This has become an important challenge for management teams regarding the development and innovation of the rural environment according to the trends, objectives and policies established at the European level and according to the changes and requirements arising as a result of the globalization process. The purpose of our research is to identify the particularities of financing the projects for the development of the rural space depending on the directions followed and the unexploited potential of the rural areas. Thus, financing and development opportunities are identified with the help of the funds provided by the European Union and the development directions established by it according to the changes and requirements that have appeared at the global level. Sava","doi":"10.24818/imc/2022/01.14","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24818/imc/2022/01.14","url":null,"abstract":"The Covid-19 pandemic changed the world forever and all the limits imposed against spreading the virus, determined changes in humankind’s perspective and behaviour: concerns on health increased, and so did the needs to explore and live in the moment. Definitely, the latter perspective is prone to higher consumption, and so the high demand impacts inflation levels, as well. Since the pandemic started, Romania faced increasing prices, but the last gas price is the ultimate challenge affecting even more the living standards. The need to reduce consumption and save energy is evident more then ever, and this challenge should be considered as an opportunity for highlighting the importance, and shaping sustainable consumption behaviour. Nowadays energy efficiency measures are a must in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and also the import costs of energy, improving the security of supply, and achieving a sustainable energy supply. This paper focuses on implementing the European Green Deal’s objective in Romania, on building refurbishments. These and retrofitting are very popular practices around Europe, used in improving households’ comfort and reducing heating bills; these are the direct effects the population perceives, but there are a lot more concerning energy resources and pollution. The present paper assess them focusing on Oradea, a Western Romanian city. There are many countries that currently have a high level of development and this is mainly due to the business activities developed over time. As a particular example, according to the National Trade Register Office in our country there are over 1.1 million limited liability companies and approximately 8,000 joint-stock companies. Along with their importance, their development and growth play an essential role, being crucial for their long-term existence on the market. One of the development methods of companies is represented by making investments, playing the role of bringing added value, regardless of its way of capitalization. During the pandemic, investments decreased significantly and the entire global business environment was affected. At the same time, investments are important, regardless of the level at which they are made (either locally or globally) and their suitability is extremely well analyzed by investors. The latter must undertake the necessary measures to deal with these threats through complex management processes. Emphasis is placed on placing cyber security management in a strategic context so that the decision-making process on cyber security management enables vital individuals, such as the cyber security manager, in unison with other senior managers, to identify and solve cyber security issues. Problems by designing and implementing appropriate countermeasures that prevent cyber attacks. By accepting that cyber security is a shared responsibility, the cyber security manager can work with managers from various organizations and ensure that a unified approach is taken to counter the different cyber attacks. Through this article, we emphasize the importance of strategic management at the organizational level, especially in the current context, when the valences of cyber security are extremely important at the organizational level.
