During a person’s life, a \"type of temporality of his personality\" is formed (by himself and/or by circumstances), which determines everyday and work activity. The problem of the study is the answers the questions: is it possible to describe the types of temporality of personality based on temporal orientation and temporal scenario? Are there some differences in time attitude, its functions, and the dominant orientation of adaptive activity in subjects with different types of temporality? \u0000Research methods. The respondents were 355 representatives of socionomic professions, aged 27 to 35 years (180 women and 175 men). Psychodiagnostic methods were the author’s developments: the questionnaire \"Subjective assessment of temporal orientation,\" the scale \"Temporal scenario of personality,\" the methodology \"Scale of subjective attitude to time,\" the questionnaire \"Temporality of personality,\" the questionnaire \"Subjective assessment of adaptive activity of personality.\" \u0000Results. Young people, as the most potentially passionate part of the society, are characterised by maximalism and a strong desire to conquer the world here and now. However, their immature worldview can easily lead this category of the population to lose their true identity by being influenced by radicals. The radicalisation of mass consciousness in the current global context has become a feature of the modern society, resulting in an obstacle to the positive development of Russia. This fact raises the need for research on the determinants of the formation of radical consciousness in order to further effective preventive activities in this direction. \u0000The purpose of the research is to identify the main causes and conditions for the formation of radical consciousness among young people. \u0000Methodology, methods and techniques. The conducted research is based on modern scientific, methodological and sociopsychological characteristics of the formation of radical consciousness. The dialectical method, the method of ascending from the abstract to the concrete, comparative studies, and axiological interpretation are used. \u0000The results of the research testify to the relevance of the issue of study, especially in the current conditions of society development. The main, and at the same time, diverse (social, psychological, cultural, political) aspects contributing to the formation of radical views of young people are analysed. \u0000The scientific novelty of the article is substantiated by the analysis of the existing world environment (maximally favourable for the formation of radical consciousness) and the scientific researches performed within the framework of the subject, which made it possible to conclude that the problem under consideration is underdeveloped. \u0000Practical significance. An analysis of ideas about adolescents’ social adaptation in the context of digitalization in domestic and foreign psychology is given. The research involved 1093 adolescents playing computer games of different genres, which mainly differ in the number of players, as well as in the features of a game design, tasks and actions that are set before a user. The following methods were used: express questionnaire «Tolerance Index» (G. Soldatova et al.); methodology of risk readiness diagnosis (A. Schubert); methodology of success motivation and failure motivation diagnosis (A. Rean); methodology of sense-life orientations (D. Leontiev); methodology for diagnosing personality motivation to success and to avoid failures (T. Ehlers); «Psychological Safety of the School Environment» questionnaire (I. Baeva); method of subjective assessment of situational and personal anxiety (C. Spielberger); diagnostic technique for social competence of students (A. Prikhozhan); Tomsk rigidity questionnaire (G. Zalewski); diagnostic technique for inclination to deviant behavior (A. Orel). The influence of factors of the Internet environment on the psychological characteristics of adolescents is discussed. The correlations of psychological features of adolescents who prefer such genres of computer games as MMO, MOBA are analyzed. Differences between the parameters of social adaptation and predisposition to deviant behavior in adolescents who prefer different computer game genres were revealed. Adolescents preferring MOBA computer games were characterized by high levels of motivation, readiness for risk and general rigidity. The relevance of the work is expressed in the fact that adolescent family violence, as a negative phenomenon, leads to harmful consequences that threaten the development of other family members and society as a whole on the basis of high moral ideals and a strong family. \u0000The aim of the work is to study and determine the degree of public and scientific recognition of the problem of adolescent to parent violence as such in legal and other aspects, to identify it as a separate form of family (domestic) violence, to establish its special features and to adjust the conceptual apparatus for its inclusion in legal and scientific circulation. \u0000The author applied a dialectical approach to the scientific knowledge of social relations related to the acts of violence committed by children (adolescents) against parents, a method of analyzing and generalizing scientific research results, a comparative legal method. \u0000The results of the study confirm a hypothesis that there is a phenomenon of adolescent violence against parents (mother), its recognition as a separate form of family violence based on the identified special features, the development of author’s formulations of concepts in the relevant field, as well as the proposal of an expanded understanding of the object of state-legal protection of individual rights from domestic (family) violence, depending on the type of perpetrator. \u0000The scientific novelty of the study is determined by the fact that in the Russian Federation the phenomenon of the acts of violence committed by minors (adolescents) in the family has not been considered as a separate form of domestic (family) violence. The following techniques were used in the research: 1) associative experiment according to the method «SPI(H)» – structure of a person’s image (hierarchical) (V. Sitnikov); 2) scale of disturbed needs – ostracism (fear of rejection); 3) determination of tendency to deviant behavior (A. N. Orel). The results revealed differences in self-images and images of deviant adolescents, varying levels of ostracism, but no significant differences in the tendency to deviant behavior. Non-normativity represents disregard for respect of accepted social norms and rules of behavior, including those in professional activity; absence of internal prohibitions on violation of norms of behavior and activity. The author demonstrates that non-normativity of an employee is a personnel risk, which can be increased by the intellectual abilities of an employee and / or peculiarities of behavior regulation. Types of non-normative employee are described: 1) non-normative, creative-emotional, 2) non-normative, creatively rational, 3) non-normative, reproductively rational, 4) non-normative, reproductive-emotional, 5) non-normative, mixed. The results of staff (personal-professional) diagnostics using the author’s questionnaire «Normativity. Intellect. Regulation» are presented. The results