The success of ERP system does not require the demolishing of the traditional ERP system models, but instead re-plat forming and hosting them. ERP application is often viewed as a strategic investment that can provide significant competitive advantage with positive return thus contributing to the company's revenue and growth. Despite such strategic importance given to ERP the implementation success to achieve the desired goal has been viewed disappointing. Industry encountered stories failures in ERP initiatives, despite numerous benefits. This study review the literature in ERP focusing on the trends or factors which may help future ERP initiatives achieve greater success and less failure.","PeriodicalId":426454,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116438343","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The previous research about Indonesian-Japanese statistical machine translation has shown several problems in translation process, such as low coverage corpus data, unknown words, and sentence reordering problem. In this research, we propose two methods to address these problems. The proposed methods are lemma translation with generated surface form and additional post-process. Lemma translation uses lemma and POSTAG of word in its translation process. Rule based katakana translation and unknown word substitution are also used for additional post-process. Experimental data was collected from JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) Level 3 with total 1132 sentences. Experimental results using these methods showed an improvement over the baseline system with a 116% increased BLEU score on Japanese to Indonesian translation and 26% increased BLEU score on Indonesian to Japanese translation.","PeriodicalId":426454,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133245248","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Broadband matching impedance using 2-section and 3-section step-line combined with a final A/4-wave line of microstripe structures have been implemented at the input and output, respectively. The LD-MOSFET RF Ampilifier shows broadband performance of S21 measured from 800MHz to 1GHz with center frequency at 900MHz. S11 and S22 measurement from 800MHz to 900MHz shows broadband behavior with both circular curves centering the origin. Non optimized impedance matching results in S21 of 2.2 A 62° or about 6.9dB in magnitude at 900MHz.","PeriodicalId":426454,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116663156","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The disaster data are designed according to the standard of disaster data in Indonesia which is defined by the BNPB (Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana). BNPB is the formal agency that responsible in managing disaster information in Indonesia. Using spatio-temporal data as a representation of disaster data is considered to provide more complete and valuable disaster information. All activities during three phases: (1) pre-disaster, (2) emergency responses when the disaster is actually happened, and (3) post-disaster, can be supported. Unpredictable data support is design to enable capturing new types of data, including new types of disaster or new types of aid. The type of spatio-temporal data model chosen is moving object data model. This model is developed based on our previous model which is not consider the standard of disaster data yet. The process of developing the preliminary design includes (1) determine the purpose of the database, (2) building the conceptual model, (3) building the logical data design, and (4) building the physical data design. The result is evaluated by defining the queries that fulfill the requirements. It is expected that the refinement can be conducted further to provide a detail design of disaster data.","PeriodicalId":426454,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"12 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124185054","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Naturally, human cannot hum or sing perfectly. They may sing in different pitch, key, or tempo thus can affect the retrieval performance of the system. It becomes a challenge to build an effective QBH system despite all of the query imperfection. Many approaches have been proposed to develop QBH systems, such as contour approach, hidden Markov model, and dynamic time warping. One of a simple yet promising method for building a QBH system is the Dynamic Time Warping. In this paper, we describe our works on building a QBH system using the Dynamic Time Warping to search for Indonesian songs stored in the MIDI format. To evaluate the system, we use accuracy rate for humming transcription evaluation and mean reciprocal rank for retrieval evaluation. Most of retrieval results are in the first rank thus shown that the Dynamic Time Warping is effective to be applied on this task.","PeriodicalId":426454,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128785128","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nevertheless, even though e-learning has been widely accepted among working adults, engaging their users has become a challenge to the e-learning provider. Adult learner had their own characteristic and principal in learning. Focusing on the development of interactive multimedia content only is not a factor to attract these working adult learners to engage with the e-learning system. This paper describes a study with the objective to identify the factors that influence the process of engagement in e-learning among working adult learners. 30 respondents were interviewed face-to-face; all of who are working adult learners with experience in using the e-learning system provided by their companies or agencies. The interview session was tape-recorded, and the analysis was done using a thematic analysis method. Five main themes were identified as factors that influence user engagement in e-learning among working adult learners - Mental and Emotion, Cognitive Abilities, Motivation and Rewards, and Physical and Learning Styles.","PeriodicalId":426454,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123106841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The degradations of software performance and the accumulation of errors or software faults are the sign of software system is getting old. Past researcher had drawn the analogies between the ageing of software systems and biological systems. Contradict with human ageing, software ageing can be delayed by understand the influenced factors. As ageing is inescapable, there are numbers of researches that have been conducted in order to indicate the factors that might influence the occurrence of the software ageing phenomenon. Degradation performance based on software quality has been observed. Previous study specifies that software ageing factors can be possibly classified into some categorization such as technology, functionality, cost, human and environment. Anti-ageing is a process that slows down and prevents ageing from occurring. Software anti-ageing is a process to prevent software from ageing which results the young and evergreen software. Our past experiences in software quality and certification inspires us to the development of the preliminary anti-ageing model. This paper presents the empirical study on software ageing factors, the conceptual software anti-ageing model, and validation by a case study.","PeriodicalId":426454,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"81 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130199261","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The development of human-machine interaction leads to a more natural interaction. In daily interactions, human uses speech, more dominant than the other way such as gestures and eye contact. Speech is the vocalized form of human communication which is closely related to language system. The problem is meaning, ambiguity, and the language that is not according to the rules of syntax, causing the command translation become more complex. To understand the meaning of the voice command, it is necessary to know the semantic and syntactic structure of sentences. An artificial intelligence technology that can understand Indonesian voice commands for robotic applications will be developed in this research. The purpose of this research is to translate voice command into the robots action, to generate human-machine interaction more natural. The voice command will be extracted using bark-frequency cepstral coefficients. Cepstral identified into words using neural networks. Words in a complete sentences will be processed using natural language processing so that, the meaning and appropriate action from the given command can be executed. Speech recognition experiments with 28 sets of speech signal obtain 82 % accuracy, while natural language processing experiments obtain 93 % accuracy with 50 sets of learning data.","PeriodicalId":426454,"journal":{"name":"2015 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Informatics (ICEEI)","volume":"127 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-12-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117043971","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It has been used widely in various fields; research, surveillance, medical, entertainment and etc. It is necessary for user to communicate and control a device in natural and efficient way in human-robot interaction based. Hand-controllers and electromechanical device have been used by humans to control robots or machines but there were some constraints in several factors of interaction. As of that, gesture recognition techniques were introduced to overcome those problems. Three sensors in Kinect; an infrared camera, an infrared laser projector and a color camera are used to track and recognize skeletal and human body. In this paper, analysis on gesture recognition in Kinect will be discussed. Several techniques will be compared and the best gesture recognition technique in term of accuracy and efficiency will be chosen in the end of study.
