In subsequent developments, the oral story of the Cupak Gerantang was used in plays in the art of wayang kulit performances in Bali and traditional drama plays in Lombok. These two stories have values that can be understood and accepted by society, such as: educational values, morality values, and ethical values. The figure of Cupak Gerantang in Bali is used as a personification of two brothers who have different faces, if the Cupak character has a bad face, the evil nature is greedy and slander. If the Gerantang character has a handsome face, is well mannered and thoughtful, diligently likes to help respect his parents. Whereas in Lombok the value of the Cupak Gerantang story is symbolic of local community groups and the aristocracy. Cupak Gerantang is understood by Balinese as a figure differently in Bali. Represented as two brothers and sisters. In Lombok the figure of Cupak Gerantang is represented as a characteristic of the Sasak people having a different stratification. Cupak is rude, stiff, arrogant, slanderous, likes to show off. Gerantang is the personification of aristocrats, has a refined nature, is handsome, and likes to work hard and is a noble of Javanese descent.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128903059","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim is achieved by gradually developing learning multimedia by implementing a product development model. The development of the learning multimedia is implementing Luther development model that consists of creating concept, designing, collecting materials, creating product, testing, and distributing. After all stages are done, evaluation is conducted. The type of evaluation conducted is formative evaluation which aims to determine the things that need to be improved or revised to produce more systematic, effective and efficient multimedia. The formative evaluation on the multimedia adopts the formative evaluation stages according to Dick, Carey and Carey (2005) which covers three stages, namely individual trial, small group trial, and field trial. The trials are proceeded by expert validation or review. It is done by two experts; one in media and one in learning design. The trials involve 3 students for the individual trial, and 12 students for the small group trial. During the product development, the data on multimedia validity are collected using questionnaire. As the product of the development, a multimedia has been developed following Luther‘s model. According to the experts, the learning design and media aspects get very good category. Both aspects also get very good category in the individual and small group trials.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"2007 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127049132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a part of strong patriarchal culture, Balinese men's involvement in parenthood deals with their self-concept and identity. Although there has been a growing literature discussing fatherhood in many cultural settings, a limited study focusing on how men in strong patriarchal culture transmit their full-time fatherhood has been conducted. Besides, the emergency shifting of learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic conveys more hitches to shelter. The present study examined whether and how Balinese fathers' parenting styles may influence attachment style and their children's remote learning activities. By using attachment theory, a qualitative approach of analysis was carried out using a narrative inquiry. A father with children who are having remote learning activities was recruited as the participant of this study. Unstructured interviews were used for data collection and recorded using a voice recorder only. The recording was then transcribed and analyzed using collaborative thematic narrative analysis. The results indicate that fathers' parenting style, their perception about the fatherhoods, their coping strategies, and responses from the society were related to the attachment style and children's remote learning activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132612636","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is because the learning model is less varied and the condition of students who are still passive in receiving material in class. Through these problems, this study aims to determine the effect of the take and give learning model assisted by non-projection media on civics learning results. This type of research is a quasy experiment with a post-test only control group design. The population in this study were all students of class V with a total of 121 students. The sample in this study were 52 students in grade V SD with random sampling technique to determine the sample pairs. Civics learning results data were collected using a multiple-choice test instrument. The analysis technique used is the independent sample t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the take and give learning model assisted by non-projection media on students' Civics learning results (t-count = 8.057 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05). Judging from the average score, it is known that the average score of the experimental group learning results is greater than the average score of the control group (21.89> 12.76). It can be concluded that the take and give learning model assisted by non-projection media has a positive effect on Civics learning results.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"85 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115419912","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
