This research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews, and analysis of documents. Data analysis in this study uses qualitative data analysis techniques from Spradley, consisting of five analysis stages: domain analysis, taxonomy analysis, componential analysis, and theme analysis. Abstract
