Over the years, aerospace technology has advanced significantly, enabling aircraft to operate more safely in extreme weather conditions. Modern aircraft are equipped with advanced weather radar systems, satellite communication systems, and sophisticated onboard weather monitoring tools. These technologies provide pilots with real-time weather information, allowing them to make informed decisions and navigate around hazardous weather conditions. Overall, the evolution of aerospace safety management in extreme weather conditions has been a multifaceted approach, combining technological advancements, improved weather forecasting, enhanced training, effective communication, regulatory measures, and data analysis. These collective efforts aim to minimize risks and ensure the highest level of safety for aircraft operations in challenging weather environments. This paper aims to investigate the evolution of aerospace safety management in extreme weather conditions because it is crucial for preserving human life, preventing accidents and damage, minimizing disruptions, protecting investments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving technological advancements. The term \"IT projects\" usually refers to large and elaborate projects that take longer to be completed. They also have a lot of phases and are usually harder to deliver. This paper aims to study the various aspects of project management in the IT industry in Romania and how it can help to improve the success of these complex projects. In addition to focusing on the major IT projects, this paper also covers the various aspects of project management. The main objective of this paper is to find how project management helps in the success and deliverability of IT projects. A basic understanding of the project management process will be required since it’s used on a daily basis by those who are actively engaged in these IT projects. Having the right tools and resources is very important to ensure that the projects are completed successfully. This fact requires identifying the managerial context and parameters of project coupling as this decision is linked to project comparisons and project knowledge cycles. The aim of this paper consist in proposing a managerial framework for a systematic guidance of project coupling decisions. As a result of the current research the framework proposed is one operating against the background of an organizational commitment to retention of successful team members and to adequate project reviews. We endeavoured to stress these two notions as sustainable parts of sound business practices and methods, as well as the development of improved strategies for achieving macroeconomic growth. The lobbying effort contributes to the maintenance and improvement of public confidence in democratic institutions and the representation process of public politics. In addition, professional lobbying and interest groups are required to always act ethically and morally in their dealings with all parties involved. There is now a lobbying law in Romania, although it is simply a draft and lawmakers provide no indications of future legislation. Stratone","doi":"10.24818/imc/2022/03.09","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.24818/imc/2022/03.09","url":null,"abstract":"The present paper aims to explore the relationship among two main constructs, namely the degree of internationalization and the managerial global mindset, a three-dimension factor covering the Global Social Capital, Global Intellectual Capital and Global Psychological Capital. The analysis in performed in the contextual framework of CEE countries, namely Romania, starting from the premise that this region has explicit idiosyncracies and is worth investigating. In its current form, the empirical undertaking is intended as a preliminary study, with an exploratory nature, the questionnaire-based survey relying on a small sample of 30 managers of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Romania. This concerns a qualitatively higher level of social development which goes beyond the dimensions of sustainable development. One of the modern tools of regenerative development is biodynamic agriculture. Biodynamic agriculture is an alternative method of farming where no inorganic fertilisers or other chemicals are used. A special product made from grapes grown with the use of biodynamic agriculture is then constituted by orange wines. The aim of the authors of the article is to specify alternative practices of biodynamic agriculture applied in the production of orange wine, using the example of the Vinné sklepy Kutná Hora s.r.o. winery in the Czech Republic. Elaboration of the study presented here is based on a literature search followed by qualitative research conducted in the form of guided interviews with managers of the selected company. The article presents an example of good practice in biodynamic agriculture in the form of a case study and subsequently discusses the crosscutting role of regenerative development, sustainable development and responsible activities in the economic, environmental, social, ethical and philanthropic dimensions. As a result, it would not be an exaggeration to say that we have witnessed an explosion of ethics codes concerning AI. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the way in which business organizations have dealt with such concerns. In particular, we first aim to analyze whether companies have a genuine interest in AI ethics or whether it is nothing more than a case of ethics washing, making this whole enterprise virtually useless. As a consequence of strong leadership, an organization's human capital grows. Through the concept of charismatic leadership and what it affords us in terms of productivity, a particular component will be examined. Leadership is an engagement between a leader and followers in which all facets of the partnership are important, especially how they interact. Leaders will be considered charismatic as long as followers continue to put their trust in them and as long as the results of their efforts are acknowledged.
