtained, and some information about its reliability and validity was obtained.

Crime, as a single personal behavioral act, and criminality, as a socio-legal phenomenon, are social deviations of individuals and groups. The state is forced to use a compulsory law enforcement apparatus to deter crime and level out its negative socio-economic consequences. In the system of the state compulsory apparatus for combating crime, the tacit assistance of persons to bodies carrying out operational investigative activities is a special, most effective and rational functional and legal instrument. Based on previous research, the author notes the unwillingness of both lawabiding citizens and representatives of the criminal environment to assist operational units. However, the determinants underlying this unwillingness are different. The author puts forward for further scientific research and discussion the hypothesis that the tacit assistance of persons to bodies carrying out operational investigative activities is the result of social deviations in the social groups under consideration. In the author’s opinion, the study of the causes and forms of these deviations from certain social norms characteristic of both (law-abiding and criminal) groups can optimize the process of involving individuals in the unofficial assistance and the fight against crime. \u0000Methods and methodology. The study used general scientific dialectical, comparative legal, formal logical methods and the method of content analysis. This made it possible to identify signs and forms of manifestation of deviations among persons assisting law enforcement agencies. \u0000Results. Based on the results of the own research and previous scientific research by other legal experts, the author comes to the conclusion that at present, the assistance of law-abiding and upstanding citizens and representatives of the criminal environment is largely determined by the deviations perceived among social groups in question. Among law-abiding citizens, deviation is expressed in a persistent unwillingness to assist law enforcement agencies in general and operational units in particular, in the presence of compassion for the direct victims of these crimes. Deviations of representatives of the criminal environment are expressed in a situational readiness to neglect corporate (subcultural) moral standards of behavior – “criminal concepts” - and provide unofficial assistance in order to achieve their own mercenary goals.

Such deviant behaviour as aggression, drug addiction, crime, sexual deviation and other antisocial manifestations has a negative impact on various spheres of people's lives, including family, education, work and society as a whole. Various pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical approaches are examined to manage or reduce deviant behaviour. \u0000The purpose of this research, based on our own findings, as well as on a number of results of national and foreign experience, is to substantiate the possibility of wider application of "Horticultural therapy" as an interdisciplinary non-pharmacological method of correction and prevention of deviant behaviour. \u0000The authors based their research on the methods of interdisciplinary studies at the intersection of biology, botany, social sciences and psychology, as well as on the study of the experience of "Horticultural therapy" in more than 200 botanical gardens and their analogues in 32 countries of the world, the practice of application to children and adolescents requiring special methods of upbringing, as well as convicted persons detained in the institutions of the Federal Service for the Execution of Punishments. \u0000Research results and practical experience revealed that "Horticultural therapy" as a non-pharmacological method has a significant potential in working with persons with deviant behaviour. Its applicability is due to the fact that regular participation in special horticultural sessions contributes to the development of skills to overcome stress, cope with life challenges, strengthens self-regulation and self-control skills, develops patience, diligence and constancy. This enables participants to develop disciplined and responsible behaviour, communication skills and abilities to cooperate, skills of constructive social interaction. The possibility of applying "Horticultural therapy" for people with special causes of deviant behaviour, including participants and veterans of war, and members of their families, is substantiated. \u0000The authors make a conclusion about the perspectives and possibility of its use for adaptation and rehabilitation of this category of persons, who are assisted in finding positive and healthy ways to cope with post-traumatic and life challenges.

In this study, information was collected during personal interviews with 12 police officers from three police stations in the same city in China. Through the discussion of police intervention in DV, we found that mediation was still the main way to settle a DV case due to the traditional concepts, ambiguity of related terms, weak deterrent of a warning paper, and inadequate understanding of related guide.
