The study involved 149 athletes with hearing impairment aged 18 to 45 years, of which 31% were female, engaged in sports such as judo, sambo, vol-leyball, swimming, table tennis. The survey of respondents was carried out before the Russian and Moscow championships in judo, sambo, volleyball, swimming, table tennis among persons with auditory limitations (deaf sports) in 2017–2019. Personal qualities, motives, values and social attitudes were studied. The following tools were used: the method of motivational attitudes «paths and lines», the questionnaire of coping strate-gies («Lazarus-Folkman»), the projective methods «EQF Test» and the questionnaire of motivation of sports activity developed by the authors for persons with auditory limi-tations. The results obtained make it possible to say that sports activities allow people with audio disabilities to meet the significant needs of interpersonal interaction, physical and social development. They have a correction of the motivational sphere. It is noted that the vast majority of athletes with auditory disabilities have been given the oppor-tunity by sport to communicate, become physically and psychologically stronger and forget about health problems. Almost everyone has a pronounced positive attitude to-wards life, people and there is a desire to succeed in life. And most often, the acquired competencies do not advise the requirements of the digital economy. Changes in the labor market affect education at all levels. The digitalization of all spheres of society does not bypass the education system. The requirements for skills and abilities are changing quite quickly, among which preference is given primarily to creative thinking, emotional intelligence, and programming. The emergence of new educational technologies has led to a rapid reduction in the time for mastering professional skills. Education is moving from an industrial model to a more flexible model based on  building a  career development trajectory. In  accordance with this, the main trends in  the education of  the future are identified. Undoubtedly, the digitalization process determines the technologies used for learning — digital platforms, virtual reality technologies, digital organization of the educational process. Thanks to modern technologies, it  has become possible for businesses to monitor the practical developments of  not only students, but also schoolchildren in real time, preparing personnel for their needs. The development of individual career development trajectories requires an individual approach to the learning process based on adaptive programs, taking into account cognitive abilities, basic education and motivation. Great importance is given to the analysis of the labor market and the determination of the most demanded professions in the short term based on the use of the Gartner curve. The stages of institutionalization of an electronic signature at the state level are given. Approaches to the use of machine-readable power of attorney have been developed. The practical experience of digitalization of personnel document flow is analyzed. Aspects of the use of electronic workbooks, documentation of remote employment, stages of transition to personnel electronic document management are revealed. Recommendations on the use of tokens in electronic signature technology are given. Typical examples of information technologies and HR systems are shown on the example of 1C solutions. The purpose of the study was to determine the correspondence between the expectations of students, the need to form a personal brand for employment opportunities and the role of the personal brand of the applicant for the employer. The methodological basis of the study was a critical analysis of scientific literature, secondary data from ongoing studies, a review of expert opinions and primary empirical information necessary to achieve the goal. The first direction of empirical research (part I) in the form of an Internet survey was a survey of students of a higher educational institution in order to determine the attitude of a given social group to the problems of forming and developing a personal brand. The second area of  empirical research (Part II) in the form of an online survey was a survey of HRM specialists in order to identify the importance of a student’s (young specialist’s) personal brand in the process of recruitment and professional development for the employer. To comprehend the obtained empirical information, the methods of generalization and comparative analysis were used. The results of the empirical study indicate that there are some differences in the perceptions of the importance of a personal brand among students and HR professionals. According to the authors, the data obtained confirm the disagreements identified at the stage of analysis of expert assessments in public discussions regarding the significance and necessity of forming a student’s personal brand. Despite this, research needs to be continued. Statistical data reflecting the state of mental health of the staff are summarized. The main risk factors for mental health at work and their consequences are identified. The purpose of this study is to develop guidelines for improving the system of professional development of customs officials. The authors carried out a comparative analysis of scientific research, the results of which are of practical importance for improving the effectiveness of personnel measures aimed at building the personnel potential of customs authorities. In the study, the authors used the following methods: observation, analysis of legal, program and target documents, expert survey, personnel risk diagnostics, hierarchy analysis. The authors analyze the factors of the organizational environment of the customs authority, which affect the level of formation of professional competence of the personnel of the customs authorities. Tasks of the diagnostic stage of the study: an expert survey of respondents on the effectiveness of the proposed methodological recommendations for improving the level of professional competence of customs officials. In the study, officials of the customs authority and teachers of a higher educational institution acted as experts. Analysis of the results of expert surveys ensures the improvement of educational and methodological support for the process of preparing students at the Samara State Technical University.
