The development model used in this study is the ADDIE model. Model ADDIE consist of analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation. from the five stages, two of them were not used because of limited time and situations which made it impossible to carry out implementation and evaluation activities. Three of the development stages are used as a reference in producing and validating the developed teaching instrument. The validation of the teaching material instrument was carried out by three experts namely material experts, instructional design experts, and education evaluation experts. Data was collected using a questionnaire method to test the validity of the material, lesson plans, and LKPD. The results of this study are obtained teaching material to develop early childhood learning motivation which is valid based on expert tests with the results of the CVR and CVI values of 1.00.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"120 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122035635","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Quantum Teaching learning model on Civics learning outcomes, this study uses the method of recording documents on articles in e-journals related to the Quantum Teaching learning model on Civics learning outcomes, from the results of recording documents obtained four similar articles with research objectives. In this, data analysis of the four articles uses a quantitative descriptive approach, namely calculating the effect size by identifying the mean and standard deviation of the t test calculations that have been carried out, the results of the effect size analysis show that the Quantum Teaching learning model is effective on student Civics learning outcomes by mostly getting very high category. The results of data analysis with the effect size of the article also found that from the four articles, the highest effectiveness of the Quantum Teaching learning model lies in the research conducted by Martini (2013) entitled the effect of the quantum teaching model based on social problems on learning outcomes. Civics class IV SD students. This social problem-based Quantum Teaching learning model can improve student civics learning outcomes because the social problem-based Quantum Teaching learning model is a model that creates an effective learning environment through interactions that occur in the classroom. So it can be concluded that the Quantum Teaching learning model is effectively used in elementary school Civics learning.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127910212","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Following George's (2008) model of Library Research and Aveyard's (2010) concept of Systematic Literary review, the present study selected and synthesise previous research and experts' opinion on the use of social media and YouTube for teaching English to young bilingual learners to propose the benefits of using YouTube as a medium for second language learning. YouTube has generally deemed a useful learning resource for young learners, and studies have highlighted the positive impacts of using YouTube to improve young learners' English skills. However, experts and researchers are also concerned about the weaknesses and threats posed by YouTube as a learning source for teaching English for young learners. These are prerequisite stable internet connection to access YouTube, irrelevant ads that cut in the middle of the videos, and next-videos suggestions that are not always relevant with the learning material in focus. Thus, while YouTube can be a useful learning resource, strategies to tackle its weaknesses are needed to optimise the benefits of using YouTube as a learning source for young learners.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"135 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126166670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, we need a model to do it. This study aims to find (1) how teachers assess the mastery of knowledge aspects in learning to write, and (2) how teachers assess students' written products. For achieving this goal, a qualitative design is applied. The subjects of this study were Indonesian language teachers at SMPN 1 Singaraja. Research data obtained from the syllabus and implementation plan of learning Indonesian using the documentation method and were analyzed qualitatively. The research results showed that (1) the mastery of the knowledge aspect in learning to write was mostly evaluated by a written test, and (2) the students' writing products were evaluated using a scoring rubric developed by the teacher. The profile contained written components that need to score. Each component has several indicators. The score is determined per indicator. Thus, if the rubric is applied, the scores for all components will be obtained.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"11 3","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114042925","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
