Consequently, multi-label text categorization algorithms may not produce the best performance because classifiers tend to be weighed down by the majority of the data and ignore the minority. In this paper, Bagging and Adaptive Boosting algorithms are employed to handle the issue and improve the performance of text categorization. The result is evaluated with four evaluation metrics such as hamming loss, subset accuracy, example-based accuracy and micro-averaged f-measure. Bagging.ML-LP with SMO weak classifier is the best performer in terms of subset accuracy and example-based accuracy. Bagging.ML-BR with SMO weak classifier has the best micro-averaged f-measure among all. In other hand, AdaBoost.MH with J48 weak classifier has the lowest hamming loss value. Thus, both algorithms have high potential in boosting the performance of text categorization, but only for certain weak classifiers. With the advent of intelligent software agents, fully automated negotiation systems are achieved where negotiation is conducted between software entities without any human intervention. Of the significant challenge faced by developers is the construction of agent's proficiency to imitate human negotiators. There are a wide variety of negotiation approaches and tactics that have been proposed such as game theory, evolutionary, fuzzy and heuristic but they mostly rely on the utilitarian decision model which mainly target to maximize selfish-pleasure. Consequently, business bargains nowadays become more oriented to capital and revenue and very little attention is given to human ideals and ethics. To a certain extent this reflects the dominance of secularism in the world. In addition to contradicting the moral injunctions that Islam and most religions encourages, the assumptions behind self-maximization lacks the empirical prove. In contrast, altruism proved its persistence in between the participants engaged in many experiments. Inspired by the concept of Islamic leniency this paper propose a negotiation model that rely on altruistic utility instead of the dominant selfish utility. The proposed model is implemented through a web-based e-marketplace and then evaluated through a number of experimental tests. Some problems such as noise in image, skew of text, cursive letters, and various handwriting style is still an open problem. Many method has been researched to solve those problems, such as k-NN, Neural Network, SVM and HMM. And to improve the recognition result, there are many methods can be implemented in the prerocessing stage. One of them is Kimura's method for slant correction that using chain code for character slant prediction. Those method consumes time and resource in its computation, meanwhile the accuracy is not improved significantly. Therefore, this paper propose to create handwritten character into graph with string representation based on structural approach. The purpose is to provide ability in improving recognition accuracy without relying on normalisation technique. The similarity distance between graphs measured using levenshtein distance. Experiment conducted to recognize handwritten upper-case letters and digits character images which taken from ETL-1 AIST databases. Levenshtein distance has an accuracy of 84.69% on digits and 67.01% on alphabet with 5% size of data for training and value 10 for string representation length. As a comparison, the Kimura's method are implemented for slant correction which results in a reduction of accuracy until 6%. To answer that, BeatMe! Project developed for fulfil the needs of entertainment and traditional dance learning media by integrate 3D motion capture, processing data and visualization. This paper will explain the processing data detail implementation which include big data summarizing as in summarizing XYZ coordinate of joint to be angle between two joints. In addition, this paper also explain detail implementation of HMM learning system for gesture pattern learning and recognizing. Environment used is Kinect, Visual Studio and MATLAB. VLC allows lamp or other kinds of light source not only used as illumination, but also as a data transmission at the same time. Single carrier modulation technique is suitable to be applied on VLC that does not require high-speed data transfer. In this paper, we proposed a visible light communication scheme using pulse width modulation (PWM) technique in transmitting data for running text application. To evaluate the PWM accuracy, experiments were conducted based on different parameters such as PWM frequency, transmitter-receiver distance, and the receiver's angle of view. The system is comprised of three parts; a transmitter circuit to generate the AC signal to be transferred, transmitting and receiving radiators to transfer the power of AC signal wirelessly, and a receiver circuit to convert the received AC signal into DC voltage for charging the mobile device. The system is designed to work at frequency of 10MHz empowered by an Op-Amp AD8067ART at the transmitter to produce the AC signal. The radiators for transmitting and receiving 10MHz AC signal are implemented using microstrip line which is separated each other by narrow space to obtain the optimum coupling. Whilst the receiver is constructed of a simple voltage doubler circuit which also works as a rectifier. The location of palm-vein that inside the human body, give a special characteristic compare with other biometric modal. It expected to be robust, difficult to be duplicated, and are not affected by dryness and roughness of skin. Therefore palm vein has high security and needs to be studied more. In this paper we develop a recognition system consists of several processes; they are ROI detection using peak-valley detection and first CHVD rules, pre-processing using maximum curvature, feature extraction based-on minutiae, and feature matching using based-on weighted Euclidean score. The experimental result yielded a best success rate of 91.00% in term of accuracy with configuration of the system using adaptive histogram equalization, full minutiae feature and the group-voting matching (the threshold for point matching set at 0.10). In term of biometric performance we achieve Equal Error Rate at 9.94% with threshold 0.50380. Autopilot system is implemented with three-loop autopilot scheme with pitch and yaw acceleration command input, and two-loop autopilot to keep the roll angle fixed. Autopilot system is designed by using linear models of rockets on the state of Mach 0.7 and angle of attack 0°. Autopilot control command is obtained from the guidance system. Guidance system processing kinematics and dynamics of rockets, as well as target sensing inputs, into acceleration command in order to obtain desired movement of a rocket. Flight attitude, angular rate, and inertia of rockets are provided by the navigation system. While the target sensing inputs in the form of Line of Sight (LOS) are obtained from the seeker. Guidance and autopilot system are implemented on the ARM-based board, TWR-K60D100M, while navigation system and nonlinear models are implemented in MATLAB using the Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation (HILS). The results showed that the designed autopilot is stable with acceptable performance in nonlinear models testing and also in digital implementation. All samples are conditioned to the same initial conditions through the heating at a temperature of 100 °C for 24 hours. The bottles containing oil and paper samples were then subjected to thermal aging process at 120°C and 150°C. Dissolved gas and tensile strength testing were conducted after aging time of 336, 672 and 1008 hours.
