The results of psychological characteristics and personal features of juveniles study are introduced. It is established that minors with delinquent behavior are distinguished by the desire to draw attention to their own personality, inadequate understanding of how they are evaluated by others, a low level of psychological wellbeing, and difficulties in planning the future. A program to optimize the level of psychological well-being of minors with delinquent behavior, in accordance with the identified targets of psycho correctional work has been developed. The effectiveness of the program is confirmed. Much attention is paid to the ability of law enforcement officers to resist criminal expansion legally, to be able to protect themselves and others by means of legal use of force against persons who commit socially dangerous encroachments. Guided by the concept of deviance, the authors made an attempt to analyze the problem of lawful behavior by law enforcement officers, primarily police officers. The researchers came to a reasonable conclusion about the need to adjust the current state of affairs. The legislation and the practice of its application cannot satisfy the interests of representatives of law enforcement agencies engaged in official activities for the protection of public order and ensuring of public safety. Imperfect legislation is the main reason of deviant behavior of police officers who are in permanent stress situations. Their abundance also provokes deviant behavior of police officers, which sometimes manifests itself in extreme brutality \u0000towards lawbreakers. \u0000From our point of view, the current norms of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, primarily the norms of Chapter 8, are not clear enough. {"title":"The concept of an adolescent personality “self-state” with a criminal type of self-consciousness","authors":"Y. Methods, models and explanatory schemes of stress psychology, family psychology, pathopsychology, mental trauma, hereditary and personality deformations penetrated legal psychology along with traditional methods of age, differential, pedagogical and social psychology, in the context of which specialists tried to create universal, internally consistent theories of juvenile delinquency. However, all known attempts led to another more or less realistic private theory or approach, usually leaving unanswered questions concerning time, meaning and meaninglessness, spirituality and immorality of society, loneliness and alienation of a person. Simple explanations of the causes of crime and effective measures to combat it have been and continue to be offered. Psychological science currently demonstrates an obvious inability to answer, at least, the basic methodological questions of the personality development of adolescents. A 15-year-old teenager with a tendency to criminal behavior is likely to be the most difficult object of cognition. Internal inconsistency, ambivalence of the adolescent’s attitudes, reactions and behavior make us to pay attention to the study of his consciousness and self-consciousness, the evolution of thinking, mechanisms of reflection, the history of the life line formation again. In this context, we are developing the concept of “self-state” of a teenager personality, which goes back to the ideas of L.S. Vygotsky, as well as numerous studies by domestic and foreign authors. \u0000The main objective of this article is to substantiate the concept of “adolescent personality self-state”, its validation and operationalization. Gambling addiction is a progressive disorder which is a complex formation and includes a syndrome of mental and physical dependence. A person involved in gambling creates grounds for inevitable failure: social disadaptation, coldness to relatives and social alienation; loss of what has been achieved in life; risk of losing livelihood; suicidal attempts; criminal behavior, etc. The negative social consequences demonstrate the need for more effective and comprehensive study in this area. The peculiarities of transformation of the value -and- sense sphere of personality in developing game addiction as well as in the process of rehabilitation still remain an insufficiently explored issue. This determines the relevance of our work. \u0000Objective. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of transformation of the value-and-sense sphere of gamblers undergoing rehabilitation program. \u0000Methods. Participants were 42 gambling addicts undergoing a rehabilitation program at the branches of the \u0000rehabilitation center “XXX” (Odintsovo, Moscow region and Omsk). \u0000The survey packet consisted of Zimbardo Personality Time Perspective; Life-Purpose Orientation Test by D.A. Leontiev; Self-Attitude Questionnaire by V.V. Stolin and S.R. Panteleyev; Rokeach Value Survey and the personal data questionnaire. \u0000Statistical methods (primary descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, Fisher’s F-criterion, Student’s t-distribution and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test) were used to process data. \u0000Results. In the course of the study, the hypothesis of a possible transformation of the value-and-sense sphere of gamblers towards a more adaptive one in the conditions of rehabilitation was tested and confirmed. \u0000The study found a connection between participation in the rehabilitation program and changes in the time perspective of the participants’ positive future. The research also revealed an increase in the level of life meaningfulness and self-esteem and a decrease in the level of self-blaming. The tests showed the shift of value from material support to self-development and self-acceptance. \u0000Scientific novelty. It was for the first time when the researchers made an attempt to study and compare to a great extent the characteristics of the value-and-sense sphere of gamblers before and after rehabilitation. \u0000Practical significance. Rioters used sophisticated methods to influence law enforcement