The reality that happens is that the understanding of the basic concepts of photography is not very good, so it has implications for his skills. Based on the data obtained in the field, student learning outcomes are not satisfactory. Based on this phenomenon, development research is carried out to produce e-learning products based on project-based learning model to improve student photography learning outcomes. The development process carried out refers to the stages of the ADDIE development model which involves media experts, learning design experts, learning content experts as media validators and semester II students as research subjects. This study aims to 1) describe design the project based learning (PjBL) based e-learning; 2) Describe responses of experts and students to quality of project based learning (PjBL) Based e-learning wich had been developed; 3) To determine the effectiveness of the product (project based learning (PjBL) Based e-learning) in improving student photography learning outcomes.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123414701","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between strengthening character education and learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students. This research was an Expost-Facto study by correlating the strengthening of variable character education (X) and variable mathematics learning outcomes (Y). The population in this study were all class IV students as many as 202 students. The number of samples in this study were 108 students obtained through saturated sampling technique. The data collection method in this study was to use a questionnaire to obtain data on the effect of strengthening character education and document recording to obtain the value of Mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students. The analysis prerequisite tests in this study were the normality test of the data distribution, the linearity test, and the hypothesis testing using simple regression techniques. The analysis of this research showed that the r table value can be obtained with the degrees of freedom (df = N-2). At a significance level of 5% and df = 108-2 = 116, the r table is 0.189, while rcount = 0.98. Because rcount> rtabel, this means that there is a significant relationship between strengthening character education on Mathematics learning outcomes of Grade IV Elementary School Students. The implication of strengthening character education in Mathematics learning is teachers have the opportunity to increase character values such as discipline, honesty, hard work, creativity and responsibility.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123971537","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Indonesia’s learning system which has been implemented face-to-face for a long time has turned into an online learning system. The fact, the sudden changes of the learning system cannot run smoothly. Various factors can support and inhibit the implementation of online learning. Based on these findings, this research was conducted to determine the amount of supporting and inhibiting criteria as online learning factors. The research design used a descriptive research design. The number of samples was 79 people from a total population of 99 people using the proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method of this research used a non-test method by distributing closed-ended questionnaires. The data analysis method used a descriptive statistical analysis method by finding the percentage and the mean (average). Based on the data analysis, it was found that the supporting factors for online learning were 77.27% with high criteria and 64.01% of the inhibiting factors with high criteria. The supporting factors for teachers in online learning are adequate facilities and infrastructure, the teacher readiness in planning the online learning process, the teacher proficiency in the use of technology, and the communication between teachers and parents, while the inhibiting factors of online learning are teacher difficulties in delivering material and the interactions between teachers and students are difficult to implement.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128819377","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its purpose is to enhance their critical thinking in doing self-evaluation, as well as to conduct better learning activities. This descriptive study is attempted to know how reflective the student-teachers are by analyzing their reflective thinking concept through their reflection practice and how they perceive themselves as reflection practitioners. A total of 105 student-teachers of English Language Education Program Study volunteered to respond a questionnaire and interview to determine the level at which they reflected on their teaching practice. It was found that the respondents (41.56%) were categorized as introductory reflective teacher. Generally, they were interested to develop themselves but did not deeply reflect on their teaching practice. It indicates that their critical thinking in doing self-evaluation is practiced minimally. They were mostly more interested to be assessed by students or peers but felt ambiguity with the feedback value. Most of them were not even aware of how to improve themselves which could effect on their belief as teachers. Some of them used their experience to help them improve, but it was questionable whether they actually did it. This showed that there might be some matters that make them be less confident or have low self-efficacy to be reflective teachers. To strengthen this discussion, a further study is needed to explore what matters they face during their reflection practice.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129384387","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The speech therapy was conducted to assist the children with speech difficulties. However, these speech activities need to be implemented regularly at home as a reinforcement to the speech therapies attended at clinics. Therefore, this paper discusses the factors of parental involvement in implementing speech activities at home. In this study, two parents who each has a child with speech delay, were interviewed using semi-structured questions. Triangulation was utilized using two types of data collection technique: interview and document analysis. The interview transcripts and parents’ personal notes throughout the speech therapy session with speech therapists were analyzed using The ATLAS.ti (version 4.1). Five factors were found on parental involvement in their children’s speech activities at home: a) perceived language development, (b) emotion, (c) knowledge, (d) children’s performance and (e) support. These factors motivate the parents to continue conducting speech activities relentlessly at home. Furthermore, the training and guidance from speech therapist on how to conduct speech activities successfully at home, would reinforce the children’s speech development and eventually overcome the speech difficulties faced by the children.","PeriodicalId":426687,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Conference on Technology and Educational Science (ICTES 2020)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130941189","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