revealed the possibility of applying this questionnaire to assess the types and qualitative characteristics of employee’s non-normativity and the personnel risks that are relevant to it. The author describes the Mongolian penal system and analyses the specifics of crimes and infractions committed in the country over a fifty-year period. An increase in crimes related to illicit trafficking in drugs and psychoactive substances, as well as corruption and malfeasance are noted. Attention is drawn to the growing burden on penitentiary institutions and, as a result, the increase in crimes and infractions committed by convicts. The main measures for preventing both individual and group encroachments of convicts on the activity of penitentiary institutions are shown. The effectiveness of the implemented measures is evaluated, promising directions for reducing the criminalization of convicts and preventing recidivism are identified. Their preconditions and peculiarities of countermeasures are explained, as well as the efficiency of prevention. \u0000Methodology, methods. The conclusions made during the research process are the result of using various scientific methods, in particular, analysis and synthesis, as well as systematic and comparative methods of scientific cognition. \u0000Results. The research analyses the organization of Mongolia’s penal system, as well as statistical data on crimes and infractions committed by persons sentenced to imprisonment. {"title":"Measuring the risk of religious radicalisation of young people: construct and questionnaire","authors":"K. The study of religious radicalisation is an important aspect of counteracting the incitement of hostility between different groups and communities and reducing the level of violence in Russian society. Modern scientific ideas are characterised by multiple meanings that do not effectively counteract the negative impact on young people’s attitudes towards religion and the believers. Academic literature describes concepts and models of radicalisation that differ in theoretical and methodological foundations, based mainly on the material of foreign studies. This situation makes it impossible to develop a construct of radicalisation that could be operationalised for diagnosing the risk of religious radicalisation of Russian youth. \u0000The purpose of the research is to verify the theoretical model (construct) of religious radicalisation, as well as to develop a questionnaire based on it, which makes it possible to measure the risk of religious radicalisation of young people through the study of attitudes towards religion and believers. \u0000It is supposed that religious radicalisation is formed under the influence of the social environment on the subject’s perceptions of the importance of religion and believers for society and the state. Based on the analysis of theoretical knowledge about radicalisation, facts and information about the activities of destructive religious and extremist communities, a model of religious radicalisation is proposed, including six statements: about the exclusive importance of religion, religious leaders and believers (sacralisation and clericalisation), the need to protect them from changes, interference of non-believers or representatives of another religion (fundamentalism and xenophobia), to maintain relations only with representatives of a particular religious association, including in matters of education, cultural and social development, ignoring or failing to comply with obligations, laws and regulations (socialisation and discrimination). \u0000Methodology, methods and techniques. The methodological basis of the research is the socio-psychological approach in the study of human cognition of society (G.M. Andreeva), empirical concepts of religious radicalisation of individuals and groups (A.W. Kruglanski, N. Ellemers, A. R. The study of depth-psychological sphere of personality makes it possible to identify unconscious tendencies reflecting tendencies to destructive behavior, as well as to predict the risks of such manifestations in human behavior. \u0000Purpose of the research is the study and presentation of destructive and selfdestructive tendencies in the in-depth psychological sphere of young people living in urban and rural areas. \u0000Theoretical research methods are the comparative-analytical method as well as the inductive and deductive methods. Empirical research methods: methods of directed conversation, observation, as well as psychodiagnostic method (method of experimental diagnostics of motives «Szondi-Test»). Statistical processing of the data is carried out both manually and with the help of the software package «Statistica». \u0000The analysis of empirically received data indicates that the in-depth psychological sphere and its separate areas reflect the natural course of the crisis period of personal and social development for adolescence. Five conditional personality types of young people are identified: «Normally socialized», «Aggressive», «Destructive and self-destructive», «Passive and dependent», «Regressive and addictive». In analyzing it was found that the probability of destructive and selfdestructive tendencies in rural youth is higher than in urban youth. \u0000From the scientific point of view, the research confirms and completes the existing scientific information about the processes and regularities of personality development in adolescence. The author offers the criminological analysis of gerontological crime by means of complex binary approach to its understanding in the view of semantic (critical) and traditional approaches, reveals the main trends of gerontological crime in the Republic of Belarus with regard to its level, dynamics and structure in order to forecast and prevent this type of crime. \u0000Introduction. Gerontological crime, or crime involving deviant behavior of older people in various spheres of human activity, is increasing in the majority of states today. This determines the relevance of its in-depth scientific criminological research in order to develop a modern, effective and comprehensive system of prevention. \u0000Objective. Development of the theoretical and applied aspects of criminological characteristics of gerontological crime. \u0000Research methodology, methods and techniques. The dialectical-materialistic method of scientific cognition, general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison etc.) as well as special methods (historical, logical, legal, sociological etc.) formed the methodological basis of the research. \u0000Results. The author’s definition of gerontological crime is refined, its main quantitative and qualitative indicators are analysed, trends are revealed and the main determinants are identified, making it possible to carry out preventive activities more effectively. \u0000Scientific novelty. The conclusions and proposals developed in the research significantly enrich the conceptual criminological apparatus, systematise and expand the scientific knowledge on gerontological crime. Fundamentally new in knowledge concerning gerontological crime is that it is examined as an object of social relations that predetermine and motivate the elderly to commit unlawful acts as a manifestation of their negative response to social needs not satisfied by the society. Practical significance.