officers in order to disorientate, demoralize and disorganize them. \u0000The identification and analysis of these methods will help to implement programs of information and psychological prevention and protection of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation. \u0000Objectives. The purpose of the article is to identify, analyze and classify methods of negative information and psychological impact on law enforcement officers in foreign countries during protests and riots of 2019 - 2021. \u0000Results. The definition of the terms “impact” and “negative information and psychological impact on employees of internal affairs bodies” was clarified. An analysis of online publications related to mass protests and riots was carried out. Rioters’ methods of negative information and psychological impact on law enforcement officers were described and classified. \u0000Conclusions. The methods of negative information and psychological impact on law enforcement officers used by rioters have become more sophisticated, flexible and diverse. They are carried out both offline and online and affect the consciousness, social attitudes and behavior of law enforcement officers. The necessity to counteract vandalism is due to economic, cultural and social losses. Inefficiency of the actual preventive programs calls for a new research of vandalistic behavior motives and ways to control them. The paper deals with subjective effects of vandalism – youths’ perception of vandalistic damage to urban area. Youths’ attitude to vandalistic behavior is supposed to get shaped already at the perception stage, that is why research of this stage is viewed as essential to reveal initial and regulatory drivers of vandalism. \u0000Objectives. The study is aimed at researching special aspects of youths’ perception of vandalism through identification of cognitive, emotional, valueand-sense, attitude and visual motor components of a perceptual act. The goal of the study implies the following research challenges: 1. to identify subjectively essential forms of vandalism; 2. to reveal conventional forms of vandalism; 3. to discover the effect of role-oriented position on vandalism perception; 4. to identify the effect of vandalistic experience on visual motor characteristics of vandalistic stimuli perception. \u0000Methods. Phenomenological approach to social-environmental research of urban area is the major tool of the study. This method enables to explain some research findings by subjective attitude of urban youths to vandalistic damages. In the course of the experiment this attitude manifested itself in the evaluation and orientation as reaction to images of urban vandalistic damages. \u0000The main research procedure is experiment. In the course of the experiment a subject was given stimuli, his visual motor reactions and changes of their ophthalmic system were fixed. Data were collected through self-evaluation reports fixing psychoemotional state, attitude and understanding of vandalistic damages, as well as through an eye tracker Tobii Pro Spectrum measuring oculomotor responses to the stimuli. The processing method was descriptive \u0000statistics, U-criteria of Mann-Whitney. \u0000Participants and stimuli. The stimuli were 10 images of vandalistic damages to urban area. The survey sample included 103 people aged 19-24 with proportional correlation of men and women. They were divided into 8 focus groups. The experiment lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes for each group. The eye tracker research was conducted with a group of 11 people (72,2 % – girls). \u0000Results: 1) Subjectively significant forms of vandalism are graffiti, littering and property destruction. 2) Conventional forms of vandalism are damage to recreational areas, the building and its premises. 3) Roles I-vandal and I-viewer (observer) differ in evaluation of admissibility of vandalistic actions and their significance. 4) Previous vandalistic experience affects visual motor characteristics of vandalistic damages perception. \u0000Scientific novelty. The limits of such possibilities, taking into account the knowledge accumulated by mankind in the past few decades, turned out to be truly unlimited, inevitably formulating the question of setting specific goals and objectives implied by the authorities. The function of control has always been inherent in the official power formation, and the problem of determining the limits of its implementation has also always been in the sphere of disagreements, forming various types of societies and states. \u0000Biopolitics is a phenomenon of a fundamentally new order, capable of bringing the discussion of this problem to a previously inaccessible level. The criminallegal component of the presented issue is still on the sidelines, continuing to persistently ignore the ongoing processes, and especially the transformation of social relations, the analogs of which in terms of its scale in history are not so many. \u0000However, it is criminal policy, through the introduction of biopolitical tools into circulation, that can have the greatest impact on the formation and implementation of the function of controlling individual human behavior and social relations in general. In addition, the importance of the research problem is explained by the fact that many aspects are not elaborated in national psychological and pedagogical research. \u0000In order to prevent deviant behavior in the educational process of departmental institutions, the author proposes the pedagogical technology of formation of valuable and meaningful dominants, which is implemented in cadets’ moral education and ensures their professional identity development and prevention of its antipode – professional marginalization. \u0000The article presents refined concepts of “professional identity”, “professional marginalization”. Moral education characteristic, implemented in line with cadets’ personal development in departmental institutions’ educational process is given.
